Chapter 713: Chapter 664: The Conference of True Knowledge

A well-known saying goes, “When one ascends to prominence, all his companions rise with him.”

Ivan leapt to beco a Throne Wizard, his strength unparalleled across the sorcerer world, also rising as one of the foremost elite in the Danaila Plane. Naturally, he wanted to repay those around him.

Not long after his promotion, he officially convened a Supre Council eting in his own na.

“You’re here.”

“Yes, I am. I must say, with the teleportation array, traveling has beco so convenient.”

“Indeed, unlike before, when each trip would take several months, wasting so much ti on the road.”

“Speaking of which, now that we have the True King Wizard, shouldn’t we openly establish teleportation arrays?”

“It’s possible. Keeping it hidden like this makes it hard to demonstrate the might of sorcerers. I truly look forward to that day—it will surely be an unprecedented spectacle, full of grandeur and passion.”

Through the teleportation array, one Arcane Wizard after another soon gathered at Truth City, arriving as scheduled at the summit of the Peak of Truth to the Supre Council chamber.

The Arcane Wizards couldn’t hide their joy, many feeling a sense of vindication. They conversed casually, with the future developnt of the sorcerer world being their most-discussed topic.

The present day was unlike the past. With a True King Wizard on their side, sorcerers stood with newfound confidence, their backs straighter. The sorcerer world was destined for greater advancent.

This was a shared belief among the sorcerers, and the answer to how this developnt should unfold lay within this eting.

The Truth Hall of the Supre Council.

As figures entered one after another, the room gradually filled with energy.

“Greetings, True King Wizard.”

“Good day, fellow sorcerers.”

The strong wield authority, and as the sole Throne Wizard, Ivan was the last to appear within the Truth Hall. He raised his hand in a casual gesture, signaling everyone to dispense with formalities.

This hall was truly a gathering of brilliance.

One Throne Wizard.

One Level 6 Wizard.

Four Void King Wizards.

Forty-seven Arcane Wizards, plus fifty-nine other lord-level elites.

These individuals constituted the current Supre Council. It’s worth noting that non-Arcane Wizards who beca lords through other ans only had the right to listen to the eting.

“Everyone, I won’t waste ti reiterating unnecessary points. You’re all perceptive individuals who already understand what needs to be known. In simple terms, our sorcerer world is ushering in a new chapter.

This is both a monuntal opportunity and a significant challenge—everything will require our unity and collective effort to maintain the orderly developnt of the sorcerer world.”

According to the custom of the Supre Council, the strongest individual presided over the eting, and Ivan, naturally, took the lead. He opened the eting.

The first important agenda item was about expanding the path of sorcerers, reaching up to the Throne level.

Throne Wizards were officially defined as ‘True King Wizards,’ also known as ‘True Spirit Wizards.’

Level 6 Wizards were defined as ‘Witch Kings.’

Of course, currently, the sole True King Wizard was the True King Throne—Ivan Marichardon, who was forrly the Black Fla King among the six Void Kings.

Similarly, there was only one Level 6 Witch King, who bore the title of ‘Long Sky Witch King,’ forrly the King of the Long Sky—Galif Fitzgerald.

This agenda item didn’t require much discussion. Besides the True King Throne and the Long Sky Witch King, none of the others present were eligible, and the related matters were swiftly finalized.

“The second important agenda item concerns the future developnt and adjustnts of the sorcerer world.”

“For my sorcerer journey to have reached this point, I owe much to the Long Sky Witch King, the King of Ten Thousand Woods, the Ice Queen, the Dragon Fla King, and the King of Green Flood Dragon. It was their boundless strength shared with that allowed to progress rapidly in a short ti.”

Upon hearing Ivan’s words, the several sorcerers seated at the forefront imdiately understood that he was referring to ‘sitting and discoursing the Way.’

Privately, the group exchanged thoughts.

“Long Sky Witch King, what’s your opinion?”

“The True King Throne speaks rightly. I’ve benefitted greatly as well. Originally, I had planned to wait three more years, but after joining the discourse, I delayed for ten years before sealing myself in the sorcerer tower and charging through the Level 6 bottleneck, which speaks volus of its value.

I support promoting this discourse broadly. As for how to do it, we can further discuss and refine the plan. Everyone is welco to share their suggestions.”

“Seconded.”

“Seconded.”

“——”

Ivan’s urgency stemd from a premonition: given the current state of the Danaila Plane, the drums of war were gradually approaching. The sorcerer world had to prepare more fully and pursue greater and more comprehensive developnt.

After a round of deliberation, this type of ‘discourse’ was formally nad ‘True Knowledge Council.’

Top-tier True Knowledge Councils would involve the participants present here, with high-ranking sorcerers and lords lecturing from the front and providing limited explanations of their paths of power.

The attendees were also granted an additional recomndation privilege, allowing them to nominate one outstanding Level 3 Sorcerer to attend.

The highest caliber of True Knowledge Council would, of course, feature insights and wisdom imparted by the True King Throne and the Long Sky Witch King.

“The third important agenda item concerns the further expansion of the sorcerer world’s territories.”

“From now on, we can use the Space Transmission Array as a dium to construct fortified cities on either the surface or underground in various locations, without having to occupy each region piece by piece.”

“——”

As many sorcerers had anticipated, after rounds of discussion and planning, the teleportation arrays would be openly put into use, serving as the bridgeheads for sorcerers to advance into new territories.

In the future, sorcerer cities were bound to bloom across different planes, and sorcerers would seize more resources through various ans.
