Chapter 11: Revealing Daiqisi’s True Identity
“You don’t need to worry. When the ti cos, a solution will present itself.” Ling Yihan looked at her with a slight smile.
Yang Xiao kindly reminded him, “Brother Ling, I said so much just now to tell you that even though I say I don’t take the Heaven-Reliant Sword seriously, if you decide to pursue the Dragon Slayer Saber and the Heaven-Reliant Sword, it won’t be as easy as you imagine. Think it through carefully!”
“Thank you for your concern, Brother Yang, but I’ve made up my mind. Unless I acquire those weapons, I won’t take on the role of the Holy Son,” Ling Yihan declared firmly.
Seeing his determination, Yang Xiao said no more.
Yang Dingtian finally conceded with a sigh, “Since you’re so resolute, Yihan, I won’t force you. However, the battle for the Dragon Slayer Saber and the Heaven-Reliant Sword is no trivial matter. Be careful in all things.”
Ling Yihan nodded at his master’s words.
After the banquet, the mbers of the Ming Cult, each harboring their own thoughts, gradually dispersed and left the Holy Fla Hall.
Returning to his residence, Ling Yihan found Daiqisi standing by the courtyard gate, smiling at him.
“Do you need sothing?” Ling Yihan asked, looking at her coolly.
Daiqisi blinked her lovely eyes and teased, “I just can’t understand why you’ve gradually ward up to others, yet you’re always so cold toward . Did I do sothing to offend you?”
Ling Yihan shook his head. “You’re overthinking it. If there’s nothing urgent, please go rest. It’s late, and it’s not appropriate for us to be alone.”
“Alone? Haven’t you been alone with Sister Qingyang for so ti now? Why don’t you treat her like you treat ?” Daiqisi’s eyes held a sly glint.
Ling Yihan’s gaze turned icy as he stared at her. “Persian Ming Cult. Holy Maiden. Do I need to say more?”
“What? You…” Daiqisi’s mind went blank, as if struck by lightning. “What nonsense are you talking about?”
Ling Yihan smirked. “No need to put on an act in front of . I’ve known your true identity for a while now, as well as your reason for infiltrating the Central Plains Ming Cult. If I hadn’t stepped in when Han Qianye challenged Master, the one who would’ve replaced him would’ve been you, right? Isn’t that so, Holy Maiden of the Persian Ming Cult, Daiqisi?”
“How… how do you know?” Daiqisi looked at him with fear, as if seeing a demon.
Ling Yihan’s lips curled into a wicked smile. “Don’t worry about how I know. As long as you stay in line, I won’t expose you. But if you dare pull any tricks… feel free to try.”
Daiqisi fell silent, then sighed, “Brother Ling, the truth is… I had no choice. My mother and sister are under the control of the Persian Cult’s leader. I must follow her orders.”
“That has nothing to do with ,” Ling Yihan sneered. “You ca here tonight to discuss joining forces to seek the Dragon Slayer Saber and Heaven-Reliant Sword, right? To earn the Master’s favor and fulfill your original plan in the Central Plains Ming Cult. Am I wrong? It’s not hard to guess your goal is either the Holy Fla Order or the Heaven and Earth Shift technique.”
“You…” Daiqisi’s shock grew as he spoke, unable to respond.
Unfazed by her shock, Ling Yihan continued, “The Holy Fla Order has been lost for years. Your goal must be the Heaven and Earth Shift technique, correct?”
Daiqisi clenched her teeth and finally admitted, “Even if I deny it, you won’t believe . You’re truly terrifying, Ling Yihan! Yes, I’m after the Heaven and Earth Shift technique. I know your martial skills surpass mine, and it would be easy for you to kill … but I won’t just sit here and wait…”

Unable to resist, she spoke, “Now that I’m at your rcy, do as you wish!”
Ling Yihan lifted her chin with a smirk. “Such beauty—practically the most beautiful in the martial world. Killing you would be a waste. Think about it: if the Holy Maiden of the Persian Ming Cult loses her chastity, what kind of punishnt awaits her?”
Daiqisi’s face turned ashen with fear. “No… please, no…”
“Burned alive, correct?” Ling Yihan teased, releasing her acupoints with a tap.
Regaining control, Daiqisi rubbed her sore arms and asked in surprise, “You’ll let go?”
Ling Yihan smiled slightly at her shock. “We have no quarrel. Why would I harm you? But stealing the Heaven and Earth Shift technique won’t be easy. The Ming Cult has plenty of experts, and you’ll be caught before you find it.”
Daiqisi clenched her fists and sighed. “I have no other choice. Can you keep my secret?”
Ling Yihan chuckled. “If I planned to betray you, why wait until now? However, if soone else catches you later, I won’t be able to help. Take care.”
With that, he turned to go back inside.
“Brother Ling!”
“Hm?”
He turned, and before he realized it, Daiqisi kissed him. Her soft lips and alluring presence left him montarily stunned.
She smiled shyly. “Thank you… you’re truly kind…”
With that, she hurried away, leaving Ling Yihan staring blankly at her retreating figure.
“This Persian beauty… not bad at all…”
