"If they wanted to co, they would already be here. Why wait until now," said Xu Weicheng, the Minister of Rites. "This is overly neglectful and rude."

This gorgeous carriage that was pulled by five white horses kept moving forward in this manner. All along the way, they remained unobstructed, but surrounded by people.
