Slowly Sam opened his eyes. You can say it is very hard for him at that mont as he feels that soone is putting pressure on his eyes and preventing him from opening his eyes.

The president and all the other people finally realized why all the dical team mbers were laughing like that. They can finally do so Sam was looking toward them with his eyes. His eyes naturally showed that he was fully confused about the whole situation.
