Registration of the PMCs would be pretty hard, but Zehal was confident that with their connection and status, they would be able to pass through the evaluations and all other bureaucratic stuff.
She wasn't really wrong, though, about such a thing.
All of them had very stark backgrounds, and it was probably not going to take longer than a few months. For normal people, it would be impossible to obtain a permit from the Imperial Governnt to establish a PMC.
"So, now how will we decide the ownership?"
As soon as Zehal said that, Arcturus beca much more serious. The ownership of the company was sothing that was very important to them to see who would own what, how many and how much money they would make.
"The Imperial Governnt has, for the ti being, 30% stake in the company, which leaves 70% of the stake for us to divide, and I want no less than 30%."
The Heiress of the House, Alvix, said flatly as Arcturus visibly cringed at that because he found it to be too much. There was his stake on the table, and then there was also Jenaiel and her stake, but her own would be much minimal in the end.
"20%. I am providing all money, resources and even technology on the table. I will take 40% stake and leave 10% for Jen-Jen..."
Arcturus counteroffered as he was providing most of the capital for the operation in the creation of their company. Not only was he investing the initial money into the operation, but he was also providing the technologies for reverse engineering and everything else.
Not to ntion, most of the work was done by the Red Queen in the fact, so he wasn't going under the 40% stake in the company.
"25%. I did a lot of work on the things as well, and without , even the Super-Advanced Hyper Artificial Intelligence like Red Queen would need to spend a lot of ti in cracking it out."
Arcturus took that into consideration, but he had a different idea. He wasn't a fan of letting Zehal have such a high percentage from the start, and then there was still the topic of the remaining 10% of the stake that they negotiated during the negotiation with Agent rcury.
The right to buy the 10% stake from the overall 30% stake in the Voidfuse Company.
"You can have those 5%, but only when we buy the additional 10% from the Imperial Governnt in the future."
This was a rather good offer, and in the end, Zehal agreed to it, as she was aware that most of the inco and things that were invested into the Voidfuse Company ca from Arcturus, be it his Starship, A.I., and everything.
Not to ntion, she was also aware that due to his unique identity as the disciple of the Grandmaster, Arist Byrllir was much more significant than her own background or that of the Jeniael.
Having a very strong personal connection with the strongest person and pillar of the Eternal Empire of the Asurya was sothing that they couldn't asure up to.
So, in the future, the distribution of the Stakes in the company would be with him holding 45%, Zehal 25%, the State 20%, and Jeniael 10%.
While Jeniael would be holding the lowest stake of just 10%, it would still be worth miraculous wealth. For her, whose only sole input was her family na and her use in the direct combat, 10% was already far more than enough.
Even though his own contribution was rather questionable in this regard, he still held absolute control over the Red Queen, and this entire endeavor was also his idea on top of everything.
So it was only logical that he would be holding the highest stake in the company.
Not to ntion, right now, everything that they were doing was being paid by him from his own pocket, as Jeniael was broke and for many other complicated reasons, Zehal wasn't in the position where she could really use her own funds to do so.
Which was logical and a good thing, in fact, because the last thing was to be indebted to the rcantile Clan in the Empire. That would be really problematic and create a situation that he didn't want to deal with.
"I will prepare the paperwork with the Red Queen, and after we sing it, we can send it to the Imperial Administration so they would accept the papers and register the company."
Zehal already prepared most of the things that were required for the registration, and now, only a few finishing touches were remaining that they would do right now. Once they had decided to go with the plan, both of them valued efficiency above everything else.
Aside from the fact, once the Cosmic Storm Shroud passed, they would be returning back to the Phoenxi Pri, so both Arcturus and Zehal wanted to take care of all things that were needed to be done on the Ziras IV during their ti here.
"We should also go to the Governor-General Thefas Farax as soon as possible to negotiate about the factory and everything around it. And I think we should be going right now. The longer we wait, the more problematic the upcoming negotiations will be because currently, the positive feelings from the Arachnid Infestation Mission are still fresh."
Arcturus said because if they were already going with the paperwork, then the negotiations about the factory should be the next thing to do.
"I literarily just ca right now here... can't we go tomorrow?"
Zehal asked as he contemplated his answer for a bit, before he agreed that they would be going back to the Ziria tomorrow. However, they would only be going to et with Governor-General Farax to negotiate about the factories for the Voidfuse Company and present him with what they would be doing here.
Perhaps, if the negotiations were really good, they could even station their headquarters in the Ziria.
Initially, Zehal wanted to use her own connections to obtain so plot of land in one of the important centers of the Empire, like Planet Votann, or the capitals of the various Star Segnts under Imperial control to place their territory.
But such a thing would be rather...
Counterproductive from a certain viewpoint.
The company was still very small and young.
Placing the headquarters in one of the industrial centers of capitals of the Imperium would bring them a certain degree of prestige but not other material benefits aside from that, and on the contrary, it could attract problems from the other places.
"We can... but we woíuld be going early in the morning to return back as soon as possible. I will send the ssage to the Office of the Governor-General and make an appointnt."
Arctruus said then as he left Zehal to unpack her things and do what she needed to do.
***
The next morning, as they agreed, both of them were on their way to the Ziria, though Arcturus ordered the Red Queen to send one of the quinjets to their location. Obscurus had several of the quinjets that were supposed to be used for the smaller, personalized transportation already on the planet.
The quinjet picked them up and brought them to the capital of the Ziras IV in half an hour in the slow mode, as they were directly dropped at the landing area near the Office of the Governor-General, from which they were led directly to the office of the Governor-General Thefas Farax.
After Arcturus expressed his interest in building several factories in the Ziras IV and the Ziras Star System in general and hinted that they were even contemplating placing the headquarters of their company that would be soon established in his territory, the Governor-General was very eager for such a thing.
It wasn't any problem to make a hasty appointnt with the Governor-General Thefas Farax, who was already waiting for them in his office with so refreshnts on the table that were prepared as a nice gesture of welco.
"Please take so refreshnts, and we could start already. All of us know that ti is a very precious commodity for everyone."
Governor-General Thefas Farax stated as he then motioned for them to sit down and they started the negotiations. The Governor-General Thefas Farax was very interested in the possibility of having an important and rich company headquarters in his territory.
At the sa ti, the idea of having the factories on the Ziras IV, which he understood would be very beneficial for their company. Ziras IV was a heavily industrialized planet by Imperial standards, even though industrialization wasn't really that popular in the Empire because it was destroying the environnt of the planets.
"So, you want to open the factories for your company that do not exist yet and are under the registration process."
Governor-General Thefas Farax stated as both young Highborne Asuryani nodded their heads as Arcturus once again let Zehal to take the lead in the negotiations while he would intervene only when sothing happened that would need his personal touch.
"Preferably, we want to establish several factories on the planet that would be constructing parts and also finished products. At the sa ti, we would like to negotiate the long-term contracts for the supply chains for the factories."
Zehal took the lead in the negotiations and started showcasing various dates through holographic projections and everything. For half an hour, they talked about the various data and projections of it.
"That is pretty nice, but what about your business model and the safety of the production? From what you told , you are going to construct and sell Dark Matter Energy Generators. Those are pretty volatile pieces of technology, and if sothing goes wrong, the consequences would be very dire."
Governor-General Thefas Farax stated because this ti it was Arctrurus that answered the inquiry because he could understand that this wasn't just normal heavy industry or sothing.
This wasn't so random building factory and creating relatively harmless things.
This was sothing related to the Dark Matter.
One mistake, and there would be a big boom.
And with it even the planet would be in danger.
So... even though Governor-General Thefas Farax wanted to obtain the deal, at the sa ti, he needed to put the safety and well-being of the citizens before everything else and he needed so assurances.
So security that they had everything thought over.
"Everything would be handled by the Artificial Intelligences that would be in charge of the oversight in the various sectors in each of the factories. Even though this would be bit more expensive, one factory would have several Artificial Intelligences that would be overseeing each sector, so this way, with one Artificial Intelligence focusing on each sector separately, would result in more precise oversight and control."
Arcturus proceeded to explain as this was, in fact, an idea of his own, to increase the security of the factory and the workers as well.
"Not only that, but we would have the human factor in that. We need to hire prominent engineers and scientists that would be the one that would be overseeing the overall functioning of the facility. In general, through this thod, with the standard Imperial Work Safety thods for the Highly Hazardous Environts would be enough."
Arcturus explained to the Governor-General Thefas Farax as the elderly Asuryyani nodded his head, most probably satisfied with the outco.
The Imperial Work Safety thods for the Highly Hazardous Environts were already far more strict than enough, and with what Arctrurus did with the additional Artificial Intelligences that would be overseeing the sectors of the factory and each individual process, Governor-General Thefas Farax was rather satisfied with the outco.
Now that they reached so preliminary understanding, they proceeded to the more concrete and material parts of the negotiations. And this was sothing that Arcturus left in its entirety to Zehal because they were negotiating the terms of the contract, prices, taxes, tax cuts, and many other things.
There were just too many things that Zehal was discussing with the Governor-General Thefas Farax that needed to be negotiated before they could even start thinking about building their factory on the planet.
Though, Zehal proved her skill at the negotiationing and everything, because she managed to get relatively good deal with the Governor-General Thefas Farax.
Even Arcturus was pretty much satisfied with the outco because, according to the deal with the Governor-General Thefas Farax, they would get many benefits from the Office of the Governor-General of the Ziras Star System.
"Now, please give a signature, here, here and here."
As they finished the negotiation, Governor-General Thefas Farax ordered his secretary to spring the contract between the Voidfuse Company and the Office of the Governor-General of the Ziras Star System.
Once Arcturus signed the docunt, everything was ready, and they could start the recruitnt process for the Voidfuse Company, buy the property, and start building the factories that would be constructing the parts for the Dark Matter Energy Generators and then the Generators themselves.
"For better cooperation and the future."
Arcturus shook hands with the Governor-General Thefas Farax before they left back to the manor in the outskirts of the Ziria. Both of them were sitting in the quiinjet, and they managed to take care of everything in about two hours.
Which was a very good result truth to be told.
"We managed to strike a good agreent with the Office of Governor-General..."
Arcturus muttered as he looked at Zehal as they were flying back ho because they managed to obtain a lot from the local governnt of the Star System.
"Well... the governnt of the Ziras Star System is rather desperate to obtain sothing like this. Due to their proximity to the battlefield with the Arachnids, this Star System is very unattractive despite all the other advantages that the Star System provides, especially the colony itself. And we were also lucky... once the fact that the djay Force will station semi-permanently one of their Fleets and Armies in the Ziras IV, it would trendously increase the attractiveness for the entire Star System."
Zehal said that what she was speaking about was indeed a rather particular situation.
Once the djay Forces arrive at the Ziras IV and make their presence known on the Imperial Colony, then it would increase the attractiveness of the Star System overnight for the migration, investnts, and practically everything.
