Volu 10, Chapter 62: Finish and Run
Pouring a few liters of holy water onto the werewolf was accompanied with the werewolf’s screams.
It seems that werewolves really were creatures with no resistance to holy items, just like in the legends.
At least from what I was able to visually discover. I could see that their health bar dropped significantly.

By the ti I had arrived the scene had already turned into a frenzied battle.
The two halberds Tai Shixi was holding seem to have turned into a golden dragon circling around the werewolf and every ti she jabbed a halberd towards the werewolf the dragon claw struck out.
Only those attacks were just scratching the werewolf with no sign of drawing blood.
Beneath that, Bai Yeuguang and Aliyah were constantly chopping at the enemy, but like Tai Shixi, weren’t causing much damage to the enemy beyond shaving off fur.
Oh my god, what’s with this guy’s defense? There’s no way to fight it......although holy water had a good effect there was only a limited amount of it and there isn’t any hope after using it up.
“You damn weaklings, although there’s a lot of you it’s no use. Against , Samandulu, you’re all nothing more than ants!”
“Samandulu?”
Hei Luoli fired an arrow from a crossbow while Greed cried out in surprise.
“It’s......It’s actually Samandulu. He’s in the seventh generation. Although he isn’t as strong as the first five generations, he is very powerful.”
“The seventh generation. If the seventh generation is like this what are the levels of the first five?”
I forced a smile. Sitting directly on the Ice Board, I ordered the Ice Wolf to attack.

I switched my skills over to light magic and summoned a few Light Balls to throw at the werewolf.

When the werewolf saw my Light Balls, his expression changed and he jumped past the balls of light, avoiding several of them.
“Damn. You can actually use light magic? But I don’t feel any of the power of the divine from you. Just what are you......”
“Who says you can’t use light magic without the power of the divine?”
“I definitely should have instantly wiped all of you out!”
Done talking, he accelerated at , his claws renting the air as they swung towards .
“Ice Castle!”
I put up an ice wall between us and accelerated out of range of his attack on the Ice Board.
He destroyed the wall with a single claw, but found sothing on the other side.
BOOM!
The bomb on the other side of the thick wall exploded, causing him to unconsciously retreat back a few steps.
At the sa ti I switched over to my strongest light magic spells. Although I haven’t used them in a long ti I have to try everything I can in this hopeless situation.
“Arcane · Light Flash · Haven!”
I flew above his head and threw down a ray of light
In the sa instant, a ray of light shown down from the heavens onto the werewolf. Although it was only a ray of light, the werewolf’s body twisted in pain and his HP dropped.
“Damn ants! Graaaaaa!!!!!”
The werewolf unleashed a howl and black light shot up, causing the light in the sky to disappear!
This shocked . I imdiately yelled.
“Don’t fight! Retreat! This guy isn’t taking any damage!”
That right. Although the last attack had done a lot of damage to him, that’s only when I compare it to Bai Yueguang’s attack. They had been hitting him for so long and had only taken off a tenth of his HP. My holy water and light magic attack......had also only taken off about a tenth.
To put it simply, we had only taken down only a fifth of his health.
It seems that Bai Yueguang has completely lost faith in winning this battle. In the battle just now, although they had the advantage of speed, in terms of HP, the damage they’ve taken isn’t insignificant.
