The four made it back to Clark's room where they all sat down to have a more serious talk. It seed that the initial energy they had died down and had begun to realize what had happened in its entirety.

"You seem pretty happy." Clark just gave Maria a quick glance as he said this.

"How could I not be happy? This is the most amazing twist of fate there is. I didn't think that another family would ever want to adopt in to them. Ever since I was thrown away…But that is fine. I will be much better."

"It's mostly because I was able to show that you had your own kind of genius. The Green family is very harsh. When I was growing up I was brought to try new things every day until I began my research on why I was being brought to new places. It was an interesting surprise to the attendants in charge of ." Ella had not spoken about growing up in the Green family much.

"So your family had that too? I was offered a heavy education then told to look for what I might want to specialize in. It was a very long day once I have beco old enough to learn. But I guess it was worth it since I can do a lot of things that soone our age has just started to learn."

Even though Ella and Isa ca from different families, they ca from large and important families. They were able to receive learning experiences that Clark would have never received. "Before they realized I was what I was, I received the sa. For a short while, there was the potential that Lit was not going to grow in to a glow sting jellyfish." Even Maria had so education in a similar format.

"That makes the only outlier. I received what my parents taught and the basic three year education for reading and writing. Luckily, I was able to learn on my own better and soon had been ahead of many others my age. Figuring out how the world worked was like a ga." Clark had used this as an excuse more often than not, however, he always ended it the sa way.

"But sotis I feel like I just know things."

"Just know things? You literally co out of nowhere with new theories and ideas. It's like watching soone with unlimited information. Is there an entire library in your head?" Isa poked Clark's temple wondering what his mind worked like.

"Let's stop trying to poke my brain, alright?" Clark stopped as soon as he spoke because he heard a noise outside his door. The following knock was quick and just loud enough to attract their attention.

By the ti he opened the door, the delivery staff mber was walking away after leaving a small crate for him. Attached was a small note. "Clark, you know we have to thank you again for suggesting our families join. Our parents seed to have loved the idea and it gave us a reason to have a longer friendship.

We won't have the burden of political relations between us when we are older." Isa had to say it before she let the mont pass. This ant a lot.

"Having the sa people around for a long terms is rare in large families. From What I have inspected, large families can lose and gain relationships in minutes." Ella supported Isa's results easily.

"I am just glad that I will have a family na that is literally starting new. I just find it funny that Clark called my spirit good when he has Devi as a beast. A ghost type beast tar and , a girl nad spirit. It's like we were…"

Maira had caught herself turning red. She was about to speak a little too much out loud. Ella and Isa just turned their eyes on Clark expectantly.

"I send my thanks yet again, you have now assisted my children in a more unique way than I ever expected. I also witnessed the strength of your character. I believe that the items I placed in here as gifts from my personal material storage to be an interesting research set for you.

Please share it with your group and if you happen to see Phantom, thank him again for the introduction of you and your friends. Also, you will always have the support of The Star city lord, especially in forming a new family. Regards, The Lod of Star city; your friend."

Clark had read out the entire note before sitting the crate down. Isa and Ella looked at him with so anger making Clark wonder what had just happened. However, Maria was already curious and helping Clark open the crate. Isa and Ella could just sigh.

"Look at this! These are all manner of elental crystals. So are even the highest qualities." Isa had lined up a crystal of each elental typing then so of a few other random typings. They were in small glass vials to keep them safe. They would be useful for the group.

"This appears to be serpent grass. It's able to be peeled then consud to help any serpent or snake shed its skin. This is considered a must have herb for any serpent that is growing on to a drastically larger form. We would need this one day." Ella had researched this material before and felt that it was a very good gift for their beast plans.

"I'm more interested in what these potions are?" Clark had not had reasons to use any potions as of yet. He had not been in a dire situation where he needed a health potion to recover from a major injury. Potions weren't sothing that soone should just use for a small scrape or bruise.

The only reason he didn't know what it did was because he was refusing to use the analysis of the system for every little thing. He wanted to see what his friends had to say. He also knew that they would be happier to take the lead once in a while.

"That is a nutrient supplent for beasts without defined bodies. It is hard to make because the alchemists need unique materials. I would assu that was gifted to you because you have Crim as your best. Dragon or not, Crim is also a sli." Ella had seen this potion before given to a few beasts that used shadows to make up parts of their bodies.

After having Ella's opinion, Clark called out Crim from the taming space. "This should help you out. I doubt it will increase your energy but it should help you fuel your body." It was gone in the matter of a few seconds. Crim, appeared to get a little drowsy before perking back up to his normal self. A slightly darker red tint ca over his body proving that it had indeed given nutrition to help him.

"Perfect. You will also want one of the dark crystals, right?" Maria held one of the high quality dark crystals out to Clark. She wanted one for her midnight eel so that it could grow faster. The other could go to the egg that Clark had.

"I want to see this egg when you have a chance. It should be properly recorded since you are unsure what it will hatch in to." Ella was set on this. She had to record one of the few things that was unknown to Clark before he sohow figured it out.

"Sure, I will show you how it absorbs the crystal too." Calling the egg from his taming space was easy. Devi even appeared as well because he had beco interested in what was going on.

The girls spent so ti watching as the crystal slowly cracked and fell apart. The surprising thing was that the dark crystal was a much higher quality aning that it had a much higher amount of dark energy within. That also ant that the egg was gaining more shadow energy from it because of the perfect relation of darkness and shadows. They were similar but not exactly the sa.

Not that they couldn't be interchanged for one another.

That's a very high absorption rate. It could an that the egg is trying to gain energy to hatch. I wonder what beast can force a process to go faster at this rate.' It seed that Ella was ready to forget all the other things that had happened so she could go to research this.

"It's getting late. We should just head to bed. We know that the city will be busier than ever tomorrow. rchants will be rushing here for approval. Having the lord of a city here brings a lot of people in. Actually, we should see if any special auctions or sales are being held.

This is the best ti to find more custors." Isa was already scheming what she would be doing to gain them more custors. Clark thought it best to end the night here since he could see that Isa would talk about this for hours if they weren't careful.
