Whether Chen Fei's brain had broken or not, no one could tell, but at least until now, he was still very much alive.
He wasn't foolish, either. Despite their poor reputation, the tallic Dragons weren't very deceitful. If they said they wanted to be friends, they certainly ant it.
So how could one casually let down such sincerity!
Even when other Intelligent Species expressed doubts, Chen Fei would always stand by Yilan's side.
"We've arrived!"
The female tallic Dragon, Yilan, stopped in front of a tall cave, and the door on the inside of the entrance automatically opened.
The whole stone mountain dormitory only housed this one tallic Giant Dragon.
Cobalt Luo, who always clung to Yilan, didn't qualify to live here, but resided nearby in the Dragon Breeding District of University Town, with other mbers of the Dragon Clan. There, kindergartens, elentary schools, and middle schools were integrated. Not only the young of the tallic Dragons, but also those of other varieties were entrusted to the Royal Family to raise.
The Silan Royal Family had a close relationship with Sky Dragon City, and the Dragon Clan was thus very reassured.
Upon entering Yilan's cave dormitory, the lights suddenly brightened up.
Just like Chen Fei's AI "Adam," the new generation of tallic Dragons could easily manipulate various household appliances through remote control, demonstrating a kind of brilliance akin to that of human technology.
There was not much inside the cave, just a giant stone desk and a long row of tall shelves against the wall.
On the stone desk were a Dragon-specific tablet computer, and so large sheets of paper. Even though there was a high degree of digitization and electronification, sotis paper dia was still used. The twenty layers of load-bearing shelves were packed full, containing not just paper books but mostly various intricately designed industrial machines and all kinds of minerals.
tallic Dragons didn't possess spiritual power, and therefore couldn't use the Space Series Alchemy Storage Devices, so they had to find a place to store their possessions or simply ingest them into their own bodies.
In the deepest part of the cave, nurous pebbles of varying sizes were piled up with a noticeable depression in the center – this was the sleeping place of the female tallic Dragon. It might look extrely crude, but the strength of a dragon's body surpassed that of steel; they had no need for a warm, soft bed, as lying on the ground without any cover was no issue at all.
Just as Yilan had said, her cave dormitory was quite spacious, easily providing enough space for Chen Fei to set up a bed.
So the Mobile Base Vehicle was deployed, complete with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and study, yet it only occupied a small corner of the cave, covering even less area than the pile of pebbles where Yilan coiled up. Probably seven or eight more vehicles could fit before the dormitory would seem crowded.
If the dormitory space wasn't sufficient, it would be an awkward matter for the giant dragons and other Magical Beasts living there to roll over and bump into the walls.
The old Earth Elent dragon responsible for excavating the cave in this stone mountain had obviously thought everything through very thoroughly.
"This vehicle is quite interesting!"
Yilan examined Chen Fei's released Mobile Base Vehicle with curiosity. To her, the vehicle resembled more of a toy, no different from the collectibles on the shelves.
Lifting her Tail Spear, she jabbed it into the Mobile Base Vehicle.
The body of the vehicle trembled and whined under the inquisitive touch of the tallic Giant Dragon.
"Yilan, be careful—this vehicle isn't entirely made of tal."
Chen Fei was not concerned about the dragon consuming the tal that made up the Mobile Base Vehicle—it was just so Energy Points after all.
His main concern were the non-tal parts, such as glass, wood products, rubber, plastic, and ceramics. If those were damaged, they would be difficult to fix.
"Mmm, mmm, don't worry, I'll be gentle. This design is very intriguing!"
Yilan was shuddering her Tail Spear, getting to know this transportation vehicle more intimately.
The Mobile Base Vehicle continued to shiver and moan.
tallic Dragons could fully analyze all details of a tallic structure just by re touch without causing any damage, whereas Chen Fei could only do the sa after absorbing all details and entering them into the "Physical Evolution Database" of skills. In that regard, he was subtly outmatched.
"Sister Yilan! I'm back from school!"
The cave dormitory door suddenly opened, and a tallic Giant Dragon burst in excitedly, only to pause in surprise when seeing Yilan and the trembling Mobile Base Vehicle. It hastily backpedaled and gave an awkward smile, saying, "Sis, carry on, carry on! I will co in later!"
Chen Fei, turning at the sound, gazed dumbfounded at the tallic Giant Dragon. He guessed it must be Cobalt Luo, Yilan's younger brother.
"Co back here! Cobalt Luo!"
Yilan withdrew her tail from the Mobile Base Vehicle, dragging her Tail Spear across the cave's rocky floor and sending sparks flying.
The vehicle remained undamaged; the tallic Dragons' control over tal was indeed a racial gift.
"Oh, oh, have you finished, Sister Yilan?"
Cobalt Luo peeked out from the doorway; imdiately afterwards, he slipped and stumbled inside, then fell flat on the ground.
"Ouch ouch ouch!" x2
Two more tallic Giant Dragons scrambled in clumsily from outside, yelping all the way. They were a size smaller, probably younger juveniles sitting on the ground.
Clearly, these two clumsy dragons had knocked over Cobalt Luo, who had been by the door.
"Ah, no need for such formalities, please rise!"
Chen Fei watched the tallic Dragons prostrate like fallen trees in front of him, and he hadn't guessed wrong—it was indeed Cobalt Luo.
"Ah! It's you again, you damn—"
Cobalt Luo glanced up and saw that it was the sa little ant again. About to spew out curses, but before he could hurl his insults, a dragon tail swung over and hit him right in the middle of his forehead.
The powerful and heavy blow not only smacked Cobalt Luo's head back to the ground, it even bent his dragon horn.
"Be a civilized dragon, no swearing!"
Yilan scolded her younger brother, who seems to have a short mory, having already forgotten how much tal he could consu.
"Ouch ouch ouch ouch... Sister, rcy!"
Cobalt Luo, seeing real stars (or Mars) before its eyes, hastily begged for rcy. If it took a few more hits, its eyes would close, and upon opening, it would be the next day.
So now the questions arise, who is it? Where is it? What is it doing?
"Eh, there's a human?"
"Little ant, ouch!"
The two juvenile tallic Dragons behind Cobalt Luo each received a tail swipe, clutching their heads and rolling on the ground, trailing sparks and lightning.
"Thukadi, Benali, you two behave yourselves too!"
Sister Yilan didn't let these two reckless youngsters off the hook either.
Old habits die hard; the task of raising young dragons for the Silan Royal Family is both significant and challenging.
"Sister, who is he?"
"Is he food?"
The two young dragons sized up Chen Fei top to bottom. Because they had just been on the receiving end of a tail swipe, they were being very obedient and didn't dare to make any extra moves.
"Watch closely, he is my friend, and you should treat him with the sa respect you show ! Got that?"
The female tallic Giant Dragon Yilan lectured these three rambunctious little brothers.
"Understood, Sister Yilan!" ×3
Cobalt Luo and the two even younger dragons, Thukadi and Benali, obediently listened.
"Hello, I'm Chen Fei! Cobalt Luo and I have already t. The other two, Thukadi and Benali, right? I've brought two gifts for you, hoping you will like them!"
Chen Fei took out two titanium spheres from the bracelet-type spatial alchemical storage magical artifact on his right wrist.
He had exchanged for ten hundred-kilogram pure titanium rods, so of which he had turned into ten-kilogram pure titanium spheres.
"Mithril! Mithril!" ×2
The ability to differentiate tals was almost innate, and the two young dragons shouted out in unison.
"Not Mithril again..."
Cobalt Luo found itself pushed to the side.
"No fighting, sit in a row."
Chen Fei gestured with his hands.
Otherwise, these two young dragons would definitely not hesitate to knock him over, then gulp down him and the titanium spheres together.
The next second, the two tallic Giant Dragons stood neatly in line, opening their mouths wide.
He threw the two titanium spheres at the sa ti.
"Rawr!" ×2
They both caught the spheres squarely.
"Mithril, pure! 99.99999%, perfect!"
"Tasty!"
The two young tallic Giant Dragons munched away, savoring the taste of Mithril (titanium). With the capabilities of the tallic Giant Dragons, digesting those two ten-kilogram Mithril orbs would only take an instant, but the taste of Mithril was rare and sought-after.
"They're well-trained indeed!"
Chen Fei wanted to comnt that the actions of these two tallic Giant Dragons were too practiced, almost making them seem like dogs rather than dragons.
The female tallic Giant Dragon Yilan kindly reminded, "You shouldn't spoil them too much, tallic Dragons are greedy."
Being one of the tallic Dragons, she certainly understood their true nature. Not all her companions were able to control their desires like she did.
Just like Cobalt Luo, despite its apparent distaste for Chen Fei, it had a montary reaction not much different from the two youngsters who had just received their Mithril orbs.
"No worries, it's just a welcoming gift!"
Chen Fei looked at Cobalt Luo, who was salivating.
This tallic Giant Dragon was also craving it badly but pretentiously turned its head away.
"You guys, have you finished your howork?"
Yilan eyed the three uninvited guests, her voice turning cold.
"???" ×3
The three primary-school-level giant dragons looked at each other in bewildernt. What the heck is howork?
Chen Fei imdiately burst into laughter.
Such slackers!
