An Yan heard him, "Younger Uncle, then you go ahead with your work, see you tonight."

Fu Shiyan turned around and saw Han Yang walking in.

"The stocks of An Corporation have fallen enough, stop now," he said.

Han Yang sowhat guessed that Fu Shiyan stopped because of An Yan, nodded, and left.

At six in the evening, Fu Shiyan ended his video conference and drove himself towards Bishui Bay.

Passing by a flower shop, he bought a bouquet of red roses.

Looking at the charming and tempting roses, they seed to him like the blossoming sight of An Yan beneath him, as enchanting as the roses.

He had never thought he would date soone eight years his junior, nor had he ever imagined that his girlfriend had once been his nephew’s ex-fiancée.

He smiled, turned the steering wheel, and drove towards Bishui Bay.

An Yan glanced at the ti; Fu Shiyan had ssaged her that he would arrive around seven.

As the ti was almost there, she started cooking.

While she was stir-frying the last dish, a pair of hands appeared around her waist, and the man stood behind her and gently pecked her snowy neck.

"Did you miss while I was on the business trip these past two days?"

"I did! Next ti you go on a business trip, should you consider bringing along?"

"That’s a good idea," he replied.

An Yan felt a bit itchy and couldn’t help but dodge.

Fu Shiyan turned her around, gripped her chin, took her lips, plunged deep, and drew out her sweetness.

An Yan wrinkled her nose, turned her face aside to breathe, "The food is burning."

She hurriedly turned back, stirred a few tis, and saved the at and bamboo shoots dish that was seconds away from being burnt.

"I’ll serve the dishes; you go wash your hands."

Fu Shiyan made a sound of agreent but didn’t move.

An Yan looked back at him, "Hurry up."

Fu Shiyan gazed unwaveringly at An Yan. Today she wore her hair in a ssy bun, with a few strands falling near her ears, adding a special softness to her appearance.

A white T-shirt and hot shorts, revealing a slender waist, her youthful vitality stirred his desires.

"An Yan..."

An Yan, seeing the desire in his eyes, swiftly picked up a plate and walked out. If she didn’t leave then, they might not know when they would have dinner.

Fu Shiyan watched her hurry away, chuckling softly.

An Yan set the plates on the table and turned around only to see a big bouquet of roses.

No woman dislikes flowers, especially when they are from a man she likes.

"Thank you, Younger Uncle."

"Hmm, I’m glad you like them," he responded.

An Yan set the flowers aside, pulled Fu Shiyan to wash his hands, then they returned to the dining table.

"Honey-glazed beef fillet, cucumber shrimp, sweet and sour ribs, stir-fried at with bamboo shoots, and old duck soup," An Yan served him rice, "These are all the dishes I usually like to eat. Try them, Younger Uncle."

"Okay," he replied.

Fu Shiyan tasted them and was a bit surprised; he did not expect An Yan’s cooking to be so good.

He suddenly rembered the bowl of plain noodles An Yan had posted in her friend circle; even lobster had lost its charm then.

He smiled, "It’s very delicious."

An Yan’s lips curved, dimples forming lightly, "Then I will cook them for you from now on."

Fu Shiyan nodded and agreed.

After finishing the al, An Yan brought out the tiramisu she had prepared as a dessert, and they cuddled on the couch, eating and watching a movie.

"Your father ca to see today," he said.

An Yan set the cake on the coffee table and kneeled facing him, "Because of the stock decline of An Corporation?"

"Yes."

"So, you plan to let them off the hook now?"

Fu Shiyan stroked her cheek, "Don’t you own 25% of the shares?"

An Yan spoke earnestly, "Younger Uncle, I don’t want to beco your Achilles’ heel and to be taken advantage of by others."

"I thought about it, and I still think I wasn’t considerate enough. After all, that was left to you by your mother."

An Yan shook her head and held his hand, "Younger Uncle, everything about the An Corporation holds no allure for . I reclaid the shares because I don’t want Du Xinlan and her daughter to take everything from the An family for granted. Younger Uncle, I don’t want to be the woman behind you, like a wallflower."

Fu Shiyan lifted her onto his lap, his large palm grasping her slender waist, "Then what do you want, hmm?"

"I want to be a woman worthy of standing by your side."

Fu Shiyan, looking into her determined eyes, felt incredulous and admiring.

He had never belittled her identity, status, or anything else, he didn’t mind supporting her.

However, when she said she wanted to stand beside him, he wouldn’t mock her, but would only respect her ambitions and career drive even more.

"You’ll be doing an internship soon. You can co to Fu Corporation’s apparel and jewelry company."

"I am planning to go to Galaxy Design Studio."

"Taking Su Yue’s backdoor?" Fu Shiyan raised an eyebrow.

"I am relying on genuine skills, alright?"

Fu Shiyan, curious, "How did you et Su Yue?"

It’s all about fate.

Three years ago, Su Yue went to Country S to participate in an international fashion design competition, and because the organizers suddenly required the original submissions, she had to deliver them through the night.

Unfortunately, she encountered a group of motorcycle thieves who snatched her bag.

Watching the motorcycle speed away, Su Yue’s heart sank to the bottom, those drafts were a year’s worth of her hard work.

Just when she was in despair, a motorcycle rider chased after them, and as he got close, he kicked the thief off his motorcycle.

That rider was An Yan.

After that, the two, sharing similar temperants, beca best friends with no secrets between them.

An Yan had to maintain a delicate and weak public image, and naturally could not let Fu Shiyan know that she was the other co-founder of Galaxy Design Studio, so she said, "One ti in a restaurant, Su Yue saw drawing a sketch, she thought I had a talent for design and admired . We beca friends from then on."

Fu Shiyan twirled a strand of her hair at his fingertips, "After you graduate, I’ll set up a studio for you."

While An Yan didn’t need a studio, she wouldn’t refuse Fu Shiyan’s gift of goodwill, otherwise it would seem a bit ungracious.

She wrapped her arms around the man’s neck and kissed him on the cheek, "Thank you, Younger Uncle."

Fu Shiyan curved his thin lips, "Is this to bribe ?"

"This is just an appetizer."

Fu Shiyan lifted her and walked towards the bathroom, "Then next, I will enjoy the main course."

...

Near midnight, Fu Shiyan, holding a sleepy An Yan, erged from the bathroom.

He gently placed her on the bed and dried her hair.

Looking at the slightly swollen lips of the girl, he gently stroked them, feeling a twinge of jealousy, wondering who had taken her first ti.

He didn’t have hang-ups about such things, but seeing how beautiful An Yan was, he couldn’t help but feel a bit of regret.

He turned off the bedside lamp, lay down beside her, and pulled her into his arms to fall into a deep sleep.

At dawn, An Yan yawned and got out of bed, rubbing her eyes as she looked at the empty spot beside her.

She picked up her phone and saw a ssage from Fu Shiyan: Breakfast is already on the table, warm it up if it’s cold. Jinqiao is coming back tonight, I have to go pick her up from the airport, try to rest early, I’ll hurry back.

After replying to the ssage, An Yan washed up, had breakfast, and went to school.

Entering the classroom, An Yan ignored the hateful gaze of An Yirou and sat at the back row.

These courses were too simple for her, so she picked up a brush and focused on retouching a drawing.

After class, as she was packing up her bag, a figure stood in front of her desk.

"I need to talk to you."

An Yan looked up at An Yirou, who was lifting her chin, "Is your face less swollen?"

Hearing the mocking tone, An Yirou could hardly contain her desire to kill her, but suppressing the rage in her heart, she said in a low voice, "Sister, I need to talk to you."

An Yan knew An Yirou’s tricks too well; to put it crudely, you’d know the kind of shit she’s going to pull just by her posture.

She stood up, her lip curling into a smirk, "Let’s go."

The two made their way to a small grove within the campus.

An Yirou accused, "Did you ss with Fu Chenyu’s matter?"
