A recently constructed building stood tall in the center of the Capital. This building had just opened, and only a few floors were occupied.

A newly established company operated here. Although small in size, their recent projects and investnts were flourishing. Thus, despite being relatively unknown, several surrounding companies did not dare to look down on them.

This company had just started a few months ago, yet they were already in the process of expanding.

In the said building, a eting had just concluded. Several employees exited the conference room, leaving Butler Xin and Bei Sangyun behind.

When the last person finally left, Butler Xin stood up and offered the main seat to Bei Sangyun. Everyone in this new company had yet to et the CEO in person; they only knew that Butler Xin was the acting CEO.

Bei Sangyun occasionally appeared at the company, but due to her young age, no one suspected she was the person behind the conferences and virtual etings. They only guessed she was an important relative of Butler Xin or soone connected to the company’s founder.

Bei Sangyun glanced at the reports presented earlier by several employees. During the eting, she had allowed Butler Xin to sit in the main seat while she listened from the side. From beginning to end, she did not interrupt.

Standing beside her, Butler Xin sighed in admiration. "Those people you told to find are really talented. In just a few months, they have managed to organize everything. We are ready to expand, thanks to them." Initially, Butler Xin was extrely busy as the acting CEO, but as the people on the list were employed, the burden of this title started to lighten.

"Still, you should appoint a CEO. Or take this position yourself. I am your butler; I can’t always be here at the company," Butler Xin advised. Because of this, his duties as a butler were being neglected.

Bei Sangyun closed the file and picked up another report from the pile of papers next to her. "I will. I am still observing the person for this position. Don’t worry, it will only take a few months."

Butler Xin sighed. He knew he didn’t have much choice. He glanced at the ti. "It’s ti for you to return. If you are gone for too long, the other family mbers will notice your absence."

"Then let them notice. This work is more important than a silly family dinner," Bei Sangyun replied.

Butler Xin saw a notification on his phone and read the ssage. His face changed. "Lin Ginxian has arrived at the mansion. He ca earlier than expected. We should leave."

"What’s the hurry? He won’t look for , I assure you." But just as Bei Sangyun said those words, Butler Xin received another notification. It was from Lin Ginxian.

"...He noticed. He is looking for you."

Bei Sangyun just shrugged, showing no intention of leaving. Lin Ginxian had no ans to control her now. Her grandmother, the only leverage Lin Ginxian had over her, was abroad and recuperating safely. Furthermore, she was no longer the obedient, foolish daughter trying to please that damn father.

But Butler Xin on the side was getting anxious. He received another ssage. "...Headmaster Lin is actually looking for you."

Bei Sangyun remained indifferent. At that mont, her phone also received a ssage.

But it wasn’t from anyone in the Lin family. It was from Fei Chuan.

Bei Sangyun stood up.

Butler Xin saw her closing the reports and leaving. He sighed in relief. Lin Ginxian might not be able to control Bei Sangyun now, but Headmaster Lin still could.

However, contrary to his expectations, Bei Sangyun did not let him into the car.

"You go to the Lin mansion. I’ll be going sowhere else."

Butler Xin was stunned. "Where are you going at this ti?"

Bei Sangyun smiled, her eyes curving. "On a date."

Butler Xin was speechless for a mont, then his eyes grew wide. "Young Miss!"

What about work? What about the dinner?

The car started, and Bei Sangyun waved at him. "Don’t worry. I will co to the family dinner. Just cover for for a while."

The car then left.

Butler Xin was helpless.

This was exactly what he was talking about. Because Bei Sangyun had dumped so much company work on him, he couldn’t focus on his duties as a butler. While he was busy, the young miss went wild and suddenly got herself a boyfriend.

Butler Xin wasn’t able to stop it and could only watch as his young miss dated soone who might ruin her career path.

....

It was the weekend. Since there was no school, Bei Sangyun couldn’t et Fei Chuan.

Last night, she bombarded him with ssages filled with sad emojis, saying she would miss him and hinting that she wanted to see him. She even guilt-tripped him by reminding him that since they would only be a couple for thirty days, she wanted to savor each day.

Perhaps those persistent ssages worked because Fei Chuan suddenly suggested eting the next day after their business was done.

Bei Sangyun happily agreed.

She glanced at the ssages Zhong Cheng had sent. Zhong Cheng was quick to his assignnt and had given her a lot of ideas.

One of them was: "Becoming an official couple."

Becoming an official couple ant not only between them but also being official with the key people around them.

Bei Sangyun thought this made sense. If the people around Fei Chuan, like Grandma Pei, knew they were dating, then Fei Chuan might find it hard to break up with her. She should convince Grandma Pei that Fei Chuan dating her was a good thing for him. She would attack in this way.

But of course, to do that, she had to get Fei Chuan to let her et Grandma Pei.

Bei Sangyun t Fei Chuan at a café. He was wearing a coat over a plain white shirt and black pants, giving the impression that he had just co from a business eting. His dazzling appearance drew glances from the people around him. If Fei Chuan didn’t look so young, the ladies nearby might have approached him to flirt.

Bei Sangyun hurriedly ran to his side, blocking the gazes directed at her Fei Chuan. Since she couldn’t hold hands with him with other people around, she only held the hem of his coat.

"Did I make you wait long, ’boyfriend’?" Bei Sangyun’s voice was a bit loud, emphasizing the last word. The ladies looking at them sighed in disappointnt upon hearing Bei Sangyun’s words.

Sure, the handso guy was taken. What a pity.

Bei Sangyun saw the ladies turn their gazes away, and the hand holding onto his coat finally let go.

She was happy many people were finally aware of Fei Chuan’s handsoness. But they could only look from afar. For those ladies who had ideas, they better not entertain them.

Fei Chuan shook his head. "I just arrived. Where do you want to eat?"

Bei Sangyun had rented a small shop nearby. According to Zhong Cheng, this shop was famous among teenagers, so Bei Sangyun led Fei Chuan there.
