Seeing Shao Yunduan smile, Qiao Xuan jokingly scolded him, "Even with Father in such a state, you still manage to attract so much attention. How many more beautiful girls are going to co after you?"
Shao Yunduan pulled her close and kissed her, chuckling. "Behave yourself, don’t stir up trouble!"
Qiao Xuan burst into laughter, realizing he was being unreasonable.

As Zhao Shu and Taotao prepared to return to Hangzhou, they bid farewell to Qiao Xuan, Shao Yunduan, and Ms. Fang.
Shao Yunduan rembered sothing important. "Don’t forget to reclaim all your forr properties. If those stores are still under Prefect Fu’s relative’s control, demand their return. If they’ve been sold, recover their original value. I’ll write to Zhang Wenshu; he knows what to do."
