After the shoot, Xiang-Nuan made her way to the Shen Group headquarters.

It was her first ti there.

Having been with Yanshi for two years, she never got involved in any aspect of his life. All she had to do was wait obediently in that house for his call.

He never shared anything about his life with her either; aside from getting into bed, there wasn't much else to talk about.

The towering building stood out prominently in the expensive business district. Xiang-Nuan, in seven-centiter stilettos and a little black dress with a black sequined Chanel jacket draped over her shoulders, sashayed into the skyscraper.

Her large sunglasses covered half her face, but her tall and graceful figure still turned heads.

The receptionist was montarily dazzled, "May I ask who you're looking for?"

Xiang-Nuan slid off her sunglasses and winked, "I'm here to see Assistant Lin."

The receptionist blushed, her heart racing for the first ti because of a woman. She imdiately recognized her, "Are you Xiang-Nuan? I love your shows!"

Xiang-Nuan, who had gained so fa over the past two years, was no stranger to being recognized.

With a charming tilt of her head, Xiang-Nuan smiled, "Yes, that's . I'll sign an autograph for you, can you help find Assistant Lin?"

Normally, it wouldn't be allowed without an appointnt, especially to see the President's assistant, but with such a big star personally visiting, the receptionist felt she should at least ask.

"Sure!" The receptionist quickly handed over a notebook.

Xiang-Nuan bent down and swiftly signed her na.

The receptionist imdiately made an internal call, "Hello, Assistant Lin, soone is here to see you. It's Miss Xiang-Nuan. Yes, she's at the front desk on the first floor. Will you co down? Oh, okay!"

The receptionist excitedly took the signed notebook and with stars in her eyes, asked, "Can I take a photo with you?"

Xiang-Nuan took her phone and snapped several selfies with her.

The receptionist was thrilled, "I'm so happy, I never thought I'd et you in person. I'm going to show off so much when I get back. Oh, and I've been watching your new show 'White Poplar', I really love it!"

"Then you must keep up with it tonight."

"Definitely! Hey, what are you doing here looking for Assistant Lin? Do you know him?"

Xiang-Nuan's gaze fell on the man who had just dashed out of the elevator, her smile mysterious, "Yes, we're acquainted."

Assistant Lin hurried over, "Miss Xiang!"

He led Xiang-Nuan aside, sowhat shocked by her attire today. He had seen her many tis before, always dressed as a demure, low-key girl. This was the first ti she had dressed like this to et Yanshi.

"Miss Xiang, what brings you to the company? Is there sothing you need?"

"Can't I co?"

Assistant Lin wiped the sweat from his forehead, "No, it's not that..."

"I'm here to see Shen Yanshi. I have sothing to ask him."

"President Shen is in a eting. Maybe Miss Xiang could go back first and wait for President Shen..."

"No, I want to see him today."

Assistant Lin was taken aback; she was never this difficult to talk to.

"Assistant Lin, if you keep blocking , next ti I co, I'll say I'm here to see President Shen directly," Xiang-Nuan threatened with a smile.

Assistant Lin quickly said, "Then I'll take you up to wait for President Shen to finish his eting."

If news of Xiang-Nuan and Yanshi's affair spread within the company, it would be troubleso!

Assistant Lin took Xiang-Nuan straight to the top floor and settled her in the reception room.

Then he hurried back to the conference room, where Yanshi was listening to the project manager's report. Seeing Assistant Lin hesitating at the door, Yanshi shot him a look, and Assistant Lin quickly scurried in, bending over to whisper in his ear.
