Enzo felt sowhat horrified when he imagined him turning into a crocodile.
If we're talking about this bracelet, its selling price would depend on its transformation. Animals that could fly had a very high price, but if it was a crocodile, who knew if it would even have a buyer if it was sold.
However, it was still an artifact with a unique ability. He still wanted it.
"Alright, I'll escort you," he said in response so the old man and the people on the ship sighed in relief.
"Please co aboard, Mr. Adventure," the old man replied, inviting Enzo onto his ship.
It was not a tall ship. Enzo only needed to take a step to board it.
"By the way, can this ship move faster?" he asked.
If it moved so slowly, he would get bored waiting and using his water power to push the ship would exhaust him.
"Yes, it can go faster. Before we slowed it down because we needed to ensure safety ahead of us. Now with you, we don't have to worry anymore," the old man replied.
He waved his hand for a few people to increase the ship's speed.
With a few adjustnts, it soon accelerated and its speed exceeded Enzo's expectations.
It didn't rely on an engine, but so kind of artifact that seed to have propulsive power.
Enzo was given a place at the front of the ship where he could even relax but he was focused on observing whatever was in front of him.
"You got separated from your group, did you do so kind of migration?" he asked the old man.
"Yes, our village is no longer livable due to the rising waters of the swamp causing our village to sink. We have been invited by the Lord of Fogmira City to live in his city," the old man replied.
"Flood? Seriously?" Enzo didn't expect this as he originally thought it was due to a monster invasion.
Only, the swamp here didn't seem to be that deep or have an increased amount of water. Was it just near their village?
"This flood was also caused by an extrely powerful and terrifying Monster Boss. It can control the water to the point of creating a small tsunami," the old man added.
As soone who could also control water, hearing of a monster that could create a tsunami even if it was just a small tsunami, Enzo didn't dare think of fighting the monster.
The difference in their strength was too great.
He just nodded his head without saying anything else.
Personally, he wasn't the type of person who would delve into relationships with others he just t, he naturally didn't try to make a closer acquaintance with these locals.
When he looked forward again, he suddenly saw several Swamp Zombies that gathered as if to block the way where they roared hoarsely with their mouths as if declaring a war.
DING!
(Level 2 Swamp Zombies!)
(Level 3 Swamp Zombie!)
(Level 4 Swamp Zombies!)
He got quite a few notifications, but those zombies were mostly at Level 2 and 3, there was only one that was at Level 4.
They were all weaker than the Swamp Zombies he had encountered when he first arrived in the Primordial World.
As the ship got closer to them, they started running where so lunged straight in with a high jump.
"Mr. Adventure, do we continue forward?" asked the old man.
He looked worried when he saw the zombies while the others, especially the children, beca frightened.
"Keep going, they're nothing," replied Enzo confidently.
He waved his hand and two huge waves swept the zombies aside.
At the sa ti, the knife in his hand flew through the air.
Shua!
The knife shot out quickly, piercing through the air like a flash of lightning towards the Level 4 Zombie. In an instant, the zombie's head was blown off while the grass on its body was cut into many pieces before it fell as a corpse.
DING!
(You successfully killed the Level 4 Swamp Zombie, you get 4 Attribute Points!)
(Attribute Points: 4)
A notification appeared and Enzo showed a strange look when he saw the number of Attribute Points he had gotten.
However, this was normal considering that the zombie level was not sothing high for him anymore.
He then channeled all those points into his Primordial Energy.
[Primordial Energy: 44 ( 4)]
So other zombies might have died as well, but he didn't get a notification, which ant he didn't get any Attribute Points from them.
Since they were on their way, Enzo wasn't interested in stopping and checking the corpses of the dead zombies.
That would only slow him down.
Instead he gave the ship a boost with the wind he had gathered to make it go faster for a while.
"Mr. Adventure, you're really very strong," said the old man after seeing the battle finish so quickly.
Being called so strong while he was still a novice, Enzo wasn't sure how to react.
He couldn't help but ask, "have you never seen an adventure stronger than ?"
"No..." The old man shook his head. "Our village is very remote and I also very rarely leave the village, so I hardly ever see Adventure fight."
"Maybe you just don't know because they don't show it," Enzo replied with a chuckle.
At the sa ti, he wondered through his mind, 'these locals are too innocent, is it the sa in the city?'
That they were innocent was sothing he had already heard. That they were quite friendly with the Awakeners. However, the ones he t this ti were villagers, it was possible that the townspeople were not as innocent as them.
Enzo felt that they were indeed similar to the NPCs in the ga.
After about 30 minutes of traveling, he suddenly saw a river ahead, it was in the middle of the swamp and seed to rge with each other because the swamp water was higher than the river.
It could be confird to be a river as its brownish yellow water coupled with its swift current and deep depth was also quite obvious.
"Mr. Adventure, following this river is said to be the fastest way to arrive at Fogmira City. However, in this river there are sotis large snakes that ambush..." The old man inford Enzo as he looked at the river with wariness.
"Normally, people would prefer to use the second route," he said.
"Let's just use this river instead," Enzo replied, sowhat curious to try it out.
With his strength increasing, his courage naturally increased.
He thought there was no problem even if he encountered a Level 10 Monster and he was one hundred percent sure he could kill a Level 9 Monster.
Although the old man had his doubts, when Enzo made up his mind, he still nodded.
