Cole and Isaac imdiately exchanged glances as the two of them felt what was pervading the air.

The feeling was so familiar to Cole since this wasn’t the first ti he had experienced such a thing in a short amount of ti.

Now the air carried a feeling of death, corrosion and utter destruction bringing a single thought into Cole’s mind.

"Is this Quinox or Doctor Thomas?"

Dread arose in Cole’s mind when he looked around him, and at everyone’s face. The air had now spread and pervaded almost everywhere in the academy ground.

Just before anyone could begin doing anything or trying to get to the origin of all of the problems. The problem intensified.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Extrely loud explosive noises rang out from all around them, the noise was so loud Cole felt his ear drums were about to burst apart.

Accompanying the large noises were three equally large pillars of glowing purple light. The purple light of the pillars were also tainted with so dark colors as they pierced the sky.

The presence of those large pillars of light further accelerated the spread of that strange aura through the air.

The aura was growing thicker and even taking on a slightly tangible form of a dark cloud that seed to be covering everyone.

"What the hell is going on?" Cole questioned.

In response to his question, Cole felt Isaac move extrely quickly and appear beside the Fourth elder and whispering sothing to the fourth elder.

The fourth elder remained extrely quiet with his back straightened while his eyes remained strained on the third elder.

"Tsk," the third elder made out before slowly floating and flying away.

The fourth elder watched the third elder leave with an extrely annoyed face. He made sure the third elder had totally left the environnt before he turned to looking at Cole.

"Try your best to stay safe kid, what is coming won’t be beautiful," the fourth elder said before also preparing to leave.

Isaac on the other hand didn’t attempt to say anything, instead he only gave Cole a aningful nod before also vanishing.

Seeing the elders and Isaac leave in such a hurry, Cole felt the Severity of the current condition.

"Things aren’t looking too good and things are about to get very dangerous," Cole muttered with his eyes locked straight at the glowing pillars of light.

"I need to get out of here as soon as possible,"

He didn’t bother with the people that were standing not too far away from him anymore.

They only dared to try to attack him so openly in the academy because of the third elder’s support but now that the third elder had left they could only shrink back.

"Where do I go now," Cole thought.

He was wondering if he should head to the Combat hall to et Eleanor or head to the library.

But eventually he decided to return to the hostel. Haven made that decision to return to the hostel, Cole turned in the direction of his academy and began his Sprint.

He didn’t attempt to control his speed or limit himself, instead he ran straight ahead with everything he had.

Though he didn’t do it that often, running in the academy with his full speed was by no ans negligible, resulting in people turning their head to check who it was.

Apart from Cole and so selected few, most people still hadn’t realized the severity of the current situation since everything still felt extrely peaceful.

Apart from the slightly darkened air, the aura of death pervading everywhere and the dark purple pillars of light nothing was really happening.

Running at his full speed, it didn’t take Cole much ti at all before he arrived at the bottom of his hostel building.

Standing in front of the entrance to the building was soone Cole was shocked to see.

"Linda," he muttered.

"Hello Peasant," she said with a small smile.

The smile on her face vanished just as fast it ford on her face as the two of them shared a nod.

"You can feel it too right," Cole asked to which Linda responded with a nod.

"Let’s go up and et Bryan," Cole proposed, which got a nod of approval from Linda.

Normally, Ladies weren’t allowed in the male hostels but the current situation was nowhere near normal.

Both Cole and Linda ran up the stairs at an extrely fast pace and they soon arrived in front of the room.

Cole took the lead and opened the door into the room to see Bryan currently pacing around in the room.

Startled to reality by the new sound, Bryan hurriedly turned to look at the door before saying.

"Cole, I have been -"

Bryan froze mid speech as he saw another head poke out from behind Cole.

"Linda? What are you doing here?" Bryan asked in shock.

"Forget all that, can you feel it too?" she asked.

Bryan didn’t waste any ti before he nodded curtly to affirm what they were saying.

"They are back at it," he said with gritted teeth.

In the room, the trio went to have a seat like they usually do and try to decide what to do next.

"Do we just sit here and wait," Linda asked while looking at the two.

Cole looked extrely unwilling to just sit and watch but Bryan on the hand seed unsure.

Both Cole and Linda were just about to speak up and convince when they suddenly heard him speak.

"We can’t," he said loudly.

A smile ford on the other two’s face as they slowly planned more and after a while they proceeded to leave.

"Let’s get back out there," Linda said in a loud voice.

The trio quickly stood up and began leaving the room, they ran out of the room and headed towards the bottom of the hostel.

The instant they got there, the trio of them were frozen in their spot with the sight in front of them.

"What the hell is that," Linda shouted out in shock.
