Shuimu Ye propped her chin with one hand, occasionally frowning, and then shaking her head. "How could it be? Didn’t ’he’ say last ti that he liked that Cui Xiang? How could he like Lu Mo? And Lu Mo is a man."
"Knock, knock, knock!" Light knocking ca from the door.
"Co in!" Shuimu Ye said lifelessly.
Shuimu Yan pushed the door open and entered the room, noticing Shuimu Ye holding her chin with a gloomy expression. He shook his head with a smile. "Looks like your situation is similar to mine."
Seeing Shuimu Yan, Shuimu Ye stood up. "Brother, did Lu Mo admit that he likes Luo Yu too?"
Shuimu Yan nodded, "He admitted it, and he’s unwavering about it. It seems our attempts to persuade him are useless."
Walking to the table and sitting down, Shuimu Yan lightly tapped the tabletop, motioning Shuimu Ye to sit down. Once she did, he asked, "Do you like Luo Yu?" He had seen through her feelings long ago. Now that the topic was in the open, he decided to address it directly.
Shuimu Ye shyly nodded. "Mother didn’t agree, and besides..." Luo Yu liked Lu Mo. No matter how deeply she liked Luo Yu, what would it matter?
"Mother knows?" Shuimu Yan was a little surprised.

Shuimu Ye thought deeply for a long while. "I still like him a little." Liking soone wasn’t sothing that could simply be let go.
Shuimu Yan shook his head and sighed. "Yeye, I hope you can let it go. In this world, everything can be forced, except for emotions. Even if you really ended up with Luo Yu, if ’he’ didn’t love you, you wouldn’t be happy either."

"I think she’ll go. Let go ask." Shuimu Yan said as he headed toward Shuimu Ye’s room.
Standing outside Shuimu Ye’s door, just as Shuimu Yan was about to knock, the door creaked open.
"Brother, are we leaving now?" Shuimu Ye asked, carrying a bag and smiling brightly at Shuimu Yan.
"The carriage is already waiting downstairs. Let’s go." Shuimu Yan looked at Shuimu Ye and felt a surge of relief. It seed Yeye had adjusted her mindset. Although letting go wouldn’t happen overnight, he believed in her.
The two headed downstairs, where Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo were already waiting for them.
"Here, eat sothing." Lu Hanmo handed a packaged snack to Shuimu Ye. Shushu wasn’t convenient to give it herself, so he had to do it for her.
"Thank you!" Shuimu Ye accepted the snack, then turned to look at Luo Shu, flashing her a smile. Over the past two days, she realized she could now face Luo Yu calmly. Looking at ’him’ no longer made her heart race like before. Although there were still traces of affection, she believed she could move on.
Luo Shu smiled back. "It’s about ti. Let’s set off."
The four boarded the carriage, slowly heading toward the Light Domain. The road to the Light Domain was bustling with travelers, making it impossible to move quickly.
After leaving the city, the crowds dispersed, allowing the carriage to gradually pick up speed.
The Light Domain was located in the Galar Sea outside Holy Light City. Each ti the Light Domain opened, a massive island would rise from the sea. When the island fully erged, the Holy Tree on the island would emit a golden radiance.
Once the golden radiance enveloped the crowd, everyone present would receive Sacred Power. Each instance of Sacred Power granted an additional hundred years of lifespan.
Luo Shu and the others stepped down from the carriage and saw that the shoreline of the Galar Sea was already crowded with people waiting for the Light Domain to open.
Joining the throngs of people, the group spent considerable effort pushing their way to the front.
At this mont, the sea was calm and still, with the sunlight reflecting shimring waves upon its surface.
"Soon, an island will rise from the depths of the sea," Shuimu Ye pointed toward the surface with excitent. She had been here once before and seen the magnificent spectacle of an island erging from beneath the waves.
"Will we be able to go on the island?" This was what concerned Luo Shu the most. If she couldn’t, she would have to rely on her Divine Sense.
"The island will only remain on the surface for the duration of an incense stick’s ti. Once you’re on, it won’t be possible to return in ti," Shuimu Yan explained. "I’ve heard so people managed to get on, but none of them ever ca back."
"You’re not thinking of going up there, are you? Don’t even try—it’s incredibly dangerous. I’ve heard there are man-eating monsters and terrifying forces on the island. Anyone who goes there gets torn into nothingness by those powers," Shuimu Ye said, looking at Luo Shu and disclosing everything she knew.
Luo Shu furrowed her brows slightly and gazed toward the endless shoreline. It seed she would have to rely on her Divine Sense.
After waiting for a while, the calm sea suddenly stirred, forming layers of waves that grew taller and stronger as ti passed.
Gradually, jagged reefs began to rise from the water, expanding in size until a full island erged in front of everyone.
As ti went by, the island finally revealed itself in all its glory—vast and majestic, stretching endlessly, awe-inspiring beyond words!
"The Light Domain is about to open! Soon we’ll see the Holy Tree!"
"What a breathtaking island. It’s a pity we can’t go explore its real beauty."
"Quick, look! A golden tree!"
On the island, a golden giant tree began to appear faintly. As ti passed, its form beca clearer, radiating dazzling golden beams of light.
