Chen Fei was completely clueless about strategic planning, having neither experience nor exposure; he was a complete outsider.

However, he had his own professional expertise, habitually analyzing problems from an economic perspective, which, to so extent, turned out to be a serendipitous approach.

War serves politics, and politics serves economics; fighting is always about the economy, money, and costs.

No matter the form of struggle, since ancient tis, it has always been about causing harm to the enemy while bearing one's own costs, which never changes.

Chen Fei's counterstrategy against the "Sagali" civilization always revolved around economic cost, because neither he nor the sovereignties of Blue Star could afford otherwise.

The reason the sovereignties spared no effort and expense in supporting Chen Fei was precisely because his "One Man Army" had an outstanding cost-benefit ratio, minimized logistical pressure, did not rely on personnel, and only required action to finish the job. To fight wars this way was a dream co true.

However, Chen Fei's rise was still too short-lived, and even being a "One Man Army" didn't an he could single-handedly oppose an entire civilization. A few biological space mother ships in fusion could beat him into retreat, abandoning a star system defense plan in a disorderly retreat.

"As for a long-lived species, do you have any choices? It's unlikely to be a tallic Dragon, right? I know you have good relations with the tallic Dragon Clan, but sending them on the road could end up being more dangerous than the parasitic species and accidents along the way."

Miyoshi Xuesen knew a lot of Chen Fei's intelligence because he was a professional in this field and had channels for such information.

The "good deeds" Chen Xiao'er had done on Cangqiong Star couldn't be concealed from the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee, as he suddenly clashed with Sagali's lurking forces on Morning Star Continent, causing quite a tumult among the rebellious army. If not for the ongoing rebellion on Morning Star Continent, it's possible Cangqiong Star would have formally declared war on Blue Star. It was from that ti that relations between Blue Star and Cangqiong Star grew increasingly tense.

This little butterfly, Chen Fei, unknowingly flapped its small wings, causing significant changes in the situation between the two civilized planets.

"There aren't many choices, tallic Dragon..."

Chen Fei shook his head with a wry smile.

As the monk said, the tallic Dragon Clan is inherently unreliable. If it weren't for all adult tallic Dragons collectively guarding the "Halo" on Cangqiong Star's side, once the Sagali civilization threat was gone, the trouble these Dragons of Slaughter would cause would be hardly less than that caused by the parasitic species.

The Dragon Race accepting the tallic Dragon as the Dragon King is not because the crown can be worn indiscriminately; the intentions behind it are unimaginable to ordinary people.

Indeed, there are occasionally rare rational ones among the tallic Dragons, but they are too few. Besides Yilan, Chen Fei hasn't seen a second rational tallic Dragon. They're all mad and unreliable, even the current Dragon King has this disposition, being unfit for anything except causing trouble first-rate. The Dragon Clan is now so internally chaotic that they have little energy to pay attention to the outside world, all thanks to this tallic Dragon-born Dragon King.

Besides the tallic Dragons, Chen Fei also knew so magical beasts, whose lifespans, though not comparable to dragons, still far exceeded humans. Living for two to three hundred years shouldn't be a problem, although he wasn't close enough to them to make them fight for him, and there were various practical issues, making them unfit for the task of a far expedition to Sagali's holand.

For example, the Ninth Rank magical beast Yuan Lulu An, known as the Sky Dragonfish, could absolutely live beyond 500 years, but once it left its fish tank, its combat power would halve, not to ntion if it went into space, it would turn directly into dried fish.

The Dual-Headed White Wind Crane White Phoenix A B, with a species lifespan of about 350 years, works in the dical field. It excels in saving lives, but its combat training relies entirely on instincts. It's decent for peaceful support and favorable battles, but not for significant tough challenges.

The Golden-Eyed Azure-Hearted Civet, a Seventh Rank Dual-Elental Magical Beast and a bodyguard for Boss Hana, in Cangqiong Star's historical records, the oldest such civet (even at the Heavenly Rank) died at 219 years old, with an average lifespan of only about 170, not much longer than humans. Rank advancents did not significantly extend its lifespan, making it unsuitable for journeys over three hundred years.

The User-Ranked Eighth Rank Wood System magical beast who once fought alongside Chen Fei, Tree Boundary Ape Lulu An, was already 117 years old, an old tir with only decades left, making it equally unsuitable for void expeditions.

Other than that, Chen Fei simply couldn't find a suitable choice.

"I'll contact Habulav to see if there are any suitable magical beasts to recomnd."

Miyoshi Xuesen volunteered himself.

Although he was now semi-retired, he still had so connections in Hablav City at the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee Headquarters, possibly finding a brave, patient magical beast apt for this likely one-way death expedition.

Many rational magical beasts ca to Blue Star from Cangqiong Star, not only to experience alien culture and natural landscapes but also to establish residences and seek employnt, integrating into human society even more than on their ho planet. Many, including individuals participating in combat departnts, sought positions with organizations like the Blue Star Global United Defense Committee because of the attractive benefits.

Listening to Chen Fei and Miyoshi Monk's conversation, S-Class Space Series Ability User Heseman Brown said, "Actually, dragons are the best choice."

The Psi Skill domain is not without skills that can extend lifespan, but they co at significant costs, with many constraints and limitations. Moreover, the result is rely living longer, without accumulating more knowledge or skills. Being old but not dying turns one into a thief, rendering these of little practical use.

"Dragons, however, are the hardest choice. Firstly, there's no relationship, no familiarity. Secondly, why would they? Humans and dragons often find communication difficult due to vastly differing worldviews."

Chen Fei was well aware of how challenging it was to deal with those dragons.

In the eyes of these colossal creatures, humans were nothing but tiny ants, with short lifespans. Even if they just befriended a human, there's a risk that upon waking from a nap, they'd find their friend had died of old age. How could they play together properly?

Therefore, while humans viewed proud dragons as arrogant and dismissive, for dragons, this wasn't arrogance or vanity; it genuinely made equal footing difficult.

"Try official channels, everything's worth a try!'

Miyoshi Xuesen decided to borrow official channels, believing the sovereignties would happily facilitate and support Chen Fei's audacious plan.

However, carrying heavy treasures like Longinus on such a journey was unlikely, so only the Stargate was feasible. As Chen Fei said, the final battle with the "Sagali" civilization should occur within his lifeti, and during the pinnacle period of his vitality and spirit.

If Chen Fei ended up becoming too old, Blue Star's human civilization's advantage would inevitably be affected.

"I'll ask first."

Chen Fei took out his phone and started dialing.

"Who to ask? Yilan?"

Miyoshi Xuesen saw Chen Fei's actions, initially startled then imdiately understood.

He indeed envied the young man for being able to befriend a tallic Dragon genuinely, not just as a one-sided good favor but as a truly mutual friendship.

"That's right, Yilan, it's the big sister among juvenile dragons, and its friend circle isn't limited just to the tallic Dragon Clan."

As Chen Fei spoke, the connection was successfully established.

"Chen Fei? Do you have ti to co and play with ?"

The phone emitted a surprised and delighted voice; the inherent difficulty tallic Dragons have with learning ant the young female tallic Dragon found her studies taxing.

Chen Fei did not play any tricks, speaking honestly, "Ah, I'm afraid you'll be disappointed, Yilan. I really have no ti for leisure."

"Have you encountered any trouble again? No problem, I'm on break right now and can co over to help you anyti."

Yilan was genuinely a good brother and righteous, willing to go through thick and thin for a friend. As a tallic Dragon, it had no shortage of all types and sizes of blades.

Additionally, with its long vacation, Yilan had beco utterly bored. If not for forcibly suppressing its instincts and controlling its unruly younger siblings, it might have transford into a chaotic world-rending dragon, causing upheaval and turmoil.

"First, let ask, is there any word from Sky Dragon City about the Fire Dragon Core I obtained previously?"

When retreating from Antalu Star, Chen Fei acquired another Dragon Heart Core and proactively notified Sky Dragon City.

After all, unlike the Gold Elent Dragon Core, which could be made into a supercomputing core, Fire Dragon wasn't that useful in his hands, so there was no need to hide it.

"You got another Dragon Heart Core?"

Yilan was taken aback but then said, "Let ask for you!"

As a true mber of the Dragon Clan, its inquiry to Sky Dragon City yielded completely different results than Chen Fei's dialing of a custor service hotline.
