The battle had ended as soon as the agreents had been made. Leo didn't have much else to stick around for. What lingered on Clark's mind was the fact that he could now see how much of a battle maniac Leo was. Every single student that Leo passed was under examination. Leo was looking for the next upcoming star to fight.

"Clark, what was that?" Maria had caught on to the sparring match between Clark and Leo. She knew that the Green family didn't have much negativity around it. Yet, there was the chance that sothing bad was happening. The bog families were all dangerous like that.

"Just getting us jobs. That guy is battle crazy and wanted to make so connections so we can have a real match once I'm stronger." Clark thought for another mont and poke again while he and Maria were leaving the arena. It was nearly ti to get to the secondary class.

"The green family is less known because they don't cause trouble. They don't have much in the way of connections or power. But from what I know, they are a little battle forward. We can use that. Leo will bring us on so journeys aning we get experience, materials, and keep him in sight." Clark wasn't going to just trust Leo fully. That was still out of the question.

"Really? But he…well, he does have living thorns as a beast. It is a lot like him if he's that way." Maria had not pegged Leo as such but thinking about how a spirit beast can sotis match its tar, this made so sense.

"I just need to use him enough to get stronger. If that cos with the cost that I need to battle him, then it's fine. A battle against him would toughen up too." Clark gave a sideways glance to Crim who was listening carefully. He had to get stronger too.

"I saw you using the two new moves with your spear. You already got a lot stronger." Maria had not just been focusing on herself. She had been watching Clark closely.

"The falling moon pierce and the full moon slash are just additions to the crescent moon slash. They all have their situations. I have many more moves to learn. I just can't make my muscles morize them in a short ti." The weakness of the human body caused Clark a lot of annoyance. He had the technique morized. Unfortunately, his muscles needed countless practice movents.

"I learned to use my daggers better. Having the second to block was a great idea!" Clark had told this to Maria offhand. Now Maria had taken it to heart and was focusing on dual wielding daggers. One to block attacks and another to keep attacking. She had vetoed the use of poison on them in case she needed to use them to help soone.

There was a minor fear of harming people that Maria innately possessed.

"Good. Having two should help if your bow breaks. You never knew what a beast might do." Lit seed to move around Maria more to highlight the importance of what Clark was saying. Clark was still having a hard ti understanding why Lit liked him so much.

"Can I ask you sothing?" Maria stopped short of entering the lecture hall where professor Wright would tell them about the dungeon they would be entering.

"That depends." The feeling that Clark got from Maria was that this was very important to her. It was serious which was a little different from how Maria seed to normally act.

"Have you heard of healing dew?" Clark shook his head no to her question. "It's a dew that builds up on dungeon plants. If I can get a vial of it I will have a single material for helping Lit beco a queen jelly. Can you look for it whole in the dungeon if we are not partnered together?"

Crim pushed his head against Clark's leg and Devi invisibly pulled on Clark's shoulder. They both were waiting for Clark to say yes. And if he didn't, then they were ready to annoy him until he did say yes. "I will look, but I will not promise anything."

"Thank you!" Maria jumped a little for joy. She had a feeling that if she asked Clark, then it would happen. There was just an aura of certainty even when he said maybe.

"We have to get inside, the lecture should start soon." Clark just kept on until he went to his seat. He couldn't find the words to respond to Maria's gleeful smile.

"Now that's enough chatting! The last two of our class are here so we can start a few monts early!"Professor Wright had dealt with a lot of preparation this last week. Now she could finally give them the information she had allotted for the dungeon adventure.

"The dungeon is a very common dungeon when danger is considered. The beasts inside are nothing but rare." The class was very interested in why this might be. "The dungeon is made up of multiple elental and other typing beasts. Specifically, slis."

Clark felt that he had been slapped in the face. He was heading to a sli dungeon! This was a great way for him to learn about Crim and what slis were capable of. "You may think that slis are weak. Yes and no. If you attack their bodies, no.

If you attack their cores, yes."

The class seed to understand why this was more unique of a dungeon. "The typing of the sli also matters. So slis are immune to certain types of attacks. Others have powerful effects on others. Decaying slis can rot your body on touch. Electric slis can paralyze.

Ice slis can freeze. Understand?" The class only shouted yes in return.

"Good, that being said, the gems inside the sli cores are ideal materials for beasts of the sa type to get stronger. I recomnd you gather many of them when there. This is also unique in the way that this dungeon was created on purpose by multiple tars of a high level with similar spirit beasts." This didn't seem to add up to Clark.

He had heard it was only when a tar died that a dungeon could be created.

"With the use of a space type spiritual beast, multiple passed on mbers of Nova academy had their beast spaces fused together. It is governed by said space type beast so it can be used forever by the Nova academy students." Now, this was an impressive feat. not many could say that they had been able to go to a controlled dungeon made for education.

"This dungeon normally requires ten years of rest but we had a recent donation of space related materials. That allowed us to open it earlier for this occasion. The best part is that it is on campus. In the underground section." Professor Wright knew that the students were not allowed to go to the underground areas of the academy.

The reason was simple, there were five dungeons on campus beneath their feet.

"Now, let's go over basic supplies again. You can study sli types later in the library. That is what it should be used for. Not sleeping!" Professor Wright glared at Ralph who pretended not to notice.
