Luo Xiu's stopped what he was doing. His slender fingers touching the edge of the box of food. Looking up, he asked, "Recall what?"
Gu Nian sighed with embarrassnt. "I've forgotten almost all of it except that, in the very end, I seed to have, inadvertently……"

Luo Xiu lowered his eyes. His thin lips curved and he had a smile that wasn't a smile. "Your mory sure knows how to choose what to retain."
Gu Nian, "!"
So that was real!
It was not a dream! She had truly committed such abhorrent and abominable cri to her precious son!
……Woof!
Gu Nian was short of collapsing into a puddle. "I'm sorry. I didn't do that on purpose. I had never been drunk before and didn't know I'm such an awful drunk. Wuwu."
"It's fine."
"Re, really?"
"Mmhmm." Luo Xiu looked up and gave her a slight smile. "Just have breakfast with and we will call it even. What do you say?"

Gu Nian's eyes were glossy bright.
She knew it!
Her precious son was the kindest and tenderest angel in the world!!
Not expecting that the issue would be resolved so quickly, Gu Nian was extrely happy. After she had happily had breakfast with Luo Xiu, then happily parted with Luo Xiu, she returned happily to her screenwriter room.
She did not realize that she had forgotten sothing very important.
The door to their room was wide open, probably waiting for her to get back. When Gu Nian walked inside, however, she noticed that both Jiang Xiaoqing and Qin Yuanyuan were standing by the window and looking down onto the streets through the glass.
"What are you two looking at?" asked Gu Nian curiously.
Jiang Xiaoqing turned around and waved at her. "Hurry up and join us! Sothing major happened!"
"Hmm?"
"Do you rember that creep capitalist representation at the banquet from last night?"
"……"
Gu Nian thought about it for a few seconds and asked with uncertainty. "That one that kept having drink more?"
"Yes! That's the one! He used his status as the upper managent of XX Entertainnt with a lot of power and that nobody would dare to offend him to beco as shaless as a man could be! He made rounds harassnt all the actresses and female workers last night. He was short of having 'unspoken favor' written on his face!"

Deep repulsion and coldness flashed past Gu Nian's eyes when she heard that.
"Soone posted secretly to one of our side chatgroups among the production team. It seed that he got drunk last night and fell on the patio! He even broke one of his ribs!"
Gu Nian was taken aback a little. Looking up, she asked, "He fell?"
"That's what everyone said. And it's what the hotel was saying as well but……"
Lifting up her arm, Jiang Xiaoqing gestured in front of her chest and said secretly, "One of the field service guy who went and checked it out said that he had a footprint right smack in the middle of his chest!"
Qin Yuanyuan chuckled next to her as well. "That was what Xiaoqing and I were talking about. How would it be possible that all he had was just a broken rib and nothing else if he had a fall on the patio?"
Jiang Xiaoqing, "Exactly. For sure he was kicked by soone!"
Sothing seed to have triggered in Gu Nian's mind.
In that very second or two, she seed to have so vague collection of a scene and so tragical howling sound that went through her head. They were vague and bizarre and she couldn't recall the details.
Gu Nian frowned a little and just chalked it up as part of the hangover. "Didn't the guy make a fuss?"
"Oh yeah, he was cussing up a storm earlier but then he received a call and turned into a mute instantly –– then he was the one who said he fell on his own and had nothing to do with anyone!"
"……"
Gu Nian was taken aback a little.
