“No!” Ding Long refused outright, “Even if you give birth to a monster, it’s still our child!”

Ding Jinshi looked at Ding Long, her eyes full of her determination.
Yes, she had already decided to leave the outco to fate, or rather, to the child itself.
If the child continues to develop well to the end, then she will give birth to the child. So issues, if they can be avoided for a year, so be it.
If, along the way, the child is found to be underdeveloped, then she will certainly terminate the pregnancy. She will not let her child suffer cruel pain from birth.

This smile from Ding Jinshi was practically a provocation to Ding Long. He knew she was in pain, so if it weren’t for his threats, she might have seized the first chance to end her life. However, her indifferent or even slightly expectant attitude towards death still made him a bit angry or, rather, sowhat uncomfortably upset.
But Ding Long knew, facing Ding Jinshi’s temper, if he stayed hard, she would only be harder. Anger was useless with her.
After a long while, Ding Long finally nodded and agreed, “Alright, but you must rember, it’s your word. If the child is fine till the end, you have to give birth to the child; no thoughts of abandoning the child.”
“To avoid affecting my mood, I want to move out of this room and sleep in the guest room during my pregnancy,” Ding Jinshi turned away her face and made a request.
“Ding Jinshi, don’t push your luck! Pregnancy isn’t a reason for you to avoid . I won’t let you move out of this room. On the contrary, I’ll co back earlier every day to stay with you and the child,” Ding Long replied and then lay down, closing his eyes, evidently not prepared to continue the conversation, “It’s late. You should rest early too.”
Though disappointed, Ding Jinshi didn’t feel regret. After all, she had anticipated the result from the start, and she was rely giving it a try.
After that day’s conversation, Ding Long truly ca back early from the company every day, just as he said, to accompany Ding Jinshi. A few days later, the old Ding Family residence was cleaned up, and Ding Father and Ding Mother were sent back there by Ding Long. It must be said, with the two elders gone, not only did Ding Jinshi feel much more relaxed, but even Aunt Xi couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief.
