Hearing the question, Su Yue spoke seriously, "This cleaner still cos to my office to clean at regular tis every day, so I guess she doesn’t think it’s a big deal and is quite calm about it."
An Yan narrowed her eyes, "I’ll handle her tonight."
"I’ll co with you."
An Yan’s lips curled up with a sly arc, "Aren’t you two planning for a second child? You should head ho early."
Su Yue widened her eyes, "Baby Yan, you said you didn’t see, but we really did talk about having a second child!"
An Yan shrugged, "It’s just that my hand shook, and I fast-forwarded to the wrong part, so I heard it."
"Just heard it?"
"I might have seen a bit too, the position was good, so this ti you might have a son."
Su Yue covered her face with her hands, "It’s all over, I’m totally embarrassed."
An Yan laughed loudly, "Just kidding, and you took it seriously. I really could have a shaky hand! I was just guessing, I didn’t expect to trick you into admitting it."

Su Yue suddenly thought of sothing, "Still want a benefit? Watch out, I might not let Mianmian marry Yanyan!"
An Yan covered her mouth and laughed, "I’m afraid you can’t control Mianmian. Last ti we went to the amusent park, Mianmian took the initiative to kiss Yanyan."
Su Yue, "I’m going to have a son, and you should have another daughter. Then I’ll have my son take away your Xiao Hua, pot and all."
An Yan gave a thumbs up, "That’s a good idea. I won’t have any more kids; I’ll just let my Yanyan take away your Mianmian, pot and all."
Su Yue didn’t want to speak anymore; having known each other for so many years, she had never once won a verbal spar with An Yan.
An Yan returned to her office and called Fu Shiyan to inform him about the situation, telling him not to wait for her for dinner.
Fu Shiyan spoke softly, "Then I’ll prepare dinner for the little ones first, and we’ll eat together when you get back."
An Yan smiled warmly, her dimples showing, "Why are you so good?"

They started bantering again, neither wanting to hang up first, just chatting away.

When Ruan Qingqing knocked on the door, An Yan had just ended her call.
She peeked in and asked smilingly, "Are you going to eat here at noon?"
An Yan gave an OK sign, "Wait for , I’ll call Su Yue and we’ll go have clay pot rice together."
She quickly gathered her handbag and went with Ruan Qingqing to find Su Yue.
The three arrived at their regular clay pot rice restaurant, each ordering a serving of clay pot rice, a dish of sesa oil chicken, and a plate of crystal shrimp dumplings.
Ruan Qingqing looked at An Yan, "When are you leaving?"
"Tomorrow morning at eight am; the plane lands in C Country at six in the morning local ti."
Ruan Qingqing nodded, "Do Anan and Yanyan have soone to pick them up?"
"Yes, my parents will pick them up."
Ruan Qingqing felt sentintal, "I still rember when you were so busy like a spinning top, you forgot to pick up Anan and Yanyan. When I went to pick them up for you, only the two little brothers were left at the daycare. When they saw , they didn’t cry or fuss, just asked if mom had eaten. I teared up. Su Yue nodded, "Although Anan and Yanyan are young, they are sensible. Is Mianmian even half as sensible as they are?"
An Yan disagreed, "It’s better for girls to not be too sensible. Being a little mischievous isn’t bad. Just spoil her."
"Then, you’re the one who said it. If I spoil Mianmian rotten in the future, you can’t bla ."

Su Yue smiled contentedly, "With you as a mother-in-law, I’m relieved."
She looked at Ruan Qingqing, "By the way, how did that blind date go last ti?"
Ruan Qingqing coughed twice, "It didn’t work out."
An Yan recounted that day’s events, and Su Yue was furious, "What kind of person is that! After the big competition, Sister will introduce soone to you. What kind of person do you like?"

An Yan took a sip of lemonade, "The oldest brother is mysterious, and who knows what he’s doing. The second brother is practically soaking in the hospital, almost marinated in formaldehyde."
Su Yue almost spit out her food, "That’s hilarious, even formaldehyde; your mouth is poison. But if there’s a suitable one, you must introduce him to Qingqing; it’s been over five years since Qingqing has been in Jiangcheng."
Ruan Qingqing smiled faintly, "Let’s just let it be."
Back at the design studio, An Yan began investigating the cleaner’s interpersonal relationships, account funds, and recent contacts.

When it was ti to leave work, An Yan, carrying a silver case, exited the design studio. She placed the case in the trunk and then drove away.

Not to ntion that An Yan was a chairman for both Fu Corporation and Mu Corporation, even within Galaxy Design Studio, her status as an assistant wasn’t below that of Su Yue, the president.
An Yan stopped a step below where Li Xiuju was standing and hooked her lips into a smile, "Open the door."
Li Xiuju clenched the keys, "Assistant An, are you here looking for ?"
An Yan raised an eyebrow, "I have many virtues, one of which is a lack of patience. Once my patience runs out, I tend to get violent."
Li Xiuju nodded hastily and quickly unlocked the door.
An Yan followed her inside and closed the door.
Li Xiuju placed the bag she was carrying on the table and smiled, "Please have a seat, Assistant An. Would you like so tea?"
An Yan didn’t respond, instead, she surveyed the room.
"Who has been here to see you?"
Li Xiuju’s eyes darted around, "No one has co to see . My family is back in my hotown, and I’m alone in Jiangcheng."
An Yan humd and showed her a surveillance video on her phone, "Do you know what you’ve done?"
"Wiping the table."
"I’m giving you one last opportunity, considering it seems you are too old to take a beating."
Li Xiuju, looking at her slim fra, not appearing violent, remained calm, "Assistant An, I don’t understand what you’re talking about. If there’s nothing else, please leave."
"Do you know what happens to a dead duck with a stiff upper lip?"
Li Xiuju: "..."
An Yan stepped closer, "First of all, you beco a dead duck."
