Chapter 16—Ruthless Kids

’Why are they... fully armoured?’ Sli#47 felt a chill run through his core as he glanced at the three bulky n and the lone woman in gear.

They looked ready for war, the kind of people who only show up when battle is about to take place—making the young sli panic instantly—they are soldiers.

"Yg##," the rough man—the sli farm owner—entered with his wife, and said with a grin.

"7gy#," the wife added in.

"7h@^&,"

"TY^67,"

The slender woman and bulky n chatted with the sli farm owner couple in Lithya— language completely gibberish to the young sli.

He glanced at the Elder Sli for answers, but felt sothing was off. The elder’s expression turned gloomyand grim.

’Don’t tell ... they’re here to levelup those puny brats who haven’t even grown body hair yet?’ he scowled, hatred hitting him instantly.

Slis are the firstchoice for level up without any injury!

He glanced at the five brats playing rock, paper, scissors like they owned the place—one was the blond-haired boy with an arrogantsmirk on his face, next a blue-haired girl with a cute smile, another girl with red hair and a mocking grin, the fourth was a chubby black-haired boy, and the last was a red-haired boy with a round face.

"Run. Hideat the back," Elder Sli ordered in a deep, serious voice.

Hearing him, the young sli rushed back, hiding in the rear section, even behind other slis.

’Is it cruel to hide behind these cute blobs?’ he wondered bitterly. ’Fine—let survive now, I’ll save all of them in the next loop.’

"H&&GV," the wife nodded with a grin, her eyes glinting with greed.

’It seems they’ve made a deal,’ Sli#47 realized tensely, as the three bulky n and the slender woman in armour appeared in front of the slis in a flash.

"Water Bind!"all four armoured soldiers shouted, activating the sa magic spell.

A blue circular rune ford beneath the slis, and water flowed up, forming the water chains, and binding their bodies, making slis unable to move.

’Break!’Sli#47 roared inside, struggling against the water chains squeezing tighter and tighter around him.

"@@GVSV," one of the bulky n said humbly toward the kids.

"#@!," the arrogant blond boy smirked and nodded at the soldiers.

The children unsheathed their weapons and rushed toward the slis.

Puk!

Puk!

They pierced the slis’ cores perfectly, shattering them in one blow.

"Ahh!"

"Ahh!"

Slis shrieked in pain as they died.

’Such cute creatures...’ The young sli’s core ached, hearing their screams. He’d felt the agony of a shattered core—it was unbearable.

No one should feel that tornt, leastof all slis.

The victims lted into heaps of gooas their cores shattered.

"Ahhh! Damn you, humans!" Sli#47 scread, tiny fists shaking as he fought the bind—still useless.

No human even looked at him, which made his anger rise further.

"It’s useless. They cannot hearus," Mama Sli said softly, eyes downcast with grief.

"What? They can’t hear ? They can’t hear any of us?" the young sli yelled, completely stunned.

"Yes, indeed. Our sli language is of a different soundpitch. They cannot hear us unless they’ve learned Sli Tongue," Elder Sli clarified solemnly.

Puk!

Puk!

More slis were slaughtered. The children grinned as they attacked, their swords gleaming bright under the crimson moonlight.

"##@@!"

"*&!"

Their soldiers cheered from behind.

’Twenty... they killed twenty in one damn minute. How heartless,’ Sli#47’s rage finally snapped. "Elder, can’t you break the bind?" he roared in desperation.

"No, I’m powerless. My mana reserves are too low," Elder Sli said, looking down, unable to watch the piles of sli goo.

’Damn it!’ the young sli roared, summoning all the pain and rage in his heart, "Fla!"

Despite his lack of control, the mana responded violently to his emotions. A red circular rune ford beneath him and burst into flas. The water bind evaporated in a hiss of steam—Gzz!—freeing him.

’I’m out of mana,’ he felt the weakness sinking into his body. The spell was powerful, but it drained his reserves completely.

’I’m dizzy,’ his vision blurred, consciousness wavering.

Wob!—He slapped his own body to stay awake, trying to inflict pain to preventblacking out, but it didn’t work. His vision remained hazy.

He knew this loop was over. The soldiers had turned toward him the mont the flas appeared.

Still, Wob!—He didn’t care. He leapt forward at the arrogant blond brat whose smirk burned in his mind.

"Evade! Acid Fist!" he bellowed.

His aura flared—the young sli’s body glowed red while his fists shone with a harsh grey light, a faint acidicstench leaking out.

His speed was blinding—the boy couldn’t even react. The soldiers shouted too late as the sli’s tiny fist struck the boy’s chest.

Gzz!

"Ahh!" the boy scread, as Sli#47’s fist passed right through him and erged from his back.

Wob!—He bounced back, pulling out his hand as the boy collapsed with a large gaping hole in his chest, dark purple smoke rising from the wound.

All the flesh in that area had dissolved—the acid’s intensity consuming it completely.

’I’m done for...’ he thought, watching the soldiers lunge in with blades drawn. His vision faded to darkness.

But—Ding!—a shimring panel flashed before his eyes.

[ Ding! You have killed Human Kid Lv.4 ]

[ Ding! You have leveled up to Lv.3 ]

Yet it was aningless. A bulky soldier pierced his core with—Puk! —Puk! —Puk!—and as if one was not enough, four of them hit his core with swift precision, ending his life.

"Child!"

"No!"

Both Elder Sli and Mama Sli scread.

[ Ding! Your core has been shattered! ]

[ Ding! You have died! ]

---------

Sli#47 found himself once again in the black void.

"Puff..." he exhaled, staring at his tiny fists. His training worked—he’d grown strong enough to killhuman kids. Soon... soon he would be able to kill sli farm owners and escape.
