If you look at the status screen, then you can tell Sam has already beco a peak planetary grade Warrior. After staying inside the danger zone for 1 month that was his achievent.
It wasn't easy but finally, he will reach the peak grade. Naturally, he still needed to reach the limit of peak planetary grade.
