It blended so very perfectly with the bells and the flutes that it was as though an angel was going through a very satisfying pleasure activity!
That massive pressure made him much more vulnerable to the hypnotic sound attack which rapidly filled his mind and made him very, very groggy.
His entire soul began to cry out with joy!

With a deep sense of urgency, he drew his dagger and stabbed down on his leg to use the pain to jar his mind awake.

He looked down, and saw that his hand was empty.
His eyes traveled slowly to his waist where he kept his dagger.
Right at that mont, the music suddenly changed into one that was nostalgic and gentle. For Ancient Gartod who had committed himself to resist the seductive thoughts that were flitting through his head, the change in music completely blindsided him.
Huh? Why did his dagger turn into a bunny? How in the world would he be able to kill his enemies using a damned bunny?
Unless…
Unless it was a killer bunny!
Yes. A killer bunny would solve all his problems.
He would unleash the killer bunny on his enemies, and it will… kill his enemies.
That’s what killer bunnies do, right? They will kill!
He reached out his hand towards the bunny.
But just as he was about to take the bunny, his hands froze.
“I can’t take the bunny out by its ears.” Ancient Gartod thought in panic. “I will injure its ears if I do that! I rember daddy telling to be careful with rabbits and their ears… but if I don’t take out the killer bunny, how would it kill my ene- oh!
Good bunny! You actually ca out by yourself! Do you want a carrot? Yes? Ok let look for a carrot for you. After that you can… uh. What was it that I wanted you to do… Play, I guess. Yes, playing is good for you… After you finish playing, I’ll ask daddy to buy you a rabbit toy. How’s that? Sounds good?”
Ancient Gartod knelt down on the floor and started to pat an imaginary bunny.
And so, just like that, Ancient Gartod and Hegemon Hani of the great Linhasan Empire fell asleep even before their enemies could show themselves.
“They are asleep.” Ca a gentle female voice from sowhere behind them.
“Very good. Infest them.” A second, much more authoritative female voice sounded.
“Yes, my Queen.”

“Weak. Too weak.” Elliot sighed as he looked at the three dead Hegemons before him.
“Yes. Much too weak. Next ti, give Ellie at least three of such enemies to deal with. One is just too few.” Ellie agreed as she plopped down next to Elliot and yawned lazily.
Having tad Ellie ever since she was but a few days old, Elliot was her role model. Therefore, it was not the least surprising to find that she had turned out a little bit like him! But she was more like her grandpa, though, as Brock made his way to Elliot’s side and plopped down beside him as well.
“We need stronger enemies.” Brock yawned.
Elliot smiled at him and leapt up to sit on his massive shoulder. He leaned back on Brock’s massive layer of fat and put his hands behind his neck as he relaxed a little bit while waiting for his sisters to finish up their packing.
“Don’t worry. Once the others are safely within the Dinsional Fortress, we’ll roam the continent and collect as many points as possible.
For now, take so ti to relax a little bit Considering the amount of attention that’s on , and the sheer amount of things that happened to us recently, I doubt we will have much ti to rest.” Elliot ordered his beasts.
It was true.
Apart from spending ti powering up for two full weeks, Elliot had been embroiled in one big event after another.
If he had to tell of the crap he had to go through in just one short month, it would definitely be long enough and exciting enough to beco a novel!

“Ha! Kids! For that, you need to go and find yourself a mate first!” Brock rumbled loudly. “I recomnd-“
“Hi Elliot!” Ca Calia’s sweet voice from his communicator. “We’re done here! Where are you? I made you sothing to eat. Let’s have a al before we set off, alright?”
“Her.” Brock finished his sentence rather triumphantly. “Beautiful, caring and knows how to cook. Perfect!”
“No, I think the other one is better.” Khellendra disagreed. “She is a fighter, and she is younger as well.”
“I think so too.” Aldera chid in thoughtfully. “Younger is better nowadays. More ti to have more kids.”
“Why not both?” Red asked loudly. “It’s an apocalypse for them. They need strong offspring, and Elliot should be generous with his seed and spread it in as many fertile “lands” as possible! In fact, I think he should spread his seed to exactly HALF of all the won here!”
Following his bombastic statent, Red was subsequently showered with the most vulgar curses the female beasts could think off. And for Khellendra’s case with her abundant life experience, a string of expletives so graphic that Khalendros had to calm her down before the poor youngsters were contaminated beyond saving.
As it were, the damage was already done.
“Gramps? What’s a d*** and why did aunt Khellendra say uncle Red’s is tiny?”
