Chapter 29 – Beating Off The Baby Fat (打出婴儿肥)
After her hands were restrained by Jing Yunzhao, Lu Jia started using her feet, kicking at Jing Yunzhao.
“Dong!”
Before the kick could even land, Lu Jia’s entire body was thrown onto the ground.
The fight between the two wasn’t very conspicuous, but since it was early in the morning, all the students who were reporting to school soon gathered there. They were all dumbfounded by the scene transpiring in front of them.
They saw Jing Yunzhao moving to straddle over and proceeded to sit on top of Lu Jia. Then, she swung her hand and deliver two resounding slaps across Lu Jia’s face.
“Pa! Pa!”
“Apologize!” Jin Yunzhao roared after dishing out the two slaps.
Lu Jia was beaten quite severely. She wouldn’t have ever believed that a day would co where she would be slapped in front of the whole school.
“You ARE a bastard! A heartless, shaless bastard! You even go around sleeping with others...” Lu Jia lashed out with wide glaring eyes. She absolutely refused to admit defeat.
In response, Jing Yunzhao’s gaze beca even more chilling. With a cold smile, she replied, “Don’t you know that slander is a cri? To prevent you from going down the wrong path in the future, I’ll make sure you rember it clearly today!”
After she was done speaking, Jing Yunzhao went back to rcilessly slapping Lu Jia again and again.
After a few more repeated slaps, Lu Jia was already seeing stars. Her tears ca pouring out. Her cheeks were burning with pain, and she couldn’t even speak.
Jing Yunzhao didn’t have a disposition for violence, so when she saw that Lu Jia still refused to talk, she stopped and just stood up.
She had only dished out a few quick slaps without using much of her strength. When the school security arrived, Jing Yunzhao was already standing there quietly. She had returned to looking as if she was easily bullied again, unlike her appearance monts ago.
“You kids just don’t know how to behave! Fighting so early in the morning! Co with to the o?ce!” The security man roared angrily.
His gaze towards Jing Yunzhao was especially unfriendly.
Yesterday, her father stord in and made a huge fuss. Today, she herself, caused such a big ss. He used to think that she was a well-behaved and quiet child. But now... Looking at Lu Jia’s beaten and swollen face. How pitiful!
“Uncle, could you please prepare the security footage from just now?” Jing Yunzhao didn’t resist and walked over to the security uncle.
The reason why she dared to act so violently in public wasn’t because she was blinded by anger from Lu Jia’s words, it was because she knew that the place they were standing in was within the security cara’s recording area.
She was in the wrong for using violence, but she only responded in such because she wasn’t going to be so easily bullied by others.
It was Lu Jia who started it. She was the one who first resorted to violence and was the only one shouting offensive slander and provocation.
On the other hand, Jing Yunzhao was the one who su?ered mistreatnt. If she didn’t resist and stand up for her rights, was she supposed to let Lu Jia make a ss of her face?!
Hearing the calmness and confidence in Jing Yunzhao, the security guard felt sowhat perplexed.
Then again, he thought back and realized that he most likely had to look at the footage anyways, so he had soone prepare it.
Jing Yunzhao was a frequent visitor of the o?ce. Now that the security guard reported that she had hit soone, she once again beca the centre of attention.
The teachers of their two classes soon began to argue.
“Teacher Jin, I don’t want to say this but this student from your class really doesn’t learn. She’s essentially a violent troublemaker... I still haven’t recovered from yesterday’s fiasco, and she’s already caused such a scene today. If this were to get out, it would hurt our reputation...” ranted the teacher of Class 2.
Even though she also liked Jing Yunzhao, but she couldn’t speak up for an “outsider” in front of her own students.
Besides, looking at the situation, Lu Jia was clearly the victim here.
Speaking of which, Jing Yunzhao was really rciless. Looking at Lu Jia’s face, handprints were layered one above the other and her cheeks were swollen enough to bring out her baby fat!
