All other worlders were located there; so were going berserk, so in a good way.
The rules of surviving in that world after reincarnation were to use your powers to the fullest in order not to destroy the bright city, Luminaris.
So most of the otherworlders were found in dungeons most of the ti; only the ones who are lazy were located locally.
The new world was full of adventure, especially for Kai; he was supposed to be with the princess every ti when she steps outside the gates of the castle. And the good part is that she was one of the world’s mages, so she was pumped to train Kai while training herself.
The world had mages who were as the secret police and soldiers to sniff out danger and provide peace.
The mages were so middle-level magic wielders, who used powers like
Soul resonance detection: that’s when they detected Kai’s appearance into the world.
They had many more types of magic powers.
On the other side, there were others who wielded more different types of magic different from mages. Most of those were the otherworlders.
