Chapter 31 Female Dancer 1
After so hands-on teaching from Zhou Jingru, Ye Shaoyang finally learned how to operate his new phone .
A fine date has turned into a cell phone demonstration class . What a day, Zhou Jingru thought .
The day was almost gone, and it beca cold . Zhou Jingru wanted to head ho, so Ye Shaoyang sent her to the school gates . A Lamborghini was already waiting on the side of the road . The chauffeuse looked through the car window to check out Ye Shaoyang . She was taken aback, and thought, Why would Zhou Jingru hangout with such an old-fashioned person?
After he sent Zhou Jingru off, Ye Shaoyang walked back to the university . As he was about to reach the dorms, he heard the rumble of motorbikes behind him . Instinctively, he turned to see what was happening and saw the headlight of a motorbike heading his way .
Were people allowed to ride motorbikes on the school grounds? Ye Shaoyang thought .
Without giving ti for Ye Shaoyang to understand the situation, the motorbike had already arrived before him . A young man with a pompadour hairstyle was riding the bike . He had a prominent smirk on his face, and he looked at Ye Shaoyang like a hunter at his prey .
Ye Shaoyang imdiately understood the situation .
The motorbike honked at him twice, as if asking Ye Shaoyang to move aside . But the bike did not slow down or swerve aside . It just kept its course and made a beeline for Ye Shaoyang . Ye Shaoyang placed both of his hands behind his back and looked eye to eye with the driver . He did not even move an inch .
At the last mont, the biker finally jamd the brakes and stopped inches away from Ye Shaoyang . The young man felt very irritated . He had originally wanted to scare Ye Shaoyang a bit and make him move aside . However, his futile threats completely failed to faze Ye Shaoyang . The young man pressed the horn and asked Ye Shaoyang, “Were you the one having dinner with Zhou Jingru?”
So you’re here because of Zhou Jingru, Ye Shaoyang thought .
The young man touched his jaw with one hand, as he pressed the horn with the other . A group of people ran over from behind . They were all in their twenties, and their attire seed to indicate that they were students . They were all his brothers, and they ford a row behind the motorbike and awaited his orders . The young man with the pompadour stuck out his thumb . Then, he pointed at himself and said, “I think you’re new here . Do you know who I am?”
“Rooster head?” Ye Shaoyang cupped his hands and bowed at him, “My bad, my bad . ”
Laughter pealed from above, and Ye Shaoyang looked up; he saw that people from the dorms were outside in the corridor, watching the potential xican standoff . This na did not please the young man . However, he still held his anger in and told Ye Shaoyang, “I was going to ask her out on a date today, to have so crabs . But she told that she had an important date with soone else . And that soone else was you?”
Ye Shaoyang grinned . Then, he took out his old cell phone and asked, “Shall I help you call her out?” Ye Shaoyang’s reply amused the crowd again . In response, the young man yelled at the people above, “Was that funny?!”
More and more students walked out . Since they were on top and it was dark, the crowd was not troubled at all . Then, the young man pointed at Ye Shaoyang and said, “Look at what you’re wearing . You don’t even look like a farr; you’re worse than a farr . Which mountain did you pop out from?”
This ti, the followers of the young man laughed .
The young man seed to have gained so confidence, so he continued to point at Ye Shaoyang and threatened, “Let be clear on sothing, punk . Jingru belongs to . You better not try anything funny . She’s out of your league anyways, so go back to your village and work on the farms, okay?”
Ye Shaoyang furrowed his brows . He did not like the way this fellow was pointing at him . Maybe he would be okay if it was a woman but definitely not from a man . Suddenly, he felt sothing, so he chanted softly . Then, he swiftly caught onto so hair .
It was a spirit, and it kneeled in front of him . Only Ye Shaoyang could see it; no one else could .
The spirit was a woman that seed to be in her thirties . She was wearing a black dress and a pair of blue stockings . Her body was curvy, and her face was not too bad . The only thing off was her makeup—it was too thick . Naturally, a spirit could not apply makeup, so she had only turned into a form that she liked . Ye Shaoyang captured her and placed her before himself . With a very sorry face, she pleaded to Ye Shaoyang, “Please spare my life Mister . I only ca to watch what was happening, so please let go . ”
Ye Shaoyang did not care about her words . Instead, he asked, “How long have you been dead?”
“Seven days . Today was suppose to be the day I return to visit my family, but I have no family . So, I just ca out to wander, before I report to the underworld . ”
“What did you do when you were alive?”
“I was a dancer . After I got divorced, I also lost my source of inco . So, I went to beco a dancer,” answered the female spirit with pride . “I like to dance, and I like handso guys . You seem pretty handso yourself . ”
Ye Shaoyang gave her a quick glance, but he still kept a professional look, “Do a favor, and I’ll write so good things for you on a Pleading Talisman Paper . What do you think?”
This proposal made the female spirit overjoyed, “Of course, of course!”
On the other side, Ye Shaoyang’s actions puzzled everyone—including the young man, Chen Jianbo . They saw Ye Shaoyang reaching his hand out to catch sothing . Then, he seemingly talked to soone . “Hey, what the f*ck are you doing? Are you going crazy? I’m talking to you!” Chen Jianbo continuously pressed the horn . Ye Shaoyang did not seem to care . On the contrary, he continued to talk to the spirit, “Go and possess the young man with the pompadour . Then, look for a handso lad behind him and start dancing . What do you think?”
“That’s a great idea! It would also be my last wish,” said the female spirit, “But my powers are too weak, and he has too much Yang Qi … . ”
“Leave that to ,” Ye Shaoyang said confidently . Then, he chanted sothing, before he said to the spirit, “Go now!”
The female spirit flew like the wind and entered Chen Jianbo’s body .
Orginally, Chen Jianbo was scolding and yelling at Ye Shaoyang . Abruptly, he stopped and shivered a bit . Then, he gave Ye Shaoyang a little smile . He dismounted from the bike and turned to look for a suitable partner, mumbling to himself, “Which one is more handso?” Finally, he saw a handso young lad . He walked up to the lad in a lady-like fashion and placed his hands on the lad's shoulder . Then, he said, “Co, dance with !”
This change in the situation confused the handso lad, so he asked, “Brother Chen, did you say dance?”
Chen Jianbo grabbed one of the lad’s hands and placed it on his own waist . Then, he grabbed the other hand and said, “Quickly dance with , or you’ll be in big trouble!” Before the poor lad could discern what was happening, Chen Jianbo started to dance . The lad did not know how to dance, but he had no choice but to try and follow his boss’s actions . What madness was this? Why does he want to dance now?
This sudden turn of events shocked everyone, including the students that were watching upstairs . The whole crowd watched on in awe, and no one made any noise . “Brother Chen, are we done … done?” asked the lad hesitantly, as he almost cried out . He could not understand why his boss had picked him . The female spirit was still happily dancing, and did not even care about the lad’s words . Like she was in a great hall, the female spirit danced her soul out, as she held the handso lad close .
“Whoohoo!”
The crowd finally reacted to this jaw-dropping scene . A few of the students brought out buckets and used them as drums, while many were screaming, cheering, and clapping away . So even searched for songs on their phones and played it out loud . Chen Jianbo held the poor lad even tighter and danced even more passionately to the music and the cheers of the crowd .
