At this mont, there are only three military academies left in the rainforest arena. Among them, Imperial Military Academy is in the front and is approaching the swamp.
The endless swamp was filled with a heavy scent of death and a constant fishy wave of water. From a distance, one could see the artificial floating platform in the middle, on which the flags of various military academies were erected.
“This will only allow Situ Jia to fly over.” Gong Yijue said, looking at the distance of the hovering platform, “We need a backup energy block.”
“There are star beasts below.” Ying Xingjue withdrew his perception covering the swamp and said slowly.
Because the environnt here is special, the star beasts below depend on the swamp for survival, and even if they go ashore they can’t go far, so they were not deceived by the desire mushrooms and followed them over.
“Commander, I’ll go over now.” Situ Jia said, “Flying higher should help us avoid a fight with the star beast.”
Ying Xingjue gazed at the swamp before finally agreeing to let Situ Jia go. He turned his head and looked at the other two soldiers: “Stay here and block the approaching forces.”
“Understood.”
Situ Jia brought a spare energy block and controlled his cha to fly upwards in front of the swamp, but his height was only less than 30 ters. He discovered that there was an extra layer of sticky fluff in the upper air, which would hinder the cha’s progress.
He imdiately inford Ying Xingjue below.
“Keep 20 ters from the swamp,” Ying Xingjue said. “There’s swamp debris above us. Try to avoid contact; it’s harmful to the cha.”
To maintain this distance, a cha pilot needs to maintain extre balance. However, as a mber of the main team of the Imperial Military Academy who was hand selected, Situ Jia can definitely handle this difficulty.
Due to the special environnt of the finish line, people from the Imperial Military Academy could only watch and wait by the swamp.
Situ Jia began to fly into the swamp, with his cha parallel to the swamp, and only a pair of wings flapping slightly at high frequency to keep the cha flying in the air.
They had not walked more than three hundred ters when a giant crocodile covered in mud suddenly jumped out of the swamp. If Situ Jia had not reacted quickly and leaped forward a distance, the giant crocodile’s long snout would have almost bitten his foot.
Similar situations kept happening. There was more than one giant crocodile in the swamp, and one would jump out with certainty at every distance. Sotis, in order to avoid the giant crocodiles in the swamp, Situ Jia had to retreat and dodge, and could not move forward for a long ti.
By the ti Damocles Military Academy arrived, Situ Jia had only traveled one-third of the way and so of his energy blocks had been used up. He could only be thankful that he had brought a lot of energy blocks with him, allowing him to continue moving forward.
“So many crocodiles!” Liao Runing seed to have never seen the world before. He turned on his cara and started looking for angles to take pictures.
Huo Jian silently stood in front of him, preventing Liao Runing from taking a step forward.
“That’s not right, classmate Huo, I can’t even take a picture?” Liao Runing suddenly jumped up, clamped his legs around Huo Jian’s waist, raised his light brain with both hands, and started taking pictures of the giant crocodiles that were “jumping around” in the swamp.
Before he finished filming, Huo Jian reached out and pushed him away.
“Stop!” Liao Runing raised his head to stop Huo Jian from entering his cha, “I’ll stop recording okay?”
At the sa ti, Wei San also walked in front of Ji Chuyu.
“Why haven’t you taken down the flags yet?” Wei San pointed at Situ Jia in the distance and said, “Hey, he’s working so hard all by himself, and you’re just going to stand here and watch?”
Ji Chuyu looked at her expressionlessly, not letting Wei San take a step forward, his finger already on his cha ring.
“Hey, let’s talk it out. Let’s not fight.” Wei San gestured to stop and spoke in a negotiating tone, “Look, we’re all here, so it won’t take long to determine the winner. Besides, even if we do fight, one-on-one, you still can’t stop our light cha soldiers from getting through.”
Ji Chuyu remained unmoved.
