The dean turned his head to look at Mother Su and Father Su, apologizing, "Please sit for a bit, I need to step out for a mont." He planned to go to the principal’s office to inquire about Lu Lanxi’s situation.

"Please go ahead!" Father Su nodded. He was certain that the matter involved Lu Lanxi, indicating that Lu Lanxi’s background was indeed not simple.

The dean lightly knocked on the door, then walked into the principal’s office.

"Principal! There’s been a bit of an incident on my side. A student nad Lu Lanxi got into a conflict with another student, and the other student’s parents have co, demanding that Lu Lanxi’s parents be called to the school. I just had the information departnt check, and there are no records of Lu Lanxi."

"You ca here to find out about Lu Lanxi’s records?" The principal imdiately understood the dean’s intention.

"Yes!" The dean nodded. He knew Lu Lanxi’s identity was definitely not simple.

The principal laughed, "Then think about how many families with the surna Lu there are in Jinchen."

The dean thought for a mont, his complexion dramatically changed, "Is it that Lu family?!" There was only one Lu family in Jinchen, and that Lu family was one that no one dared to provoke. Could it be that Lu Lanxi belonged to that Lu family?

"What else?" The principal raised an eyebrow.

Mother Su paced back and forth in the office, occasionally glancing outside, and when she saw the dean returning, she returned to sit beside Father Su, wearing an unhappy expression.

The dean walked back into the office, glanced at Lu Lanxi with a complicated expression, then turned his gaze to Father Su, "Mr. Su, please follow outside for a mont."

"Okay!" Father Su stood up and followed the dean. He knew the dean calling him outside was surely to inform him of Lu Lanxi’s identity.

The dean led Father Su to another office, closed the door, and after asking Father Su to sit, said, "I just checked the student’s records."

"What’s her identity?" Father Su asked hurriedly. He was eager to know Lu Lanxi’s identity now.

"She is from the Lu family." The dean said. He still hadn’t fully digested the information he received; it was truly shocking!

"Her surna Lu surely indicates Lu family... Wait, you don’t an that Lu family, do you?" Father Su suddenly realized and asked in panic. If it was that Lu family, his wife had just insulted them as uncultured, wouldn’t that an provoking the Lu family?

"It’s indeed the leading family in Jinchen, the Lu family." The dean nodded.

"What!?" Father Su was utterly terrified, his whole body trembling uncontrollably. The Lu family was not only Jinchen’s top family but also Yan Country’s leading family, possessing significant influence in the Guard Circle, political world, and business world. In Yan Country, no one, no force could shake the Lu family. And yet, he had recklessly offended a mber of the Lu family.

Upon seeing her husband return, Mother Su quickly stood up and approached, "How did it go?"

Father Su gave Mother Su a stern glare and walked over to Lu Lanxi, "Miss Lu! Today’s incident was our fault, I apologize to you, and I hope you won’t take it to heart, I’m sorry!"

"Dad, why are you apologizing to her?" Su Tiantian exclaid in disbelief. Had her dad gone mad? She and her mom were the ones bullied, so even if apologies were needed, it should be Lu Lanxi apologizing to them.

Father Su stepped forward and slapped Su Tiantian twice, "Be careful not to cause trouble again, now go apologize to Miss Lu." If he wasn’t cautious, they would surely offend Lu Lanxi and the Lu family.

Besides Lu Lanxi and the dean, everyone else was stunned. What was going on? This was completely different from what they thought.

"Are you crazy?" Mother Su stepped forward, pulling Su Tiantian behind her for protection. Normally, her husband doted on Tiantian the most, unwilling to even scold her, let alone hit her.

"You apologize too!" Father Su said in a stern voice. If the matter of his wife saying Lu Lanxi was uncultured spread, his future would be completely ruined. This incident didn’t even require the Lu family to intervene — many people would willingly serve them. So today, he was prepared to beg for Lu Lanxi’s forgiveness, even if it ant kneeling.

"I’m the one who got hit, why should I apologize?" Mother Su analyzed Father Su like he was a stranger. Normally, her husband always defended his family, especially today. Could it be?

She turned to look at Lu Lanxi. Could her status be sothing even her husband wouldn’t dare offend?

Thinking of this, Mother Su turned to look at Su Tiantian, who now had swollen cheeks and blood at the corner of her mouth, indicating how hard those slaps were.

Mother Su felt a pang of heartbreak but, considering her husband’s attitude, she could only grit her teeth and say, "Tiantian, listen to your father, go apologize to your classmate." She couldn’t swallow her pride, but she had to now. Her husband was so wary of Lu Lanxi for a reason, undoubtedly.

Lin Fenfang and the other two were completely dumbfounded. They had no idea what was going on. Mother Su had just been adamant about not admitting fault, why was she now urging Su Tiantian to apologize?

"Mom! Have you gone crazy too?" Su Tiantian looked at her mother as if she was unrecognizable. She had just been slapped by Lu Lanxi, wasn’t it natural to stand on the sa side as her mom?

"Apologize first, I’ll explain the reason to you later, sweetie!" Mother Su gently coaxed.

"I’m not going, I’ll never apologize." Su Tiantian’s stubbornness flared up. From childhood, it was always others apologizing to her, begging her for forgiveness; she had never lowered herself to anyone.

Lu Lanxi walked up to the dean, "Teacher, I’m going to the principal’s office." She didn’t care about their apologies; if they hadn’t said she was uncultured, she wouldn’t have bothered engaging with them.

Back on Yuan Star, starting from elentary school, she rarely interacted with other kids besides her brother. Even if soone provoked her, unless it crossed her boundaries, she seldom paid attention. Because she knew she was different from others, and Yuan Star wasn’t the Immortal Realm.

The dean quickly nodded, "Go ahead!"

"Wait a mont!" Mother Su approached Lu Lanxi, "I was wrong just now, I shouldn’t have said you’re uncultured, please forgive !" Despite feeling filled with indignation and anger now, she had to do this. But she vowed that today’s humiliation would be repaid twice over soday.

Su Tiantian cried out loudly, covering her face as she ran out.

"Tiantian!" Mother Su quickly chased after her.

"Miss Lu! I’m sorry!" Father Su once again stepped forward to apologize. He only hoped that Lu Lanxi could forgive them and not dwell on it.

"You didn’t do anything wrong to ." Lu Lanxi said as she stepped outside. It was natural for parents to stand up for their children.
