Chapter 90 – Bad luck to call a doctor given the circumstances

As they were standing near the front entrance, the volu of Luo Pingting’s voice quickly attracted a lot of attention.
Especially when Luo Pingting brought with her a group her girlfriends when she ca over.
The way these rich girls looked at Gu Shishi imdiately turned distant and loathing.
Along with a hint of anger that could only belong within an alliance!
Shortly thereafter, Gu Shishi was on the receiving end of waves and waves of despise.
“Wushuang, co inside. The Chen’s personal doctor will take a look at you.”
“Shuangshaung, you are too naïve. You shouldn’t hang around a certain soone. She will be a bad influence on you.”
“Exactly, even when she has money, she still wouldn’t know the aning of being classy.”
“You can move a weed into a palace, but the weed will remain a weed after all!”
Nothing that Gu Shishi hasn’t anticipated.
What she hadn’t expected, however, was how FWS (Foolish, White, and Sweet) Gu Wushuang’s approach was. She pretty much lied through her teeth and just made up untruthful stuff!
Gu Wushuang had only sobbed a little, clutched her chest, and gasped a couple tis, and everyone imdiately thought Gu Shishi was there to take over the Gu’s inheritance!
Gu Shishi put on a smile, waved her hand a little, and said, “Shuangshuang, I know you said you’d introduce to the others, but there’s really no need for everyone to co and greet at the entrance!”
“Who did you say is here to greet you?”
“How imprudent!”
The corners of Gu Wushuang’s mouth twitched a few tis.
Gu Shishi, on the other hand, gave her an innocent look and asked, “Have I said sothing wrong?”
“You are not welco here!”
“Exactly, you should leave!”
Gu Wushuang smiled subtly. Nobody caught onto that.
She was just about to feign so words to the others when Gu Shishi injected, “Have I said anything wrong?”
Gu Shishi pursed her lips and gave a look of genuine innocence.

“Shuangshuang, should I not have asked you to co get ? But haven’t you told that we are like sisters and I can ask you for anything? I didn’t know you were going to rush over. But if you have a heart condition, you should have told and send soone else to get .
“Or perhaps, I shouldn’t have co today at all. But you were adamant that I ca today and you even told that Miss Chen really wanted to et ...”
Gu Wushuang was a little stunned.
Gu Shishi’s words seed like a simple gripe at first, but sothing seed to be a little off with what she had said.
It was true that Gu Shishi had not done anything wrong since she had walked in.
She was attacked because everybody had a bad impression of her.
But if one followed that logic... Why was it that even those whom she had never t before also had a bad impression about her... thinking about it so more, the only explanation was that soone had bad mouthed her previously!
And who would have spread the rumors that Gu Shishi was a horrible person and had bullied Gu Wushuang and wanted to fight her over the Gu’s inheritance?
It didn’t take Gu Wushuang very long to figure out the subtext of Gu Shishi’s words!
Naturally, rumors ca from those who had witnessed the events, or soone who stood to have sothing to gain from it!
Any intelligent person could co to the conclusion that Gu Wushuang was the source of that!
Gu Wushuang bit her lips with pink lipstick hard.
She hadn’t expected Gu Shishi to be so sharp with her words and turned the table on her so quickly!
While Gu Wushuang was analyzing all those things and before she was able to co up with any rebuttal, Gu Shishi cut her off again.
“Oh, right, Wushuang. Why didn’t you stay ho and get so rest if you aren’t feeling well? I know that it’s important to wish old Mrs. Chen a happy birthday, but it’s bad luck to call a doctor given the circumstances.”
