Ding Long had a headache. He wanted to argue with Ding Jinshi, but he needed an opportunity for that, and Ding Jinshi had to be willing to pay him any attention first.
"Has Madam been in contact with anyone recently? Said anything? Any unusual behavior at ho?" Ding Long was sweating with anxiety.
"No, Madam has been perfectly fine these days, hasn’t even gone out the door. Who could she possibly have been in contact with? At ho, everything’s the sa. She takes Miss out for a bit, and they co back after sunbathing."
Xima was truly crying out of urgency, "Madam didn’t even take the car, where could she possibly have gone! Sir, you need to find Madam and bring her back."
Ding Long hung up and imdiately left the company. He got in the car, heading first towards the place Ding Jinshi lived before marriage, as it was the only place he could think of, all the while calling Zhou Chenyue.
However, Zhou Chenyue knew nothing about Ding Jinshi leaving the Ding Family, and didn’t even know if Ding Jinshi was at her pre-marriage residence.
Ding Long hung up and didn’t even have ti to pull out the car keys, directly ran upstairs, knocking on the door, but no one answered. He was so anxious he kicked the door, which startled the neighbor.
"Young man, don’t keep kicking. The people living here haven’t been back for a long ti! No one’s inside, breaking down the door won’t help!"
"She hasn’t co back?" Ding Long was stunned.
"Nope," the neighbor asserted, "if you’re looking for the young lady, you should go to her workplace; she moved out quite a while ago."
Ding Long was in a daze. Zhou Chenyue didn’t know where Ding Jinshi went, and Ding Jinshi wasn’t here, so where could she be?
Chen Shan?
Ding Long, while going downstairs, called Chen Shan, but as soon as Chen Shan picked up and heard he was looking for Ding Jinshi, she unleashed a torrent of curses at him, clearly not knowing where Ding Jinshi had gone either.
It was even less possible for her to go back to her maternal house. The child’s full month had passed, and not a single person from Ding Jinshi’s maternal family was invited. She hated her biological father for forcing her into marriage, how could she possibly take the child and go back?
Ding Long started to feel scared, realizing he had no idea where Ding Jinshi might have gone.
While Ding Long was upset, his mother called, saying, "Ding Long, co ho for a bit. We have guests, and I’ll tell you about the situation with Ding Jinshi."
Ding Long was not interested at all in what guests were at ho; upon hearing his mother ntion Ding Jinshi, he asked, "Did she bring our daughter back to the old house?"
"If you want to know, why don’t you co back and find out?" His mother wisely didn’t directly tell Ding Long that Ding Jinshi wasn’t in the old Ding Family house.
Ding Long naturally assud his mother had had soone bring Ding Jinshi and their daughter back to the old house, so he headed there right away.
An hour later, he’d driven to the old house at high speed. As soon as he entered, he saw three strangers sitting in the living room: an elderly couple and a girl who seed not even twenty years old. His aunt was there, playing with her grandson.
"Mom, where’s Jinshi?" Ding Long didn’t even have the mood to greet the guests, asking directly, "Did you have soone bring Jinshi and Baobei over? Why didn’t you tell in advance?"
"You child, can’t you see we have guests? You don’t even greet them. The mont you get in, you’re just looking for those two won. It’s like those two have put so love potion on you." Auntie Ding Long muttered.
