Currently, it seed like only Yang Yi and his Organization of Water were opposing the cleaners; the Grey-cloaked People hadn’t acted, which was illogical.
If that cross is really important, the Grey-cloaked People should have reacted by now.
Brian suddenly said, “Do you think there are Grey-cloaked People here?”
“This is Mosul, not Europe.”
After Anton finished, he said indifferently, “The cleaners have laid out their plans for a long ti, but the Grey-cloaked People might not have counterasures on this front. Or, Mosul might not be within the Grey-cloaked People’s sight, so they have no manpower to deploy here.”
Yang Yi said softly, “I have a feeling things aren’t that simple.”
“Yes, things aren’t that simple.”
After Brian finished speaking, he said softly, “I have a feeling this is a conspiracy by the cleaners.”
“Yeah, I feel like I’m being used as bait, holding sothing irresistible to the Grey-cloaked People, making them co to at all costs, and then the cleaners can take advantage of the situation.”
With a sigh, Yang Yi said troubledly, “The only problem is that I don’t know what role I’m playing.”
Anton said softly, “What if the Grey-cloaked People also have people here, and they start fighting the cleaners to protect you?”
Yang Yi smiled and said, “That would be best because things obtained too easily aren’t valued. No matter how important this item is, if I bring it back to the Grey-cloaked People, it will just be an important item. But I want the Grey-cloaked People to pay a price, a severe price for it.”

One always has to do sothing to strive for, and Yang Yi decided that if there was no other choice, let Anton act as the cleaner’s undercover to prevent the handover of the item to the Grey-cloaked People.
The future is full of variables, nothing is guaranteed to succeed 100%. Yang Yi’s plan is, of course, risky, but if you want sothing, you have to pay a price.
