In the sky, Lucas saw a huge golden eagle and on it, there were around 100 or so n standing with serious looks on their faces.
They were none other than King Aston and his generals who rushed to et the one who had just finished the lightning tribulation.
'This Silverstone town, I need to erase it from the face of this firmant.'
Obviously, they didn't co with good intentions from the beginning; however, after seeing that the spirit beast that completed the lightning tribulation was from the Silverstone town, King Aston beca even angrier as he decided to get rid of the spirit beast along with the town.
"Minister, use Heaven's bane stone to stop the activation of the barrier."
He gave an order to the old man beside him as he continued his orders to the generals standing behind him, "Get ready to kill them."
"Who is that?"
Lucas frowned at the appearance of the golden eagle and the experts standing on it.
Actually, it was not the appearance of the golden eagle that made Lucas frown, instead, it was the words from one of the n standing on the golden eagle that made him frown.
"Young master, that insignia belongs to the royal family of the Barren firmant. I think they are the generals of that family."
Bernard, who was a little more knowledgeable inford Lucas after seeing that insignia on the golden eagle.
The thing is, everyone standing on the back of the golden eagle has the strength of tier 3 to tier 5 higher rank in three main professions like Knight, Mage and Assassin.
However, what Bernard failed to notice was that the head of the Creastlance family himself had arrived in the town.
"So, it is the fake royal family of the firmant."
When he heard about the identity of the newcors, Lucas replied with a mocking look on his face.
Because of how arrogant they were to send their commander and soldiers to show his loyalty to the Crestlance family and when he rejected it, they tried to intimidate him with force, Lucas didn't have much of an opinion on the royal family.
Moreover, right now, when he was much more powerful than before, he was obviously not going to show any respect to the self-proclaid royal family.
"What did you say?"
King Aston beca angry when he heard Lucas' words as he released his peak tier 5 higher knight strength to suppress everyone on the ground.
"Barrier, activate."
However, Lucas was quick in activating the barrier and successfully stopped the pressure from entering Silverstone town.
"Old minister, use it now."
Even though they have limited Heaven's bane stones, King Aston was not going to be stingy right now after hearing Lucas' words.
So, he ordered the old man beside him to use it.
"Yes, your majesty."
The old man nodded his head and prepared to use it.

Idiot, what are you doing? Are you out of your head or what?

Don't act like your ancestor who is resting in his tomb because of his ego.
However, just as King Aston gave the order, the system in his head sent him a couple of quick notifications, asking him to stop ssing up the plan.
"Old man, stop it."
As soon as he read the system notifications, King Aston stopped the old man from using heaven's bane stone.
"Your majesty?"
The old minister was confused with the sudden change in King Aston's orders; however, he was loyal to King Aston and didn't have any problems in doing what Aston's ordered him to do.
"Let it go. Our main goal is that sleeping dragon. Let's take care of this town after that."
King Aston explained the reason why he asked the old minister to stop from using Heaven's bane stone while looking at the shadow dragon that was still sleeping.
"Go down."
Controlling his anger, King Aston ordered the golden eagle to land on the ground as he jumped down from it.
"I am here for that Heavenly spirit beast."
Staring at Lucas through the barrier, King Astron inford Lucas in a calm tone.
"What does that an?"
Lucas raised his brows as he asked King Aston what he was talking about.
"How dare you speak to the majesty in that tone. Kneel and apologize."
The royal general was angry when he saw how Lucas was not showing any respect and he felt that even the reply was rude.
"I doubt I would have kneeled in front of him even if he was a real king of the Barren firmant, not to ntion, he was just a fake king."
Lucas calmly replied to the royal general, which made everyone standing behind King Aston furious and they were ready to destroy the barrier.
As for heaven's punishnt, they were ready to face it after killing Lucas because in their hearts King Aston was god and anyone who disrespected him would be punished.
Actually, Lucas was a little bit surprised when he heard that the middle-aged man that was standing in front of him was the fake king of the Barren firmant and he also started thinking about what this fake king was planning for the shadow dragon.
Since it was obvious that King Aston ca here because of the shadow dragon that just completed its lightning tribulation, Lucas wanted to know what King Aston plans to do with the shadow dragon now.
'I highly doubt he ca here to congratulate the shadow dragon.'
Lucas started thinking and he also knew it would be a little difficult if King Aston plans to attack him as he was very sure that they must have prepared sothing for his barrier.
"You…"
"Stop it."
As they were getting furious, they were stopped by King Aston who was also furious in his heart; however, he was barely controlling his anger and maintained a calm look on the surface.
"Kid, you have the potential and talent."
After stopping his royal generals, King Aston said to Lucas as he continued, "However, you also got a big mouth if you kill you sooner or later."
"I used to stay silent in my past life. So, I decided to make so noise and create a na for myself."
Lucas replied to King Aston with a chuckle.
"Haha…I like your sense of humour."
Of course, King Aston didn't think much about Lucas' words and he was burning with rage inside his stomach; however, on the surface, he laughed out loud.
"Since I ca here for the Heavenly spirit beast, I will not stoop so low to fight with so young man."
The main business at hand was the shadow dragon and King Aston decided to let Lucas off for now and take care of him, after taking care of the shadow dragon.
"Oh"
Lucas raised his brows as he thought, 'Is he planning to attack Lizard while it was yet to stabilize its heavenly power?'
Since Lucas already knew that the fake king of the Barren firmant wants to beco the real king of the firmant at any cost, he would not let another Heavenly rank being in the Barren firmant.
So, Lucas was sure that he was planning to attack the Shadow dragon as it was yet to stabilize its heavenly power.
"Do you know what it is?"
While Lucas was thinking about how to stop King Aston from ssing up the shadow dragon from stabilizing its Heavenly power, he saw Kig Aston show a crystal in his hands.
'Huh?'
Lucas focused on the white stone in King Aston's hands, trying to get so information about it through the system.
"I got this stone from our beloved heavens when the Heavens bestowed the status of a Duke."
King Aston was proud when he said those words as he said the na of the white stone, "It is called Heaven's challenge stone."
'Heaven's challenge stone?'
Lucas muttered the na of the white stone as he felt a bad premonition.

Use:- A stone that is blessed by the heavens and that can be used to challenge anyone under the heavens. Once the owner of the stone throws it at his opponent, there would be a duel between the two of them with the conditions stated by the owner of the stone.
Maybe it was because of the na, the system sent the information about Heaven's challenge stone.
'So that's what he was planning to do. Making the shadow dragon that was yet to stabilize its heavenly power fight him with hidden conditions.'
Lucas understood King Aston's plan and hurriedly thought of what he had to do next.
However, compared to before, Lucas was a little bit less tense because he finally knew what King Aston was planning to do.
'I can sacrifice one of the low ranked spirit beasts to catch Heaven's challenge stone and let it duel with him.'
'However, I can use it as an opportunity to turn the tables by using my second strongest spirit beast to duel him and defeat him. Nevertheless, if it gets defeated, I might lose it.'
Currently, Lucas felt he had two options, one can destroy King Aston's plan; however, the second one would not only destroy his plan but completely turn the tables.
'Since he wants to look like he was going fair and square by using the Heaven's challenge stone, he will not be breaking my barrier. So, he will definitely throw it.'
Lucas was sure about it and thought about which option he had to pick.
