Chapter 462: Chapter 461: Plane Coordinates

Ti flew by, and the night grew increasingly deep.

In that small space, the number of people retreating to the rear to rest from the Star Realm Gate was on the rise, more frequent than ever, a clear indication of the great ntal exhaustion everyone was feeling.

Yet, spirits were high; no one complained of fatigue.

“Hehe, what a splendid bead, I’ll have to study it carefully once I’m back.”

“The objects from the Star Realm River must be extraordinary, certainly worth a thorough investigation.”

Morris seed to have co into good fortune, welcoming his second and third harvests not long after. His third find was a soft, outwardly gentle but inwardly tenacious bead, an unknown artifact that the chairman did not claim from him.

...

While Ivan was resting, he also took the opportunity to run to the back and started to show off beside him.

“It looks like a beast egg to , maybe it could hatch so formidable creature from the Star Realm,” Morris said, holding the Soft Bead tightly and scrutinizing it.

“Yeah, yeah, right, I know you’ve had so good luck tonight, and so nice finds too,” Ivan replied without enthusiasm, humoring him.

“Ha ha, just so-so, just a bit better than you,” Morris didn’t hide his pride.

After all, in the past, Ivan had always been firmly ahead of him in every aspect. Such an opportunity was rare, and he wasn’t about to let it slip by easily.

By the end of the half-day, only two had co up empty-handed, one was Ivan, and the other was Tanaya.

Morris had the most finds, comfortably taking the top spot and turning the tables.

Ivan hadn’t anticipated such a situation. He still held to the saying that he had done his utmost; it was just that luck wasn’t on his side, and there was nothing he could do about it.

“Enjoy it slowly, I’m going to explore again.”

“I’ll join you, there’s still a bit of ti left, I might find my fourth harvest, can’t waste it.”

After a while, Ivan stood up and once again walked towards the Star Realm Gate; Morris quickly followed behind, his words full of boasting.

Ivan couldn’t be bothered with the fellow, and expertly threw a crystal of spiritual power into the abyss.

Seconds later, a distinct brightness lit up his eyes. The crystal had been successful in a distant cast; he had no idea how far it had reached, his sensing ability further suppressed, becoming exceptionally vague.

There was light!

Imdiately after, he was stunned; he hadn’t expected it to be this easy.

He didn’t dwell on it, attempting to sense more useful information, but found that the light-emitting object was rather unusual, giving off a radiance that seed to shine for thirty thousand miles, grander than any living being he had ever seen.

Could it be that thing?

In his mont of stupefaction, the spiritual power crystal couldn’t be sustained and suddenly vanished.

In front of the Star Realm Gate, Ivan was fully engaged with the Crystal Ball in his hand, recording the spatial coordinates as accurately as possible from just a mont ago.

So ti passed, and after he had done all that, he tapped his sowhat heavy head and turned to look at an Arcane Wizard standing aside.

“Did you find sothing?” Hotter asked with a faint smile.

“Yes, if I’m not mistaken, it should be a plane,” Ivan reported truthfully.

“Er—are you sure you’ve found a plane?” Hotter’s eyes widened in disbelief.

Seeing Ivan nod seriously, Hotter looked sowhat bewilderedly at the other three Arcane Wizards.

Being a Level 3 Sorcerer, Ivan’s sensing range couldn’t be too extensive, aning there was another plane not too far from the Danaila World.

Such an event was neither too big nor too small; it all depended on whether the other party had any sches.

In any case, as a part of the Danaila World, the sorcerers could not ignore this.

In other words, they now had a situation on their hands.

“Sorcerer Ivan, you have truly managed not to chirp at all, but when you do, it’s earth-shattering,” Doradoli Chairman remarked, earning nods of agreent from Hadi and others.

The other three arcane wizards were not as disconcerted as Hotter had been.

“We’re not actually going to fight, are we?” Morris muttered, the only one bold enough to voice the question.

At this mont, everyone else had stopped what they were doing and looked towards the arcane wizards, curious to see how they would proceed.

“If it really cos to a fight, I’ll send you over first.”

Doradoli Chairman glanced at him, stepped forward to take the Crystal Ball from Ivan’s hands, and gestured for the Level 3 Sorcerer to step back, not to stand there and get in the way.

The four arcane wizards stood in an orderly fashion before the Star Realm Gate, their expressions solemn.

The four exchanged glances, nodded at each other, and Hardy Charosi began to reach out following the spatial coordinates recorded by Ivan, with the others providing support from the sides.

For a mont, the whole space seed exceedingly silent and somber.

“Fortunately, it seems to be just an unfamiliar small plane.”

Seconds ticked by until Hadi returned with specific news and only then did the tense atmosphere around them ease.

Influenced by the arcane wizards, Ivan and the others also silently let out a sigh of relief.

“I’ve recorded the precise plane coordinates, let’s leave it at that for now. There won’t be much change in the coordinates for a while. We’ll have plenty of ti to make long-term plans,” Hadi continued.

“Wise words. How we proceed next will be decided by those above.”

“Then, close the Star Realm Gate.”

His words t with agreent from the others. Under the lead of Doradoli Chairman, the myriad lights emitted by the Star Realm Gate gradually faded and soon ceased their operation completely.

The 73rd Star Realm exploration thus ca to a close in this manner.

Actually, there wasn’t much ti left until the agreed-upon ti, but overall, the operation had ended ahead of schedule.

Soon after, led by Hotter, Ivan and his two companions left the space where the Star Realm Gate was located. The atmosphere outside was much more relaxed than inside.

“Be sure to—”

“Rember to keep it a secret.”

Hardly had they taken a few steps outside when Morris tried to say sothing but was interrupted by Hotter.

“Based on past habits, are we going to—? After all, it’s just a small one,” Morris said, phrasing his question in a more subtle manner.

“Even though that item is precious, we don’t have the capital to harvest it. We should focus on stability,” Hotter replied thoughtfully.

In other words, the sorcerer world would not take any action.

The three of them felt a bit disappointed upon hearing this.

But upon further reflection, they all felt that such a decision was sensible and justified. The sorcerer world was not particularly peaceful to begin with and couldn’t afford more turmoil; it was really unnecessary to complicate matters further.

Presumably, both Chairman Hadi and Doradoli were aware of this, which is why they only observed for a short while before hurriedly concluding the exploration of the Star Realm.

“Ivan, regardless, you’ve proven your luck,” after a pause, Morris said with a smile.

“You’re really tedious,” Ivan replied.

“Truly tedious. Also, if you have nothing worth saying, then don’t speak,” Hotter chided him softly.

The unintentional words from Morris had implications for Tanaya; by the end of the day, among the seven of them, she was the only one who ca out empty-handed, which made it hard for her to remain calm.

It was only then that Morris realized this, looking sheepishly at Tanaya, unsure of what to say.

Tanaya had walked silently for a while, and just before parting, she turned to glance at Ivan, as if wanting to say sothing but ultimately said nothing before they went their separate ways.
