After Goku's Ki rose, he clashed with Cell again.
His moves were exquisitely precise, his speed lightning fast.
Even Cell began to enjoy fighting with Goku.
Fighting with the current Goku was simply a pleasure.
Not only was the fight exhilarating, but it also allowed him to showcase the power of his perfect form.
Cell felt that holding this tournant was a good idea.
Otherwise, how could he have such a satisfying fight!
Cell laughed heartily: "Excellent, Goku! This is it! A fight between equals is what's truly exciting!"

The two separated again after the clash. Cell suddenly swung his hands back, striking the classic pose.
Goku was horrified: "Stop! When power erupts to this level, using the Kahaha will…"
However, Cell was already imrsed in the joy of fighting. How could he stop?
"Ka... ha... ha!"
Just as the last word was about to co out, Goku shot up into the sky.
"I'm here, Cell!"
Cell's eyes locked onto Goku, instantly firing the Kahaha into the sky.
Whoosh!
The instant the Ki Blast was about to engulf Goku, Goku used Instant Transmission and disappeared.
Before Cell could retract his attack, Goku had already moved to Cell's side and kicked him hard in the face.
The powerful force sent Cell flying.
But Cell reacted extrely quickly. He did several backflips in mid-air, steadied himself, and landed on the arena.
Cell asked curiously, "How can this be? That Kahaha clearly hit you."
"With your speed, it's impossible for you to have dodged that fast!"
Goku explained, "It's Instant Transmission. Can you do it?"
Cell murmured, "Instant Transmission? Hmm... That move is hard to deal with!"
Goku continued asking, "I also have a question. If I hadn't jumped into the air, would your Kahaha have destroyed the Earth?"
Cell smiled faintly: "That's hard to say. But, I knew you would jump into the air..."
A smile curved at the corner of Goku's mouth: "Is that so? Looks like you're very clever!"
Cell continued, "But I want to make one thing clear first. I don't want to destroy Earth. That would only make the ga boring!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Cell charged at Goku.
Even though Goku was giving it his all, he still couldn't dodge Cell's attack.
Hook punch!
Roundhouse kick!
Knee strike!
Power slam!
A complete, seamless combo landed on Goku.
It sent Goku tumbling away.
Cell smiled faintly: "I may not know Instant Transmission, but my speed is also very fast!"
With that, Cell charged again.
Goku's pupils contracted. He imdiately used Instant Transmission to move behind Cell.
Unexpectedly, Cell wasn't just fast... his reaction speed was also extrely fast. In an instant, he kept up with Goku's teleportation and also flashed behind him.

A heavy punch landed on Goku's face.

After creating so distance, Cell flew into the sky. Goku stood on the arena, slightly out of breath.
Cell laughed: "You are indeed very strong. Honestly, I didn't expect fighting you to be so exhilarating! It would be a sha if this fight ended because soone was knocked out of the ring…"
Goku: "Huh?"
"The rule that being knocked out of the ring counts as a loss is cancelled!"
Goku wondered, "What are you trying to do again?"
Suddenly, Cell fired an energy wave directly at the arena.
Boom!
With an explosion, smoke and dust rose.
In an instant, the arena turned into a bottomless pit, with no trace of the arena remaining.
Cell laughed: "Now, the entire earth is our arena. Victory will be decided only by surrender or death!"
"So that's it. Victory must be decided by surrender or death…"
Cell said, "Alright, let's make good use of this wide arena!"
With that, Cell fired an energy blast at Goku. Goku hurriedly dodged.
But the next second, Cell turned into a human machine gun, firing countless energy blasts at Goku as if they cost nothing.
Goku dodged desperately.
But Cell's offensive rhythm was relentless, giving him no chance to breathe.
Even Goku, a seasoned fighter, was at the end of his rope.
Cell's strength had increased again, or rather, he had finally shown his true power.
There was no chance for such a war of attrition again.
Only by gambling it all could he have a slim chance.
Goku swung his hands back, striking the classic Kahaha pose.
Cell laughed loudly: "Hahahaha, you'd better not fire the Kahaha from that position. The Earth will be done for!"
"Ka... ha... ha!"
Vegeta was horrified: "Kakarot, don't do anything stupid!"
Krillin, however, was confident: "He won't. If he fires from that position, the Earth will be destroyed!"
Cell also said incredulously, "What are you trying to do? You definitely won't fire!"
Vegeta was horrified: "He would!"
Cell's pupils also shook: "How can this be? How dare he?"
But just as Goku's hands moved to fire the Kahaha, Goku suddenly used Instant Transmission to appear beneath Cell.
A dazzling white energy wave shot towards Cell with lightning speed.

In the white light, Cell's head was blown apart.
After the white light faded, Cell's lower half lay on the ground.
Goku panted heavily.
Yamcha laughed: "Aweso! It's Instant Transmission!"
"Haha, great! Goku killed Cell!"
Even the group of reporters and caran began to celebrate.
"That unknown guy actually defeated Cell?"
Who knew that at that mont, Aaron shouted to Goku, "Don't be careless! He's not dead!"
Everyone's bodies shook.
Under the watchful eyes of all, Cell's lower body stood up.
His upper body instantly grew back.
Goku said, "I was wondering why I won so easily. But, after taking that heavy hit, your Ki has significantly weakened."
Cell laughed: "Hmph! Sa for you! You're breathing heavily, right?"
"Let tell you, don't use the sa move again. It won't work anymore. Repeating the sa attack will only waste energy and make this fight boring!"
Goku shouted, "I understand!"
"Is that so! Then shall we continue?"
"No, I concede…"
Cell was stunned.
"You concede?"
Goku nodded again: "Yes, I concede!"
Cell was annoyed.
'Damn it, after taking a direct hit from you, you're conceding?'
He had taken a direct hit from a massive attack, and before he could even counterattack, Goku conceded.
Although he won, Cell felt extrely frustrated at this mont.
Cell glanced at the surrounding crowd. Vegeta was eager to try.
'Oh well!'
'Since I made the rules, and I've already changed the arena restriction after only one fight occurred, changing it again would be a bit too much of a sham.'
'The attack Goku landed on , I'll take it out on the next fighter.'
Cell sighed and said, "Alright. Next!"
Everyone looked at Vegeta.
Goku also said to Vegeta, "I lost, Vegeta. It's up to you!"
Vegeta curled his lips and smiled: "Hmph! When it cos down to it, this is the mont for the Prince of Saiyans to shine!"
With that, Vegeta flew towards Cell.
Without further words, he directly erupted with his strongest Ki, a confident smile on his face, and charged at Cell.
A smile also appeared on Cell's lips as he threw a punch back at Vegeta.
