"Will they attack once I get out of the temple? Fuck with that much turret, there is no way I could block all of them," Sol grimaced as he thought about the turret aiming at the temple.
"Damn it!!! I'm trapped here!" He cursed in his heart because the Goddess was still there with him so he could not let it out.
He was sure that he would die if he ca out of the temple, and the people outside decided to shower him with all kinds of ammunition.
"They already know that their laser weapons are ineffective against , they most likely shower with bullets and missiles, worse co to worse, they might throw nuclear weapons or atomic bombs at ," he thought.
They built the turrets for killing a god incarnation with their attack, Sol has no way to block or dodged sothing that was designed for killing a god incarnation.
The only comfort he got was that the weapon could not destroy the temples, if it could actually destroy the temples then they would have destroyed it long ago. There was no need to keep a hidden danger near their city.
"Are you thinking about how to leave this place?" Minerva asked him playfully.
"Yes, your cuteness. There are many weapons aiming at this place. Once I get out, they will bombard with bullets and missiles. Can you do sothing about it?" He pleads.
"There is nothing I can do about it, If you want to leave, then you will need to use your own power to escape. Unless you pay , I can't help you, that's the rule Jupiter made."
Sol bit his lower lip, "What do I do then? Should I just attack from inside the temple? But what if they are not actually planning to attack ?" He was in a big dilemma.
If the people outside did not actually try to attack him, then he would just bring trouble for himself, but he could not risk walking out to an ambush.
"It is better to let others suffer than to let myself suffer, but what if I could actually leave with no fight," he contemplated.
"Mr. Vestitor, what are you planning to do once you leave this city, are you planning to reunite with your family?" the Goddess suddenly asked him.
Being pulled out of his thought, Sol looked at the girl, "Yes, I want to et with them. It has been so long, they must be worried about , I don't want them to suffer any longer."
"Then I suggest that you hurry, demigods from Deus' faction are trying to attack them, If you take longer then they will be in danger," she told him.
"What?! How long do I have? Is everyone alright?" Sol panicked.
"Less than a month, you will never reach them in ti if you walk back, you will need to use a teleportation gate if you want to be back on ti. For now, they are alright, The snake girl took care of them, but she would not be able to protect them forever."
"Then what should I do? There is no teleportation gate in this city. Can you help return to them?" He asked the Goddess for help.
"As I said, unless you pay , I can't do anything to help you. If you need a teleportation gate, Then go north, there is a teleportation gate there, the city is at war with a nearby city but you should be able to access the gate with your strength," She tried to help without going against Jupiter's word.
"Alright, I will head north once I can get out of this place. By the way, Your cuteness, can you tell if the people outside actually want to harm or not?" he asked.
"They are going to attack you the mont you went out, so you don't need to feel guilty and just attack them
"Thank you Your cuteness," He thanked the goddess before she disappeared, leaving him alone in the room.
"Now, How should I escape from here?" He thought to himself.
Just like he usually did, he started to conjure creatures and knife aura, but instead of giant creatures, Sol conjured human-sized creatures, they looked just like a human.
Sol conjured a sun ice armor on their body and enhanced them with his knife aura, kept conjuring them without end.
"Should make them think that I died so I can take them by surprise," He thought as he sent one of the creatures covered in ice armor out of the temple.
He purposely conjured the armor just like his own ice armor. The mont it stepped out of the temple, bullets and missiles rain down upon it.
It tried to rush toward the exit, but when he reached it, the creature could not pass as the iron door was already closed.
With nowhere to run, it got turned to bloody paste, Sol had tried his best to keep the creature alive by healing it and repairing its armor.
It still died in the end, but they had an illusion that the creature was actually Sol, "With this, they would not expect what to co," he thought as he kept conjuring more and more soldiers.
"I will let you feel my human wave tactics. Too bad this temple doesn't have unlimited space, If this place actually has unlimited space then I can continue Conjuring more creatures," he lanted to himself.
It had just been two hours, but they already filled the temple to the brim, in Sol's eyes, it was far from enough.
To redy this, Sol concentrated to conjure the knife aura and bestow it upon them, each of them could move as fast as minor Demi-titan by the ti Sol deed it good enough.
The guards were on full alert after the first creature's death, but after two hours of nothing happening, they beca relaxed; it was then that Sol struck.
Another creature ran out of the temple, but this ti it was covered in savage-looking armor. It caught the guards unprepared, they hurriedly tried to kill the creature.
They unload the strongest ammunition on it; they thought it was an incarnation of God. Because of their late response, the creature had beco closer to one side of the wall; it had the most turret.
They landed on it but the explosion also damaged a lot of turrets; they did not mind it as the most important thing is to kill the supposed god incarnation.
They never thought it was just Sol's conjured creature, they thought Sol already died a view hour before that.
With the most dangerous volley fired and a lot of their weapon crippled, he finally launched his attack. The rest of the creatures flood out of the Temple.
"Attack! Attack! There is an attack from the temple! Kill them all!" The defender rang an alarm when they noticed the army storing out of the Temple of Minerva.
With so many creatures storming out, the defender could not concentrate their attack, most creatures went after the defending turret and tried to disable them.
Although the turrets were covered in hard armor plating that could defend against stronger creatures' attack, their internals was still prone to damage.
Defenders were scrambling about. They tried to stop the creatures from destroying everything, but to their dismay, there were too many creatures and they were too fast for them to kill in ti.
Sol blended in with the creatures. He tried to disguise himself as any random attacker, but he did not remain still.
He conjured as much ice fog as he could, just like before, he wanted to freeze all the machines internal to disable all of them.
He realized that the machines might be strong but he could just disable them internally, of course, if he had other power he might be able to use it to disable the machine.
"If I am Nerodia, then I can just turn all of this thing into junk tals within a second, alas I can only wait until my fog gets into their internal," he thought as he conjured as much as he could.
The cave soon turned dark as the fog blocked the light. It was too late when the defenders noticed Sol used the fog to freeze all the turret's internal.
The bullets and missiles that were about to be fired jamd inside their magazine. The cave suddenly turned silent as the cave turned into a frozen cave.
Not even the defenders were spared. The lower-ranked demigods already turned into an ice statue as Sol absorbed every heat in the room.
It left not even the creatures he conjured unfrozen. He had not held himself back since it would be a disaster if a nuclear bomb suddenly exploded.
He gathered all the knife aura he had and channeled it to form a giant blade. It cut at the frozen tal door and turned it into pieces of junk tal.
"Now I just need to fight my way out of this city, I hope they don't have another trump card," He thought as he ran out of the tunnel.
