[1st POV - Gwen]
Turns out getting a hotel room was easy, even in a universe like this one. A bit of technological manipulation and illusion, and I had gotten the five of us a large room at the top of one of the better hotels in the City. The hotel I chose was towards Hell's Kitchen, aka the Shit Hole, so it was out of the way of too much public scrutiny.
I knew that it was only a matter of ti before an organization like SHIELD, Hydra, AIM, or any of the others caught wind of . I don't technically exist in this universe afterall, well, not truly.
From what I have found, this body of mine was originally from this universe. aning I was essentially the "Gwen Stacy" of Earth 616-2 as I've dubbed this universe. I didn't need to look hard to find the mories that this body possessed, and from what I have found, it looks like I didn't exactly have a good life in this universe, being a poor teen with no family (as my father died from so gang) would do that.
Basically, I lived in this universe as "Gwen Stacy" during my second life. My body that I initially thought ca from Earth 65 Gwen, was in fact, my natural body from my second reincarnation. It was all a bit..plicated, but wasn't a problem thankfully, as my life in this universe led to a lack of proper information on .
Thanks to looking through my second reincarnations mories, using a bit of telepathy, and reading through the internet, I had found that this universe was a mixture of the Comics, MCU, and a few other sources of Marvel dia, all combining into a pretty unique universe that was just as powerful as it's mainline counterpart over in the "True" 616 Universe.
Naturally finding out this piece of information had led to gaining a quest completion, a couple actually.

The change itself wasn't really all that shocking to , considering how strong that could have been had it stayed the way it was. I'm sure that once I get close to evolving the TL system, I'd return to what I'd have previously gotten, but for now, this was fine. It was inevitable that the system would beco less rewarding and harder on , and now that I was at this level, it would start to truly beco difficult to complete quests and achieve more awards.
Naturally I turned all that I could into SSL tickets, and then consud them all. I needed all the power possible for the potential fight that could co at literally any mont.

The new characters were definitely welco, with pretty much all of the SSL characters being incredible, which I am beginning to think is going to beco the norm. Champion of the Universe granted Power Primordial and yet another layer of Immortality, Magik granted her mutant power, a living shit load of magical power (A lot of which was dark in nature) and a connection to Limbo, Elixir granted so incredible healing powers, Kaguya granted ...well, everything you'd expect of her, and Darth Nihilus just boosted my force powers massively, allowing to effectively absorb the life force of entire planets with ease
now.
Obviously this was still not even remotely close to enough for a universe like this one, but it was a start. At the very least it would give more power for the conflict that was more than likely going to arise with the Brotherhood of Mutants.
Said mutants, from what my sight was showing , were on their way here right now. Just as Baldy and his X-n were coming too. I wasn't going to join either of them or anything, but I was interested in interacting with the X-n more, mostly because of certain individuals in
that group.
"Hmm, I guess I should get ready for them" I muttered. The girls were all reading up on so of the news of this world, as well as getting dressed into clothes that were more this world's style. As it was currently the year 2008 here, so they looked a bit...out of place.
"I have a feeling that this is going to be about as annoying as I was hoping it won't be"
[3rd POV - Later that Day]
After a few hours of researching this worlds and it's differences between what she rembered from the comics, Gwen stopped as she looked over to her door, a soft chuckle
escaping her lips.
"Gwen?" Artemis questioned, noticing Gwen's look.
"We've got visitors, girls. They shouldn't harm us or anything, but I suggest you keep yourself ready just in case" Gwen said as she got to her feet and began to walk to the door.
"Are you sure it's safe to answer that then?" M'gann asked with a frown as Gwen waved off
her worry.
"It's okay, babe, they won't harm us. And there's only one person in their group that is stronger than " Gwen replied with a smile as their eyes widened in shock. The ntion of soone being stronger than Gwen and being at their door was...nerve wracking to say the
least.
Opening the door slowly, Gwen smiled as she stared at one of the most powerful beings in the entire Marvel Multiverse, the host of the very personification of life and psychic energy, and one of her personal favorites...Jean Grey.
Glancing to her side, Gwen noticed the rest of the group. There was a short man who looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there, the man known as "The Wolverine", also known as Logan or Jas Howlett.
A decently tall teen who stood by Jean sowhat protectively, and looked a bit wary of her presence. A pair of red tinted glasses over his eyes, the teen known as Cyclops, or Scott
Sumrs.
Standing near him was a tall white haired woman, with a perfect figure and gorgeous chocolate colored skin. This was Storm, also known as Ororo Munroe.
And finally was a bald man in a wheelchair, Professor Charles Xavier, and his close friend, the blue skinned mutant, Beast, also known as Hank McCoy.
Gazing back to Jean, Gwen raised an eyebrow as she felt the ntal interference "I'd
appreciate it if you didn't try that again, little bird" Gwen said, as she stomped out the attempt at telepathy. She could tell that the teen hadn't ant to do it, so she wasn't mad or
anything.
The girl seed to have like...no control over her power at the mont, sowhat similar to
her Movie counterpart.
"A-ah, sorry! Hi, I'm Jean Grey with-" "The Xavier School for mutants, right? I know who all
of you are, Jean" Gwen cut her off with an amused smile, as the group looked at her in slight surprise, while two mbers narrowed their eyes.
"And how do you know who we are?" Scott Sumrs asked, as Gwen just smiled amused.
"Well after your Professor tried to look into my mind earlier today, it was pretty easy to track down where he did it from, and find out about the rest of you. You want to co in, or are you going to stay in the hallway?" Gwen asked, while replying to Scott's question. She had no reason to hide this, as she knew that they wouldn't do anything about it.
"If that is alright with you. And I do apologize for that, I had simply wished to make sure you
were okay, before coming to get you" Xavier said as they entered the large hotel room. The group from Xaviers school all blinked as they noticed Gwen's girlfriends standing there, all of them looking at them with narrowed eyes, watching closely.
"So, am I to assu you want to recruit for your school?" Gwen asked as she sat, staring at
Xavier who nodded slowly.
"Yes. You see, Gwen, you are an incredibly powerful mber of our species, and with that sort of power, many will covet you, doing anything to get their hands on that sort of power"
"I know, I'm not dumb. But I'm also not weak, Charles. If I wanted to, I could slaughter everyone in this room besides red, and be just fine" Gwen replied with a shrug, as she knew better than to even think of killing the Phoenix Force. That was sothing that was both beyond her, and capable of permanently killing her (Being life itself would do that).
Jean looked at her with a frown at being called "Red" before Charles spoke "I...see. And do you have control over this...power of yours?"
"Mmhmm, more than anyone else on the planet. I doubt there's a mutant alive with the amount of control I have, Xavier. Look, I don't mind visiting this school of yours, hell, I don't even mind helping your team with their missions, but I won't be enrolling, no offense" Gwen replied. She could tell that Xavier wasn't dumb, she could also tell that sugar coating it wouldn't do her any favors in this situation, hence why she was just cutting right to the chase.
Afterall, why waste ti avoiding the actual conversation?
"How could you possibly know so much about us?" Ororo spoke for the first ti. She knew
that the professor could do such a thing, but the way Gwen was talking made it seem like she could see and learn far more than even a mind reader could.
"Let's just say that my eyes see farther than you'd think" Gwen replied with an amused smile, as Hank registered her words, already hypothesising what she ant by that. "Speaking of seeing farther than you'd think, the tal head is here" Gwen as her eyes traveled to the door. Said door was thrown open monts later, causing everyone (besides Gwen) to jump and turn to the door, ready for a fight, as a man stood there.
A red suit of armor and a helt to complint it, with purple linings and a tall figure. An imposing man was what stood at the door, that imposing man was the Master of Magnetism...Magneto. Magneto's face slowly lifted into a small fake grin, as he spoke out loud, staring at Charles,
everyone tensing as he did.
"Hello...old friend"

be a shorter chapter around 1.4kwords.
So I have decided that Gwen will get 2 more love interests for a total of 6, and that will be it. Deciding who it will be is going to be...difficult, but I do already have so ideas in mind. If I really need to, then I'll push it to three more (7 in total), but that really will be it. And even
then, I'm still deciding so this isn't confird or anything.
I have also noticed a LOT of people complaining about the SSL characters. And while I understand that so of you are not comic nerds like I am, I would appreciate it if you didn't outright insult my intelligence because of my decisions (especially if you don't even know anything about the character in question, while I do lol)
I will also add that the Fate characters are their SERVANT selves, and are NOT so God level
being or anything that people seem to think. Going off of pure feats, there are like 10 servants that are actually planetary or above, with most of them having feats only up to multi continental (yes, that includes the golden boy himself). Comic characters are...ridiculous, solely because there are so many different writers that make
the characters stronger or weaker. I will say that Jean Grey (even without the Phoenix) is one of, if not THE strongest psychic/telepath in the entire world, far outclassing even Xavier. Blob is immovable by even the likes of Juggernaut and Hulk, and regularly has fought with them (even if he ends up defeated in the end). Colossus is just the sa, contending against the Thing and the Hulk. Susan (Invisible Woman) can create shields that block against the attacks of Gods, Celestials, and incredibly powerful entities. She is easily the strongest person in F4 should she use her shields to their fullest potential (spoiler alert, she doesn't). While Exodus
is an Oga Level mutant who specializes in Telekinesis, he can use that to warp and control matter to a subatomic level.
I'll make sure to explain these characters more for the people that don't know much about
comics, but I would appreciate it if you don't insult simply because you don't agree with
.
