Mirage Island!

Following Pei Haoran into Mirage Island, within less than half a day’s ti, Yang Hong and the Maiden of the Sea arrived one after another.

Unlike Pei Haoran, the two imdiately focused their attention on Huang Siyu.

"Who are you?"

Wearing a veil, the two couldn’t see Huang Siyu’s expression, but they could feel imnse pressure from her presence.

"I am Wang Junze’s friend."

Looking at the two of them, Huang Siyu’s voice was sowhat indifferent, replying, "This ti, I’m just responsible for taking Peng Ru into the Nether Sea, everything else is up to your discretion."

As for the three of them, Huang Siyu actually didn’t think much of them.

In her eyes, Pei Haoran only had influence thanks to his backing from the Four Seas Comrce Association, but in reality, his strength was insignificant. The Maiden of the Sea and Yang Hong were just in the realm of Divine Travel, and their only value might be their familiarity with the Nether Sea. Though she dared not defy Wang Junze’s wishes, she didn’t respect them either.

"Sister Huang is indeed the young master’s friend, but let’s discuss how to help the young master first."

Peng Ru sensed the atmosphere was a bit off and quickly intervened to smooth things over.

"Yes, yes, yes! Brother Ye is now in the hands of Prince Yu’s people and is about to be sent to Netherworld City. Once in the hands of the Night Spirit Demon Venerable, the trouble will be imnse," Pei Haoran echoed.

"Let’s talk about the situation first!"

Glancing at Huang Siyu, Yang Hong solemnly asked, "How did Brother Ye end up in Prince Yu’s hands?"

Peng Ru hurriedly explained the situation roughly.

Basically, after leaving the capital, they intended to return to the Northern Domain but were ambushed by Prince Yu’s people, captured, and brought to the Nether Sea. Everything was true except for concealing the existence of Monk Benyin, making the story very believable.

However, at the mont Peng Ru finished speaking, a terrifying demonic aura suddenly erupted!

"You’re lying!"

In an instant, ghostly air surged, and Yang Hong gripped the Ten Thousand Souls Banner, enveloping Huang Siyu and Peng Ru.

"She isn’t Brother Ye’s friend at all, she’s one of Prince Yu’s people!"

In an instant, Peng Ru’s face changed dramatically; she never thought her supposedly ticulous lie would be exposed so quickly.

Huang Siyu, however, reacted swiftly. With a flick of her sleeve, she instantly unleashed the Path Domain, as terrifying poison began to spread around. She rembered they were Wang Junze’s friends and refrained from deadly force, yet a cold sneer still curled at her lips.

She wouldn’t kill them, but she didn’t mind teaching them a lesson.

"Stop! Everyone stop! It’s not what you think..."

Peng Ru, slightly panicking, hurried to explain.

But at this mont, neither Huang Siyu nor the Maiden of the Sea seed willing to listen.

"Pei Haoran, watch her!"

With a gentle twist of his palm, Pei Haoran lightly pushed out, sending Peng Ru flying. Simultaneously, the Ten Thousand Souls Banner swung slightly, and a terrifying turtle flew out from within, opening its mouth and tearing a hole through Huang Siyu’s Path Domain!

In an instant, even Huang Siyu couldn’t help but change her complexion dramatically.

How could this be?!

The opponent was only in the realm of Divine Travel, how could they break through the Path Domain? What kind of broken banner was this, could it be so kind of Divine Weapon, with such terrifying power?

She naturally wouldn’t know that the main soul of the Ten Thousand Souls Banner in Yang Hong’s hand was actually a Saint Realm Demon King Dragon Turtle. Such a powerful main soul combined with the banner exerted a force that could shake even those on the Path of Entry. If not, how could Yang Hong dare to act rashly knowing she was a Path-Entering Powerhouse?

However, for Huang Siyu, the shock didn’t stop there.

Almost as soon as the Ten Thousand Souls Banner pierced through the Path Domain, a terrifying surge of water spiritual energy burst forth. The Maiden of the Sea suddenly reached out, summoning a trident into her hand and thrusting it forward, as if a giant wave had been conjured out of nowhere, crashing fiercely.

The coordination between the Maiden of the Sea and Yang Hong was impeccable. One tore open the Path Domain, while the other struck with unprecedented fierceness.

"Go!"

In a mont of crisis, Huang Siyu had no ti to think, she could only desperately launch all her hidden weapons in one breath.

Huang Siyu was most adept with hidden weapons and poison. At this mont, her full burst was equally terrifying.

However, these terrifying hidden weapons couldn’t even touch Yang Hong and the Maiden of the Sea before being swept away by a wave, though Huang Siyu was, after all, a Path-Entering Powerhouse. Beyond the hidden weapons, her poisons were even more fearso, and in just a blink, the water wave in mid-air turned completely black.

Fortunately, the Maiden of the Sea reacted swiftly, using her trident to sweep the wave aside, sending it crashing down harmlessly on the empty ground nearby.

anwhile, Yang Hong moved as quick as a specter, his palm morphing into a terrifying massive hand, striking towards Huang Siyu from above!

Daluo Demon Hand!

Besides the Ten Thousand Souls Banner, the Daluo Demon Hand was also a top-class technique from the Daluo Demon Venerable. Its power was equally astounding, and crucially, the Demon Hand didn’t need to make physical contact with Huang Siyu, so her deadly poison was of no threat.

Thus, Huang Siyu’s most adept thods were nearly entirely countered. Even as a Path-Entering Powerhouse facing a dual assault from these two, she found herself at a disadvantage, even slipping into a precarious situation.

"The young master entered the Nether Sea voluntarily!"

Seeing the three continue to fight more ferociously, Peng Ru finally couldn’t hold back and shouted.

With a boom!

Upon hearing these words, the Maiden of the Sea and Yang Hong finally ceased their assault, stepping back to distance themselves from Huang Siyu.

"I knew it, what nonsense about being captured by Prince Yu’s people, that would be a joke!"

With a cold snort, Yang Hong’s face darkened, "What does Ye Piaoling an by this, deceiving even us? If we can’t be trusted, why have you co to us?"

"..."

Peng Ru managed a bitter smile and quickly apologized: "I’m sorry, the young master left the Nether Sea and was worried you might be controlled by the Night Spirit Demon Venerable. He sent to test you. If he truly didn’t trust you, why would I risk coming here?"

"Haha, that’s cautious, just like Brother Ye!"

Upon hearing this, the trace of anger on Yang Hong’s face dissipated instantly, replaced by laughter.

In fact, he wasn’t really angry, but rather using the situation to test Peng Ru and Huang Siyu instead.

It now seed they were indeed sent by Wang Junze, and thus there was no animosity left.

As for Huang Siyu, she felt numb with disbelief. Wang Junze was already a monster of sorts, but how did he manage to find such formidable companions even in the Nether Sea?

If it had been a true life-and-death battle just now, she even suspected she might have actually died against the combo attack of the two.
