ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei walked into the restaurant and went directly upstairs, heading towards the dining place of Okazaki Yokawa and Yuko Kosai.
Okazaki Yokawa and Yuko Kosai actually noticed ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei, but since they were enemies and rivals, they pretended not to see them.
However, ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei walked straight to their table, standing there watching Okazaki Yokawa and Yuko Kosai dine.

In Okazaki Yokawa's view, the Asia branch of Skull was on the verge of collapse, with only ng Kuang and Hu Zhengwei left as solitary commanders, lacking any vital forces. This was the perfect ti to destroy the Skull Asia branch.
Moreover, Okazaki Yokawa believed that the reason ng Kuang sought an alliance to deal with the War Dragon was simply to use him as a tool to destroy the War Dragon, and he wasn't going to fall for it.
