However, most people knew him. Before Ivan even got close, he was recognized. As soon as he landed, people ca forward to make his acquaintance, as if they were eting their idol.

Everyone present who was invited was an elite backbone of the Enchanters Guild. Facing them, Ivan didn’t dare to be presumptuous, and he handled them properly and amicably, getting to know their faces.
After that, Ivan finally ca to the East Capital Enchantnt Guild, where people also greeted him one after another.
This ti, the East Capital guild had brought a total of six people. For such a grand gathering, Angus, the Vice President who managed the School of Space, was naturally among the group.
Following him were ndenez, Barny, Lui, and Yosef.

ndenez had always gotten along well with Ivan, and under Ivan’s occasional guidance, his understanding of space had improved by leaps and bounds.

In response to their greetings, Ivan glanced over them, his gaze pausing for a mont on Yosef.

In front of him, however, stood soone with a pure Star Realm bloodline. The two were almost not on the sa level; his ager Star Realm bloodline would naturally be suppressed. It was like a lower being encountering a superior one, involuntarily shivering with fear.
Although the feeling was fleeting, Yosef’s face still turned a bit pale.
“Sorcerer Ivan, do you believe that this ti Chairman Hardy will let you lead the team?” Angus noticed sothing and hurriedly spoke up to ease the situation to avoid others from making fun of it.
“I don’t,” said Ivan, who did not take Yosef seriously. It was just a small lesson for soone who always avoided him.

“I’ve never been to Botta Blood Plain, nor have I been to Sky Flow Valley; if I led the team, I’m afraid we’d get lost,” Ivan said with a smile.
Upon hearing this, Angus rembered that the man before him, despite standing out in many aspects, had always stayed on the Chanay Continent, showing remarkable restraint.
It wasn’t that Angus had a poor mory; rather it was Ivan’s strength and enchantnt skills that gave a misleading impression, causing one to overlook certain things.
“That’s no problem. I can assist you, you would just need to give the orders.”
“We’ll talk about it later, Chairman Hardy has his own arrangents.”
Ivan could feel a change in Angus’s attitude toward him, a newfound respect.
This was attributed to the Witch’s Favor; before releasing the Black Demon Fire Silk Array, to repay Angus for his long-standing care, he had given Angus so special guidance by pointing out the key elents of the Formation.
As a result, Angus gained an advantage and managed to harvest so of the Witch’s Favor, being one of the few Level 3 Sorcerers to receive such a boon.
This way, Ivan had not contradicted the guidelines set by the President.
With his substantial gains, Angus was naturally very grateful to him.
“Boom—Boom, boom.”
Before long, the seven-story sorcerer tower’s doors burst open, and a pure cloud-white airship flew out, sleek and slender. From the bottom up, it looked like an elongated shuttle.
“This is Chairman Hardy’s Cloud Shuttle, known for its speed,”

Although Botta Blood Plain and Chanay Continent are both parts of the sorcerer world, they are not directly connected; it is similar to how the Moon Pincer Peninsula relates to the Chanay Continent, otherwise, it would be better to call the whole ‘Sorcerer Continent’.
The Botta Blood Plain is even further away from the Chanay Continent; the terrain and conditions in between are more intricate and difficult to traverse.
But this ti, with Chairman Hardy leading, none of these were issues, and no one aboard the Cloud Shuttle was worried about encountering any obstructions, including Ivan.

“Chairman Hardy, you wanted to see ?”
After sailing for several days, Ivan was escorted by an attendant to Chairman Hardy’s room where, once given permission, he entered to et the President.
Having had several interactions during the matter of the Witch’s Favor, Ivan did not feel overly restrained at this mont; he was well aware of the President’s habits, who did not place much importance on various formalities.
“Do you know why I am personally leading the team?” Chairman Hardy asked with an inscrutable expression.
“So have speculated that sothing unusual has erged in Sky Flow Valley, that more extraordinary things will appear,” Ivan ventured after so thought.
“There is no unusual activity for now,” Chairman Hardy slowly shook his head and then spoke firmly, “It’s because of you.”
“?” Ivan was astonished.
“Yes, you,” Chairman Hardy affird, “You have been targeted, and I am here to protect you on your way to the Botta Blood Plain.”
Upon hearing this, Ivan’s complexion changed slightly; since it was coming from Chairman Hardy, it ant the enemy was no ordinary threat, but why would that be?
“There’s another reason, you’re the kind of person who loves to surprise others, and I must see for myself what astonishing things you’ll do next. Sky Flow Valley is no ordinary place,” Chairman Hardy continued.
“I—I will try not to disappoint your expectations.”
Ivan’s mind was in turmoil at this mont.
Leaving aside the strong enemy targeting him, his main reason for coming to Sky Flow Valley was in search of the ‘Space-Locking Pearl,’ and he had not expected to be entrusted with Chairman Hardy’s high hopes.
