Luo Shu stood up and walked forward to open the door, “Auntie, what’s wrong? What happened?”
“Soone from the school just ca by and said Luo Zheng has been in an accident,” Aunt Chen said with a worried expression. When Luo Shu and her siblings moved in next to her, Luo Zheng had changed his contact address to her place. Plus, the school wasn’t far from her ho, so the school sent soone to notify her and her husband.
“Okay! I’ll go right now!” Luo Shu turned to Luo Qianyu, who was drawing a design sketch, “Brother, I’m going to the school.”
“Hmm!” Luo Qianyu nodded, waved at Luo Shu, and continued drawing on the blueprint. He was sketching a preliminary design of the factory, incorporating so of the details they had just discussed.
Luo Shu quickly arrived at the school with Fu Yi.
Most schools now were single-story buildings, aside from classrooms there were just the offices for teachers and the principal, so Luo Shu easily located the principal’s office.
Entering the principal’s office, Luo Shu imdiately saw the bruised and swollen Luo Zheng, and her face turned cold. She turned to the principal nearby, “Principal, what happened here?”
“Are you the Little Divine Doctor?” The principal saw Luo Shu and imdiately recognized her, excitedly asking as if he had seen his idol.
Luo Shu furrowed her brows, raised a hand to point at Luo Zheng, and asked in a calm voice, “Principal, I want to know what happened to my brother? Why is he injured?” She was in no mood for pleasantries.
“He’s your brother?” Hearing Luo Shu’s words, the principal sobered up from his excitent. No wonder she had co to the school.
Luo Shu lightly nodded her head and waited for the principal’s explanation.
The principal’s heart sank. He hadn’t expected this tall and thin boy, so unremarkable in appearance, to be the brother of the Little Divine Doctor, who had recently beco a household na for saving the people of Cloud City. What was he to do now?
Luo Zheng had kept his head down since Luo Shu’s arrival, not daring to look at her. He was afraid to see the disappointnt in Luo Shu’s eyes.
Guo Dong and Guo Liang, the two brothers, imdiately recognized Luo Shu when they saw her. They exchanged a look, and both felt a twinge of worry. They had thought Luo Zheng was just a poorly backed country boy. If they beat him, it was no big deal. With their father’s status in Fangting Town, a word to the school would’ve settled the matter, and Luo Zheng would just have to swallow his bad luck!
After a mont’s thought, the principal said, “As I understand it, there was so minor friction between students, and both parties have already recognized their own mistakes.” Luo Shu was not soone he could afford to offend, but equally, he couldn’t afford to offend the Guo Family brothers’ father! If only he had known, he wouldn’t have notified the parents of both parties.
“Xiao Zheng, you tell us what happened,” Luo Shu said, looking toward Luo Zheng. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to give face to the principal, but if she didn’t take a strong stand this ti, Luo Zheng might be bullied again in the future. Besides, from the principal’s equivocal attitude just now, it seed these twins also had so clout.
Luo Zheng hesitated, but when he t Luo Shu’s encouraging eyes, he no longer felt uncertain. After thinking for a mont, he detailed the whole situation.
Luo Shu nodded and looked at the principal.
The principal wiped the cold sweat from his brow with a hand, looking seriously at Guo Liang and Guo Dong, “Do you have any objections to what Luo Zheng has just described?”
Guo Dong and Guo Liang looked at each other and shook their heads at the sa ti, “No!” They didn’t dare to object now.
