“That Mudblood went to find the Malfoy boy?” Umbridge looked at Fabian and said in disbelief.

It was a weird and uncomfortable room, with tablecloths covering everything and several vases of dried flowers, each on a separate cushion. On one wall hangs a decorative set of plates, each featuring a large, brightly colored cat.

The disgust in Fabian’s eyes flashed, and he put on a smile again, “Yes, ma’am, I saw Wallup and Malfoy co out of the sa classroom one after another with my own eyes, and Wallup looked very guarded. He didn’t want to be seen by others.”

Umbridge walked back and forth in her office, frowning and saying, “How did Malfoy get mixed up with that mudblood?”

“Ma’am, this is obviously one of Wallop’s ways of fighting us,” said Fabian.

“How could a Mudblood order a Slytherin student?” said Umbridge.

“Please allow to remind you,” Fabian straightened his collar, “on the surface, Wallup is a student of Hogwarts, but Grindelwald himself taught him.”

The na Grindelwald made Umbridge snort, “So what about Grindelwald? Isn’t he wanted by the Ministry of Magic of various countries and dare not show up?”

Fabian controlled his facial expression very well, “Ma’am, we plan to intensify the conflict between mudbloods and pure blood. Slytherin students are a very good sword. Wallup would not have thought of this one thing, but the kid he contacted must be trying to sabotage our plans.”

Umbridge wondered, “What can he do?”

“Given our advantages, there are not many things he can do, but there are other things,” Aiken said. “Please think about it. What is the biggest obstacle we will encounter in implenting our plan?”

Umbridge was not good at thinking. She held back for a while before she said, “The group of students who have no rules and do not obey the rules we made? But, as you said, Mudbloods and The purebloods are always like this, why should Wallup erase that conflict?”

“He can’t completely erase it, but the conflict can be halted.” Fabian explained.

“What should we do?” Umbridge gave up thinking completely.

Fabian smiled, “Please rest assured, madam, I’ll prepare the things later.”

“Very well, Fabian, leaving it to you is right. Go ahead, in this Hogwarts, you can act in my na.” Umbridge said directly.

“Thanks for your trust.”

After leaving the office, Fabian’s eyes flashed with disgust and disdain.

At this ti, a small conflict was going to happen in the Slytherin common room.

“Crabbe, pay attention to your tone of voice to the senior.” Ottoman said grimly.

Because of Umbridge’s unfair treatnt, Ottoman only needed to clean the bathroom in the Slytherin common room. The workload is very small, but it always needs to be cleaned.

Ottoman used the mop casually on the ground a few tis and was ready to finish, but Crabbe ca in with wet boots. This made Ottoman angry, and what made him even more angry was that under his own reprimand, he dared to talk back.

Crabbe snorted, laughed, and said bitterly, “Isn’t this what you should do? Can’t others co in after you clean up?”

Ottoman’s eyes imdiately darkened, “Do you need to teach you how to be polite, boy?”

The quarrel between the two attracted the attention of many people and they just stood there. This is probably the characteristic of a Slytherin student. If one of the two people who are arguing does not belong to the Slytherin, they will imdiately form a group to help their own mates.

But if both of them belong to the Slytherin, then they’ll just watch and see who’s stronger.

Ottoman turned his head and saw Draco. He was widely known since he sponsored the Slytherin Quidditch team with a Nimbus 2001 for each mber last year. Knowing that Crabbe was Draco’s group mber, Ottoman had no choice but to turn around and leave.

But Draco held him back.

“Hey, Ottoman.”

He turned his head and forced a smile.

The Malfoy family had a great reputation, and because of their financial ability, they were also quite prestigious in the school. This was not soone he wanted to provoke directly.

To his surprise, Draco called Crabbe over again.

“Vincent, co here. Don’t be stupid, and apologize to Ottoman.”

Reluctantly, Crabbe shifted his body and apologized to Ottoman under Draco’s gaze.

“Crabbe is just too simple-minded, Ottoman. Don’t argue with him.”

This made Ottoman a little surprised.

“Of course, I won’t take it to heart, Draco.” He called out his first na.

“That’s good. We Slytherins should be more united, shouldn’t we?” Malfoy said.

“You’re right.”

After talking each other, Draco approached Ottoman again and whispered, “Dude, do you know what is the most important thing now?”

“What?”

Draco smiled and said, “Rember what Umbridge said? She will select mbers from among the students to form a special operations investigation team. This is a good opportunity for us Slytherins to gain more power.”

“Why are you talking to m…” Halfway through the speech, Ottoman stopped, and he thought about sothing.

Draco helped him and continued, “We all know that she will definitely choose you as a team mber first. She wants to buy the hearts of our Slytherins to help her deal with those disobedient mudbloods.”

“Who knows, but it is a possibility.”

Draco smiled, “At that ti, I hope you can do a favor. Just ntion my na in front of her greatly.”

Ottoman knew that Malfoy would not say this for no reason. He had already planned to seek privileges in this school.

But he still had a troubled expression on his face, “Draco, I don’t know if I can help you with that, and even if I am selected, I’m afraid I will…”

Draco raised his head, “You will graduate in over two years. At that ti, I will ask my father to help you write a letter of recomndation to the Ministry for any position you are seeking.”

Ottoman’s eyes lit up after hearing this.

He laughed imdiately, “Leave it to .”

“I’ll be waiting for your news.”

After finishing all this, Draco told Crabbe again, “Clean up the stains you left.”

“Draco…” Crabbe looked reluctantly at him.

But under Draco’s gaze, Crabbe went to get the mop obediently and gave Ottoman a vicious look before leaving.

Ottoman sneaked a glance at Draco. His small group was actually a good source of connections. As far as he knew, it was because Crabbe and Goyle beca Draco’s lap that their father’s status in the Ministry had improved.

Thinking of this, Ottoman sneered in his heart, and he could replace a person like Crabbe.

Ottoman was about to fall asleep at night, but when he reached into the quilt, he suddenly touched sothing wet and sticky. He opened the quilt with a scream, and a dead mouse was in the center of the sheet.

“Who did it?!” Ottoman is soone whom is obsessed with cleanliness and was disgusted by it.

But even though half of the room was woken up, the culprit was still not found in the end. Ottoman washed his hands ten tis and spent the night curled up on the sofa in front of the campfire.

The next day, when he got up, he found that his hair had been turned green by a magic hair dye at so point.

“Who did it?!”

The Slytherin students who ca around showed mocking smiles. Ottoman stared at them and found that Crabbe, who had been following Draco, did not show up.

After a while, Crabbe dozed off and ca out. He saw Ottoman and gave him another look. Ottoman really wanted to go and question him directly, but Crabbe was with Draco.

He took a deep breath and suppressed his anger abruptly.

Osman thought that if he could find evidence that he did this, then he would be able to confront him since life at Hogwarts still went on under Umbridge’s managent.

After class in the afternoon, Draco found Sean again.

“I did it according to the thod you gave, and now Ottoman has begun to suspect Crabbe.”

Sean snapped his fingers, “Very well, Draco. Rember, as long as Ottoman has no evidence of it, you still have to speak for Crabbe. But you have to show your distrust toward Ottoman. Of course, you can only do so in person.”

Draco nodded and asked, “Then what am I going to do later?”

Sean smiled, “Use your power.”

“Power?”

“Tell a story.”

“Huh?” Draco looked confused.

In a low voice, Sean leaned over and said, “You need to build up your reputation. Later, so stories containing secrets that ordinary people cannot know can increase your sense of mystery and your reputation. Co here and tell you a little secret.”

Draco leaned over curiously. His eyes widened after a mont. His expression kept changing. Occasionally, he was surprised and excited, as if he had heard many big secrets.

After a while, Sean patted him on the shoulder, “First, use these stories to attract people’s attention. When the ti is right, I will give you so more. You can get a little by creating your own team later. Think, about it, how powerful your team must if everyone ca from the Slytherin house?”

Draco was shocked as if he had seen a wonderful future.

That night, Draco was surrounded by everyone in the Slytherin common room.

He just told a story about encountering a dangerous magical animal called the Wampus Cat in the Appalachian Mountains. At the end of the story, he awakened himself from being hypnotized by the Wampus Cat with a pre-arranged spell and narrowly escaped.

So people didn’t quite believe it, “Draco, are you telling that the Wampus Cat, an animal that can only be dealt with by dozens of adult wizards and based on what Professor Scamander said that Wampus Cats are very rare now, you t them once when you’re traveling around the world?”

Draco looked at him, “Believe it or not, at least I have seen that creature with my own eyes. This is an experience that I can rember all my life, but you will never experience it.”

Another student chid in and said, “My hotown is in North Arica, and the scene Draco described is indeed like the Appalachian Mountains.”

This student is indeed not a native of England. With what he said, the scene described by Draco is more believable. Seeing more and more people around, Draco decided to release Sean’s biggest weapon.

“Alright then if you’re not that interested with the Wampus Cat. I also know about Salazar Slytherin’s Chamber of Secrets.”

“Co on, Draco, the Chamber of Secrets has long been sealed by Dumbledore, and no one has ever seen the Chamber of Secrets except him.” Soone retorted imdiately.

Draco didn’t even look at the student. He snorted coldly, “Do you think the Malfoy family didn’t know it despite us being one of the most powerful families?”

The students looked at each other blankly. Draco’s words were true. His family has indeed a powerful influence in the wizarding world.

“Then last year when the basilisk ca out of from the chamber, why didn’t you report the chamber’s location to the professors?” soone asked.

“Idiot, Salazar Slytherin put the basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets, and he has his own reasons for it. How could I interfere with his plans?”
