[3rd POV]

Walking through the streets of the massive city of Malzif that is constantly growing, Gwen was showing off the city to the girls, all of them looking around in awe at the advanced city that was evidently far beyond the technology of Earth, if not most worlds.

"Gwen, this is amazing! I knew that you made a city, but this is way beyond a simple "City". It's like-like a Kingdom or sothing!" M'gann exclaid, as they walked the streets of Malzif, the illuminated streets lighting the city.

"Thanks babe, and this is only the start. I've already got my clones working on more cities to bring life to this planet, and maybe even save the lives of those in need, giving them a new and permanent ho as I want Malzif to be for the mutants of the universe" Gwen responded with a smile, thankful for the complints on her work.

"How many people can this city house?" Raven asked as she looked around. It was massive from what she could tell, and while she had no idea how large the city was in total, she estimated that it was larger than any city on planet Earth.

"At the mont? A little over three billion. I could always increase the city's size underground or even add a floating area, but for now this city can handle that much. Enough for the entire mutant population for this universe and several others" Gwen responded after a few monts of thought. Three billion was a rough estimate from her calculations, but she wasn't entirely certain on that specific number.

"What building is that?" Jean found herself asking, gazing at a large advanced looking building that was extending high above, with its total size being far larger than any building in New York.

"Hmm? Oh that is the Science and Developnt tower, one of 32 around the city that is made especially for scientists, engineers, and anyone else who wishes to develop technology to improve upon the city, and the world as a whole. It has several commodities specially made for that, like reinforced walls, more power stability, all sorts of materials to play around with, and basically anything else a scientist would need to develop new tech" Gwen replied, with a smile.

She had created the tower mainly for people like Hank, Forge, and other mutants that wanted to use their intelligence to improve the world. She planned on bringing scientists from around the multiverse to work inside, paying them a high salary in return for their contributions, while also giving them all the credit of course.

"That's an incredible idea Gwen! Are you going to ask Hank and Forge to join the tower?" Jean asked, which Gwen nodded in agreent.

"Yep. Those two would be perfect additions to the tower, it'd be dumb for not to ask them to join it. I also plan on recruiting their variants from around the multiverse, and not only them, but any and all mutants that specialize in the area. It'll be a tower of growth and advancent, without having to worry about greedy governnts or organizations getting in their way, as long as they don't do anything immoral or against the laws of the city at least" Gwen replied with a nod.

"And how will you know if they are doing anything illegal or immoral?" Artemis asked, a little worried for what they could be doing should they not be monitored.

"I've got caras in all laboratories that will keep watch on them. Not only to make sure they aren't doing anything illegal, but also to make sure they don't hurt themselves. That applies to all buildings that involve inventions like this one, as I'd rather not have a city block destroyed by an idiot who makes a miniature sun explode or sothing" Gwen replied, alleviating Artemis's worries, as she already had thought of everything, her clones constantly at work to make the city safer.

"And what about the more...magical side of things? You got anything to stop magic users?" Korra asked as Jean blinked. She knew about magic thanks to Gwen's constant use of it, but it was still a bit to get used to, knowing that magic was real and existed.

"I've got thousands of wards surrounding the city and every building within the city. It'd take thousands of years for any normal magic user to get through those wards. Although a being stronger than could probably get through them in a couple of days, mattering on their power at least. And my clones are constantly adding new wards so it won't be a problem" Gwen replied, waving off Korra's concern.

"Where are we all going to stay?" Artemis asked, as most of the buildings looked like the were...way too big for them, or were used for sothing else, like the tower for Science.

"At the center of the city. It's not only the safest place for Jean to train in, but it's also just the safest period, it's where I do all of my work and where all my...less than safe inventions are. As well as the android factory that is constantly producing more workers for the city" Gwen replied, the center was the floating island location, the one that was basically a small city made specifically for her, as well as for...special individuals like Jean to stay, primarily Oga Level mutants and similar entities.

"Isn't that a bit much? Feels a bit weird to stay in a huge floating mini city above everyone else that'll be staying in the city below" Korra asked, as Gwen shrugged.

"It could be, but I don't think so. I made it like that mostly for safety reasons, not to look better or have a fancy ho better than everyone else in the city. If it causes problems then I'll just make the core lower onto the main city, which is sothing I could do. It would just cause so problems with the city's power core situated underneath the floating part" Gwen replied, not minding the idea, but also knowing that she would have to tinker with so things before she could do that.

"Huh that...makes sense" Artemis muttered, as they continued to walk through the streets of Malzif.

During that tour, she had shown them all sorts of places. From libraries, skate parks, movie theaters, and museums, to all sorts of empty shop locations just waiting for owners to arrive. She planned on having shops made by those that wanted them, in return for monthly paynts and an initial paynt on the customization of the shop, which her androids would help with.

Taxes would still be a thing, mostly because they had to be for a stable economy. But the taxes themselves would be a simple 1% on sales and items bought and that's it, nothing crazy high or ridiculous or anything. And that money would then be used to pay workers that would help improve the city, feeding it back into Malzif like it should be.

There were tens of thousands of shops within the city, all of them ready to be claid once more citizens arrived.

"Where is Charles and everyone else going to stay? I understand that they'll go to school at that huge campus you showed us, but what about their parents and the younger kids that go back ho for holidays?" Jean asked, as it was a pretty good question to have.

"They'll all be given hos to live in and given jobs befitting of their experiences and current jobs. Don't worry about all of that Jean, I've got it all planned out" Gwen responded, not wanting Jean to freak out or anything.

"Mmkay, just wanted to make sure" Jean replied with a happy nod, happy that she had thought of all of this.

Hearing her response, Gwen smiled as she looked forwards towards the ho that they'd all be staying in, and spoke.

"Well then, ti to show you your new ho!"
