Arcturus knew that things like Divine Water were exceedingly rare within the Cosmos, but it was not easy for them to be born.
A temporary increasent of Comprehension abilities was by no ans anything short of a miracle, and from what Arcutrus knew, similar effects were mostly created by various drugs that had special effects on the brain.
Though side effects of such things were very severe, often leading to addictions, crippling injuries, and sothing like that. Taking such drugs was especially dangerous and more than often, rather self-harming.
His master repeatedly told him never to take such things because they sotis have very miraculous effects on the person's brain, which increase his learning and comprehension capabilities to the maximum for so ti.
Only a few items had the sa effects but were free of any side effects, especially the more deadly and dangerous ones. And surprisingly enough, Divine Water was certainly one such item that was scot-free of any dangerous side effects.
"Tomorrow, you can take the Divine Water, and we shall start the training. This bottle of the Divine Water is of very high quality, so only Psioncially powerful species can handle the effects of the Divine Water, or else they would explode on the spot... quite literarily."
Grandmaster Arsit Byrllir stated as he passed the bottle of the Divine Water to Arcturus, who looked at the small thing in great wonder. Highborne Asuryani were one of a few species that could take the Divine Water and don't die on the spot.
That was because their Psionic Attunent was very high, and the Highborne had a very strong affinity for the Psionic Energy. Normal beings couldn't take the Divine Water because the Primordial Psionic Energy would tear them apart the mont their bodies ca into contact with the Divine Water.
The Primordial Psionic Energy was a very dangerous thing and even the Beoynders were very wary of the Primordial Psionic Energy. It was the raw form of Psionic Energy, also called the Primal One, that was here at the beginning of the creation and would be here at the start of the End of all things.
"Per your orders, Grandmaster."
Arcturus stated as he then retreated back to his quarters, as he was going to prepare himself for the training.
"Also, as this Divine Water is of very high quality, its effect should last for a few days. During these few days, you should maximize the effects of the Divine Water on your body... to not leave strains; I have prepared several Serums for enhanced regeneration. Also, the Imperial Military sent you Epsilon-Grade Physical Enhancent Gene Serum."
The young Highborne Asuryani nodded hearing that, because if he were to train for several days straight without resting to maximize the effects of the Divine Water, it would be good to have so Serums for the regeneration.
Even though, due to his powerful constitution, he could remain awake for a few days with minimal resting, such intense training to maximize the effects of the Divine Water would take a serious toll on his body.
However, hearing he would also get one Epsilon-Grade Physical Enhancent Gene Serum brightened his mood to a new level because this would an that his Warrior Grade would be increased to a new Grade.
He wasn't really focusing on the Physical aspect of his training, as he preferred to solve them with simple Genetical Enhancents like most people these days. Typical training and body tempering were already ancient thods among the High-Level Civilizations and were only practiced by those who lacked the talent for Psionics and Psykery.

The next day, Arcturus woke up early in the morning and imdiately made so simple breakfast to fill his stomach before training. Unfortunately, Grandmaster Byrllir didn't know how to cook, so there were not many ingredients present aside from the military rations.
Fortunately, at least in this aspect, the military rations of the Imperial Military of the Eternal Empire of the Asurya were rather good, far better than the ones back in his life. The military rations of the Empire were rather tasty, in his opinion, which was a big plus because, typically, there was almost nothing else to eat within the Dojo.
Still, he didn't care about the minor things right now, as he finished the preparations to take the Divine Water. His master said that he would be training him personally before he entered seclusion to start his recuperation process.
That would for sure take at least a few years if he had to say sothing about that.
When he arrived at the courtyard of the Dojo, the Grandmaster Byrllir was already waiting for him, as the man was a very early bird. Though Arcturus sotis doubted if he ever slept, he knew that the Beyonder was already beyond such mortal needs.
In the first place, they were already sothing above the mortals and didn't need the things that the mortals needed.
"Good morning, master."
Arcturus greeted his master, who gave him a nod in return, as he then settled on the courtyard and took out the bottle of the Divine Water.
"One small warning: when you drink the Divine Water, you will be overhauled by sharp pain from the Divine Water acclimatizing inside your body; the Divine Water will be fully activated only when it is fully digested, which should take a few minutes. Also, after the Divine Water is digested, you will instinctively know how long it would last for."
Grandmaster Byrllir already had enough then more experience with the Divine Water and similar wonders of the Cosmos, as he had already used a fair share of them during his long life. He knew that this Divine Water was sothing that even many Beyonders would fight to the death to obtain the bottle.
Still, he was happy that his disciple was given the bottle of the Divine Water because, in this way, his disciple would learn as much from him as possible before going to the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy.
Arcturus's control over the Psionic Energy was rather shabby for his standards, but that was mostly attributed to the presence of the Dinsion Empyrean, as the Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability was doing its own thing in this equation.
And it certainly wasn't a good thing for Arcturus.
His proficiency with the Nuclear Chaos Formula was obviously at the level of Novice, which was rather disappointing for the Grandmaster Byrllir, but he understood that the Nuclear Chaos Formula was one of the hardest thods of controlling the Psionic Energy for any Psionic or Psyker.
People like Arcturus couldn't reach their full potential without supplentary items and to avoid doing more harm than advancing, they needed very precious things like the Divine Water or so top-notch Gene Serums, but such things were especially pricy.
Even people from the prestigious backgrounds of the Eternal Imperium of the Asurya would be rather hard-pressed to buy everything they would need for their practice, much less being said about the ones without any backround.
That was another reason why attending the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy was good and beneficial, as it was an easy way of gathering resources.
"I am aware... I should be starting."
Right now, his master is overseeing the process, so everything goes as smoothly as it should.
Cosmos Treasures, like the Divine Water, was volatile, and sotis they may or may not have unpredictable outcos. Nobody could be 100% sure when using sothing like Divine Water because the reaction of every person to it would differ.
Arctrturus drank the Divine Water in the bottle in one gulp as he almost imdiately felt the effects of the Divine Water on his person. At first, it was a weird feeling, but then, several seconds later, an enormous wave of Psionic Energy burst through his entire body as several azure-blue veins appeared through it.
They were shining with powerful light, and anyone who saw them would be srized by the blue light that they were radiating. It was said that the Divine Water was being digested by his body as Arcturus started feeling the pain.
At first, it was rather unassuming and insignificant, but soon enough, he was feeling such pain in his chest that he felt that it was going to burst. Soon enough, though, the pain was getting weaker and weaker, until only a feeling of comfort and calmness remained in him.
It lasted only a few minutes until the pain was gone. Sotis, during these procedures, he cursed the fact that it was impossible to sue the nanines in his body to turn the pain receptors, but as he learned from the Red Queen, such a thing would be almost equal to suicide.
Even though the Asuryani were rather proud about their Nanotechnology, it was also a fact that when soone was practicing the Psionics or Psyker Ability, using the Nanintes within their body to make any adjustnts to their bodies, especially rather invasive steps like turning off or on the pain receptors often led to crippling injuries or death.
Interestingly, it had a rather interesting reason, as when the adjustnts through the Nanintes were being made to the body, it often reacted badly to Psionic Cultivation and led to unforeseen effects.
Sure, so luckier individuals would be basically without any side effects, and so would not be that lucky when Psionic Energy got out of control, overflooded their bodies, started clashing with the Nanites, and destroyed the body of the Professional from the inside.
To Arcturus's surprise, such cases were rather common.
However, that was only for the Asuryani, who were not really educated about the matter, or the people who were experinting with the Nano Technology and Nanites too much.

Arcturus suddenly saw the translucent window of the system, sothing that he hadn't seen for a long ti, and part of him was glad that he hadn't seen it for a long ti, as he still held rather strong distrust toward it.
No matter what, he couldn't trust sothing about which he had zero knowledge, especially its inner workings and origin of the damd thing. At least, fortunately, the System rewards were never skills or abilities because he never wanted those.
He was wary of such things because he feared that if the Star Citizen Online System disappeared, then all the abilities that he gained through the system itself would also disappear.
Thus, he would always choose sothing that wouldn't disappear with the system, no matter how overpowered skill or ability the system would offer him. While a certain part of his life was torn at that, because he was aware that he could lose easy ways to gain strength, he could discard the possibility of losing everything that he had gained.
"The first thing that we would be working on is the Nuclear Chaos Formula; getting your mastery over it to the Apprentice Level, at least before you go to the Imperial Phoenix Military Academy, is paramount. Right now, you are wasting too much of the Psionic Energy in absolutely unnecessary things that it is turning my eyes..."
Grandmaster Byrllir stated sternly, they imdiately started practicing as they couldn't waste any mont. From one look at the blue veins around Arcturus's body, he knew that the effects of the Divine Water inside his body would last around 7 days or so...
That was already more than enough to do sothing about Arcturus's skill because the effects of the 7 days under the state of Divine Water were nothing but a heavenly blessing for anyone.
Arcturus just nodded as both of the Highborne Asuryani sat on the ground, and Grandmaster Byrllir stated, showing Arcturus the proper way of using the Nuclear Chaos Formula to control Psionic Energy.
At the sa ti, the elderly Grandmaster also comnted on the process and individual moves, using the insight that he had gathered during the years. This was an invaluable experience for soone like Arcturus because personal tutorship from Keter-Class Beyonder was sothing that not even the most powerful Bloodline Lineage Houses of the Eternal Imperium of Asruya could afford.
Soon enough, Arcturus started copying the movents of the Grandmaster Byrllir, and the execution of the Nuclear Chaos Formula was getting smoother and smoother.
