This ergency eting isn't the general assembly of the Asian rcenary Association, but rather a presidium eting.

Since Dahe has withdrawn and all their people have hurried back to Japan, only four teams are attending: War Dragon, Skull, Persian Gulf Team, and Thunder rcenary Corps.

Before the presidium eting began, a few individuals first reviewed the issue of relocating the headquarters of the Asian rcenary Association. Everyone unanimously agreed to move the headquarters from Singapore to Bangkok, while retaining a conference center in Singapore.

After the resolution was passed, the eting adjourned.

Everyone knew the main event to be discussed next was the intense rivalry between War Dragon and Skull, so the eting room was very silent.

Each of the four teams had sent two representatives.

The Persian Gulf Team supported Skull, and the Thunder rcenary Corps, which was nurtured by War Dragon, naturally supported War Dragon.

Captain Zhao Han of the Thunder rcenary Corps, though he hadn't communicated privately with Qin Tian, gave Qin Tian a solemn nod across the eting table, indicating his firm allegiance to Qin Tian.

After the recess, ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei, who had gone to the restroom, returned, both looking rather uneasy.

Since the eting was chaired by Wild Boar, he began by raising the issue of the Dahe rcenary Team's withdrawal from the presidium and the Asian rcenary Association, and it naturally led to the suggestion of electing a new team to fill the vacancy.

However, as soon as Wild Boar finished speaking, he was directly opposed by Hu Zhengwei: "Elect another team to fill in? We've just elected one, and now another? That's inappropriate, isn't it? Presidium mbers aren't like market goods that teams can enter and exit at will."

After finishing his remarks, Hu Zhengwei stared at Zhao Han of the Thunder rcenary Corps mockingly: "There are so teams in the current association that have no business in the presidium. They insist on being elected but have no strength, occupying a spot for nothing. This nonsense should happen only once. Qin Chairman, let's not make it happen a second ti, alright?"

"Hu Zhengwei!"

Zhao Han couldn't tolerate such blatant sarcasm from Hu Zhengwei, shouting, "Watch your mouth!"

"Heh, am I not speaking the truth?"

Hu Zhengwei snorted coldly, showing disdain for Zhao Han, "Among the four teams present, Captain Zhao, tell us, are you stronger than any of them? If you're not convinced, you can issue a challenge. Shouting won't make you the winner!"

"You!"

Zhao Han stood up from his seat, but as he glanced at everyone present, he could only clench his teeth, trembling with anger.

Indeed, among the four teams, the Thunder rcenary Corps was the weakest. Even regarding the combat prowess of captains, Zhao Han couldn't match the other three. His place in the presidium was essentially due to Qin Tian's support, so Hu Zhengwei's sarcasm left him unable to retort with strength or courage.

"The presidium has always consisted of five teams. Now that Dahe has left, a new team must fill the vacancy—no room for negotiation."

As Zhao Han felt angry and awkward, Qin Tian spoke slowly, his words powerful and authoritative.

This instant feeling crushed Hu Zhengwei. Zhao Han smirked with satisfaction, thinking, Qin Chairman finally restored my dignity.

"Why must we fill the vacancy? Heh, rules are ant to be broken. I say we shouldn't fill it!" Hu Zhengwei faced off directly with Qin Tian, his lips pursed.

"Hu Zhengwei, currently in the Asian rcenary Association, you're nothing; you don't have the authority to decide this."

Qin Tian's tone was still calm and composed, but his words directly triggered a mocking mode: "You're no longer the secretary-general of the presidium. Now, you're just a deputy captain attending the eting. Know your place."

"You..."

Hu Zhengwei's face flushed with anger, glaring at Qin Tian, "Qin Tian, what do you an by that? Don't be so smug!"

ng Kuang gestured for the agitated Hu Zhengwei to sit, and he stared at Qin Tian, saying, "Chairman Qin, Hu Zhengwei doesn't have the right to speak, but I do, correct? I also believe that since Dahe just withdrew, there's no rush to select another team. It's not the right ti; even if we need to fill a spot, we should wait until the association settles down."

"It's already quite stable now," Qin Tian grinned, "And I'm indeed in a rush. Captain ng, if you disagree, then there's nothing more to say. Let's vote, cast a vote on it."

After speaking, Qin Tian gave ng Kuang a faint smile: "You're familiar with the presidium eting rules, right? When a decision can't be made through voting, the association's chairman makes the final decision. I'm sure you rember this rule?"

"Hiss..."

ng Kuang grimaced and furrowed his brow.

Indeed, he was aware of this rule, which was anded during the full mbership eting when Qin Tian first took office.

Darn it, who would've thought Qin Tian was planning ahead with this rule for now!

ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei exchanged a look, both feeling extrely unhappy.

"This rule applies when we can't make a decision, but today, I think we can reach one."

Despite the annoyance, before attending the eting, ng Kuang, along with Zhao Baijing and Hu Zhengwei, had already anticipated Qin Tian might cite this rule to counter their decision.

So, after a mont of hesitation, ng Kuang played his last card: "Qin Tian, you're the chairman of the Asian rcenary Association, a high position indeed, but don't forget, besides being the vice-chairman of the Asian rcenary Association, I am also a committee mber of the World rcenary Association. My rank is on par with yours, and I can even convey the directives of the World rcenary Association."

After finishing, ng Kuang smiled: "It's rather coincidental; this ti, I am here with the directives from the World rcenary Association. They say since the Korea rcenary Team was recently wiped out and the Dahe rcenary Team just withdrew, this presidium mber vacancy should remain open for now. As for when to choose a replacent or decide to cancel this vacancy, it's up to the World rcenary Association."

After speaking, ng Kuang gave Qin Tian a triumphant look, "The aning is clear, Qin Tian, what you say doesn't count. Understand?"

World rcenary Association!

At this mont, ng Kuang actually brought up the higher authority, the World rcenary Association, which oversees the Asian rcenary Association!

It seems this guy indeed ca prepared!

Seeing Qin Tian stunned and speechless, ng Kuang sneered, "What's wrong, Chairman Qin? Don't you believe I represent the World rcenary Association's intentions? If you don't believe , feel free to call and verify. Go ahead, verify it."
