Chapter 1410: Chapter 1410 Tang Wulin and Gu Yuena’s Gaze

Lan Xuanyu had only just regained consciousness during the spatial traversal. When he awakened, he imdiately sensed sothing different—not only the increasingly terrifying threats from the outside but also the changes within his own body.

At this very mont, he was shocked to discover that the Dragon God’s Core within him had vanished. His Dragon God’s bloodline had also changed. All other energies had disappeared, leaving behind only a single strand of gold and a single strand of silver. It was just like when he first began his cultivation years ago—all of his bloodlines had reverted to the bloodlines of the Golden Dragon King and the Silver Dragon King, as if everything were starting over from scratch.

Yet, the current Golden Dragon King and Silver Dragon King bloodlines felt astoundingly powerful. These two bloodlines surged through his body like two true dragons, rippling and roaring. Though the two did not seem to repel each other, they roiled in a highly volatile state.

Lan Xuanyu imdiately realized—a lightning tribulation was upon him. And there was no one who could teach him what to do at this mont. Even if his parents were here, they couldn’t offer guidance! After all, no one had ever encountered a situation like his.

Zhong Zhichang patted Lan Xuanyu’s shoulder. “I must leave now. If I stay, your lightning tribulation will intensify because of my cultivation level; at that point, you’ll surely die. Rember, you must stabilize your mindset.” As the words fell, the Dawn Dragon Knight transford into a streak of light and leapt away, leaving Ascending Dragon Platform imdiately.

At this mont, the entire Ascending Dragon City began to fall under the shroud of darkness.

Lan Xuanyu raised his head to stare into the sky. In that instant, he felt as though the entire canopy above was trembling ferociously. The billowing storm clouds were black as ink, so dark they swallowed any light.

Occasionally, strands of seven-colored light flashed across, illuminating the Ascending Dragon Platform, making it seem as if even the platform itself was pulsating rhythmically.

“Master, Master, are you… Are you finally coming back?!” The Treasure Hunting Beast’s voice trembled, weak and quavering, as if it had sensed sothing.

“Do you have anything to teach ?” Lan Xuanyu asked the Treasure Hunting Beast.

“Co back, Master, co back, quickly co back!” The Treasure Hunting Beast was already sobbing uncontrollably and incoherently.

Lan Xuanyu took a deep breath, calming his mind, then turned his gaze around. Upon the vast Ascending Dragon Platform, at this mont, he alone remained.

The skies were dark, occasionally lit by flashes of multi-colored brilliance. On this towering, heaven-linking Ascending Dragon Platform, amidst the heavens and the earth, it felt as if he were utterly alone.

Would he live or die? Would this be transformation, or would it lead to destruction? Everything hinged upon today.

His heart gradually steadied. The lightning tribulation had arrived too suddenly, and he had no idea how long he had been in seclusion. The changes in his body were entirely unprecedented. He looked down at his hands, seeing only their smooth, lustrous glow. Beyond that, there was nothing.

A faint smile spread across his face. Gazing up at the sky, he shouted confidently, “Co then, my lightning tribulation!”

In Long Tianyang’s words, this was his process of transcending the three dinsions and entering the four-dinsional realm.

“Boom—” Heaven and earth changed color in an instant. The entire sky erupted, dispelling all darkness with seven-colored brilliance. In the blink of an eye, the heavens transford into an ocean of seven-colored light, surging massively as untold amounts of seven-colored lightning streaked and raged, clamorous and frenzied.

Outer Space. Silver Armored Roc.

Once the Song God of a generation, now known as the Golden Dragon Moon Song Tang Wulin, was squatting on the ground, carefully rubbing a pair of fair, delicate feet subrged in warm water.

They had grown accustod to the silence of this place. Gu Yuena sat nearby, watching his ticulous deanor, her beautiful face perpetually flushed—whether from the imrsion in warm water or for other reasons, one couldn’t know.

The two of them had lived together aboard the Silver Armored Roc for quite so ti. Most of their days were spent cultivating, with Gu Yuena having just recently broken through to the Ultra Divine rank, still needing to stabilize her realm. At their level of cultivation, the location for cultivation mattered little—they could absorb energy directly from the universe to replenish themselves.

Outside of cultivation, the two would discuss their future paths in cultivation together. Beyond that, Tang Wulin always remained respectful toward her, except during this daily mont of intimacy. He insisted on this routine, always telling her that he owed her for his past mistakes, and this was sothing he needed to do in return.

She let him have his way with it—just them, a lone man and woman, two Ultra Divine warriors, maintaining this strange yet tender ritual aboard a massive warship.

Suddenly, Tang Wulin’s slender hands paused montarily, his face revealing a flicker of astonishnt. Gu Yuena, seated nearby, instantly froze, and practically blurted out, “Xuanyu…”

Tang Wulin abandoned the task of washing her feet instantly, rising to his feet. Gu Yuena flashed toward the porthole, her movents swift and decisive. The warship’s panels of scales split apart to reveal a transparent view, granting them a clear sight of a distant, colossal, and beautiful planet.

Faintly, in one region of the planet, rays of seven-colored brilliance shimred on and off.

Silver light flickered across Gu Yuena’s body. Yet, it was at this mont that a large hand caught hers in ti. “You can’t go.”

Gu Yuena turned to look at Tang Wulin. “Why not? He’s starting his heavenly tribulation. He’s beginning the god-forming tribulation. I have to go. You know how impossible this process will be for him.”

Tang Wulin frowned deeply, “There are many powerful beings on Sky Dragon Planet; if we recklessly go there, we’ll harm him instead of help him. The fact that he’s publicly undergoing his tribulation on Sky Dragon Planet shows that his identity hasn’t been exposed. Going now would only invite trouble. If he’s truly in a life-and-death crisis, he will surely use the summoning item I gave him to call for us. For now, we must not act impulsively.”

Gu Yuena said anxiously, “But I must give him the Dragon God’s Core!”

Tang Wulin shook his head and replied, “No. I’ve ditated on your Dragon God’s Core. The energy contained within it is beyond our control, let alone his, especially while he has yet to achieve godhood. Though he might one day reach the true Dragon God bloodline, it can only fully manifest after achieving godhood. To utilize the Dragon God’s Core, he would likely need to wait until he’s broken through to the God King Level in the future. Giving it to him now would only heighten the risks. If his body fails to withstand it, we’d be harming him instead.”

“So we’re just going to watch? How can you be so heartless!” Gu Yuena shouted furiously, tears streaming down her cheeks. “He’s my only son!”

Tang Wulin’s mouth twitched slightly. She said it like he had multiple sons… But he didn’t dare provoke her at this mont. He quickly reassured her, “Don’t worry. Xuanyu’s foundation is extrely robust. Judging by the direction, it seems to be located at the Ascending Dragon Platform we previously sensed. This indicates that the Dragon Clan likely approves of his tribulation on the platform. Xuanyu ntioned before that the platform is the most advantageous place for his tribulation. He’s intelligent and composed; he wouldn’t choose to undergo the tribulation now if he wasn’t prepared. We must trust him.”

Gu Yuena glared at him, then suddenly stomped on his foot with force before snorting in frustration. Nervously gazing out the window, she didn’t ntion wanting to go to Sky Dragon Planet again.

Tang Wulin endured the pain, realizing he had no way to counter her actions. He, too, turned to stare out the window. His son undergoing a heavenly tribulation—how could he not be worried? His own cultivation journey had been fraught with countless tribulations, eventually leading him to his current level, yet even he carried a latent “ti bomb” within his body, its unpredictable dangers lingering. He fully understood the imnse difficulties in each breakthrough.

Xuanyu’s greatest challenge lay in whether he could truly rge the two bloodlines into one. If he failed, the consequences would be unimaginable. If it truly ca to such a dire situation, they might have to risk everything to save him, perhaps finally attempting to utilize the Dragon God’s Core.

For now, he could only rely on his own strength to transcend and complete this most arduous of trials.

Silently, Tang Wulin stepped behind Gu Yuena, carefully wrapping his arms around her tense body, pulling her into his embrace.
