Chapter 96—Smashing the sealed artifacts’ vessels.

Boom!

The fox’s middle head blew apart under Sli#47’s punch.

ZZZ!

Black energy overflowed from the blown-open area, and her head started to regenerate—slowly.

"Roaor!" the fox hissed at the sli in fury.

Thud!

A tentacle slamd down where Young Sli had been a mont ago. He had already leaped away, dodging the octopus’s pitch‑black tentacle.

Slash!

The spider jumped at him, its front pair of legs slashing down.

"Demonic Pulse."

Sli#47’s palm erupted with a demonic beam.

Before the spider’s legs could reach him, its head was torn apart by the beam.

Wob!

Sli leaped right, dodging another pitch-black tentacle.

The spider’s body hit the ground, but black energy started regrowing its head.

’I not only need to overpower them... I also need to exhaust their energy reserves to defeat them. In the last loop, I brutally smashed their bodies... just when will I reach my future self’s power?’ Sli#47 mused.

The fox lunged again, her crimson‑flaming fist swinging as her head recovered.

"Demonic Fist."

Crack!

He shattered her arm—

Bang!

—and blew her central head apart again.

"Roar!" The other heads roared at him in fury.

Sli jumped right as a tentacle crashed down where he’d stood a heartbeat earlier.

"Demonic Pulse."

He unleashed the beam at the fox while she was still healing.

A horizontal beam sheared off her two remaining heads.

Thud!

The fox monster’s body collapsed, unable to control itself without a head.

But black energy rose from her body, starting to rebuild.

’Any mont now... they should fall. Healing internal organs like the brain and heart should take an enormous amount of energy compared to flesh,’ he calculated.

The spider lunged from the air again.

"Demonic Pulse."

A beam tore through the creature’s chest, destroying its heart.

Thud!

The spider fell to the ground and twitched for a mont as black energy started to rise again.

Sli dodged the octopus’s tentacle attacks, but he didn’t rush to counter. Instead, he closed in on the spider and—

"Demonic Fist!"

Boom!

He smashed its half‑regrown head away.

’It’s starting to get slower,’ he thought, spotting the fox taking more ti to heal.

The spider’s regeneration also started slowing down.

He leaped left to dodge a tentacle.

"It’s just this creature," he muttered, noticing that both the spider and the octopus were struggling to heal properly now.

Wob! Wob!

He zigzagged through the tentacle whips, closed in, and reached the octopus’s sternum.

"Demonic Fist!"

A clean hit. Its chest burst open as a gaping hole ford.

As the octopus started to fly back from the impact, Sli#47 caught a tentacle and—Boom! Boom!—smashed the creature into the ground, left and right.

The creature’s head got crushed, but the octopus started glowing with black energy, trying to heal again.

Sli#47 threw the octopus at the fox, who had just stood up with regenerated heads.

The fox punched the incoming octopus with her crimson‑flaming fist.

The poor octopus’s regenerating chest hole ripped even wider as it flew back toward Sli#47.

Young Sli punched it back at the fox with Demonic Fist.

Sli and the fox began batting the octopus between them with punches.

Boom! Boom!

The octopus’s body had filled with holes. The black energy finally vanished, and its body began to disintegrate.

Thud!

A small crimson tentacle—ten centiters long, with tiny pitch‑black eyes—dropped to the ground as the creature turned into white ash and disappeared.

Whoosh!

Vael flashed instantly in front of the tentacle, snatched it, and flew high.

"Damn you... Vael... give it back!" Young Sli roared at the small humanoid watching from above with a grin.

"Roar! You?!" the fox monster scread at Sli#47. "You played with !"

The fox dashed at the sli.

"Demonic Fist!"

Boom! Boom!

Her fists and Sli#47’s fists collided, blow for blow.

Afterimages stacked as countless arms flashed across, and sharp gusts of wind blew.

Sli#47, with only two hands, still kept up with the fox’s four hands.

"She’s pouring every bit of eldritch energy into her skills now," Sli#47 muttered, as the fox started withstanding his punches.

"Unholy Flas," the fox muttered.

Wob!

Sli#47 backed away as he saw black flas rising from her body.

’Those black flas... they burn a lot of energy.’ Young Sli’s eyes narrowed. He understood sealed artifacts far better now.

The octopus had used black flas constantly in the previous loops because it thought Sli#47 was weak, so it wasted energy like crazy. But this ti, it had been pressured from the start, so it saved energy for healing instead.

Whoosh!

The fox smashed her fists at him.

He dodged aside.

"Demonic Surge."

He poured more demonic force into the skill for more speed boost.

’I can’t get hit by those flas... they inflict severe damage,’ he thought, bouncing left and right to dodge the punches.

"Stay put... You utter piece of sli!" the fox barked wrathfully, unable to land a clean hit on the slippery sli.

Slash!

The spider—finally recovered—slashed at Sli#47’s back with its front legs.

Sli#47 sensed it and—Wob!—bounced into the air.

"Demonic Pulse."

He unleashed two beams of demonic force with both palms, one aid at each creature.

The beams tore apart everything in their path, piercing the fox’s chest and ripping through the spider’s head.

Both creatures crashed to the ground.

The spider’s body started to disintegrate.

’Yeah... Dead.’ Sli#47 grinned as the spider slowly turned into white ash and disappeared.

The fox’s black flas sputtered out.

"It’s out of energy," Sli#47 muttered.

Her three heads glared at him with furious eyes—but the black energy from her body had disappeared.

Young Sli punched through her heads and finished the job.

The fox started to disintegrate into white ash and vanished.

Sli flashed to the half‑palm‑sized spider and picked it up.

"You won’t be successful this ti," he said with a grin, glancing at Vael, who simply stared back.

Vael gave him a sharp look. His lips curled slightly as he said, "&Y(@#."

’What did he say?’ Young Sli thought, unable to understand.

Then he noticed the sa spider near Vael.

"Wasn’t that in my hand?" Sli#47 muttered in disbelief, staring at his empty palm.
