A few seconds had passed before Jiang Xiaoqing recollected herself. She gave Gu Nian a very dubious look, "Since when do relationships progress from being friends to becoming mother and son??"
"As long as my motherly love for him was strong enough, I will be able to move my precious son. Look, he is already winning to be friends with . Why do you think that is?" said Gu Nian very seriously.

Jiang Xiaoqing was devastated. She took a step back, leaned down and said to Qin Yuanyuan, "I don't think I do it. Your turn."

Gu Nian, on the other hand, looked over at her. There was so helplessness in the girl's languid eyes. "What is it that you two wanted to say to tonight? Just say it to ."

After pondering over that for a few seconds, the little girl looked back suddenly. Her eyes languid and her face expressionless, she smacked her left hand against her right and said, "Okay, I get it now."
Jiang Xiaoqing let out a sigh of relief. "That's good…"
Gu Nian, "Spare the rod, spoil the child. You two are right. I will be more careful going forward and definitely not let my son stray onto the wrong path."

The two, who were too stunned to speak, missed their final chance of warning Gu Nian. They could do nothing but watch Gu Nian, with nothing but her son on her mind, walked quickly over to the middle of the dining hall.

Zhuo Yixuan stopped abruptly midway through her sentence.
Froze in her spot, she looked extrely unhappily at the girl running toward them while holding up the hem of her dress.
"Pardon ." Gu Nian had saw Zhuo Yixuan from afar and had ran over quickly, not wanting anything unpleasant to happen to her precious son. She was out of breath when she reached him. "I'm late."
When Zhuo Yixuan recollected herself, she gritted her teeth, "What are you doing over here? Your spot is not here. Go back to your own table."
Gu Nian parted her lips to defend herself.
But, before she could do that, Luo Xiu stood up and subtly blocked in front of Gu Nian.
With his back to the girl, Luo Xiu gave Zhuo Yixuan a nonchalant but cold look. Hidden within the look was a warning that his patience was about to run out.
