As Jett and Freya continued through the dungeon, they diligently collected drops from the defeated monsters.

The dimly lit surroundings were illuminated by the occasional glow from mana stones, casting eerie shadows that danced across the walls.

Freya marveled at Jett's skill. "So your skill can also siphon the energy from your target? That's actually really cool," she remarked, her curiosity piqued.

"Yeah, I guess." Jett smirked, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. 'I'll just keep grinding that skill.'

As they delved deeper into the dungeon, Freya asked, "So, hunting monsters or praying, which is really better for ?"

"Both have their rits," Jett replied. "In your case, hunting dark attribute monsters is more effective. It amplifies the amount of experience you gain. Praying, on the other hand, helps train your mana faster than anything else you can do."

Freya nodded, taking in the information. "I picked this area because the dungeons around here only spawn dark attribute monsters," Jett continued. "It's perfect for what we need."

Their conversation was interrupted as more monsters began to appear. The eerie silence of the dungeon was shattered by the sounds of skittering and growling as new threats erged from the shadows.

Jett quickly activated his [MP Burst] skill, which increased Freya's total MP and MP regeneration. "Here, this should help," he said, a hint of encouragent in his voice.

Freya noticed the sudden surge in her mana and smiled, feeling the boost. "Soone else other than using a buff skill on the priestess," she teased.

As she prepared to step forward, eager to engage the monsters with her newfound power, Jett reached out and gently held her hand. "What are you doing?" Freya asked, trying to pull her hand back.

"Hold on, it'll only take a sec," Jett said, not looking at her directly as he whispered "Forced Contract"

Freya glanced at Jett with curiosity, her initial surprise giving way to a mix of anticipation and confusion.

After Jett finished adjusting the contract, he let go of Freya's hand. "All done, show them hell," he smirked, his eyes gleaming with a hint of mischief. 'And farm so EXP for while you're at it.' he thought.

With a burst of newfound energy, Freya stepped forward. She moved with purpose, unleashing a series of powerful attacks.

Each strike seed to cut through the darkness effortlessly as she dominated the monsters that ca her way. The once-nacing creatures fell one by one, unable to withstand the sheer force of her light-infused assaults. Jett watched from a safe distance, impressed by her display of

After about an hour of relentless combat, they reached the boss room.

"Alright, let's go in," Jett said as he walked past Freya, his confidence unwavering.

Freya looked at him with a mix of exhaustion and curiosity. "No resting this ti?"

"Yeah, just use your [Divine Insight] and finish this quickly. We'll do this two more tis," Jett smirked, clearly enjoying the process.

The boss of the dungeon was a formidable Goblin King, around Level 40. Its hulking fra and nacing aura signaled that it was a more challenging opponent compared to the regular goblins Freya had faced.

As the Goblin King charged at Freya with a roar, its massive club swinging with deadly intent, Freya activated [Divine Insight].

The skill's power instantly turned the tide of battle. The Goblin King's stats plumted to near zero, leaving it vulnerable and exposed. Freya, now fully aware of its weaknesses, launched an attack.

Her strike was precise and devastating, ending the fight before the boss could even fully engage.

"Nice," Jett praised as he observed the swift and decisive defeat. Though he had expected such an outco, he couldn't help but admire Freya's skillful execution.

Freya stood over the fallen Goblin King, catching her breath. To her disappointnt, there was no system reward for defeating the boss. The usual notifications were absent.

"No special reward after we ca all the way here?" Freya sighed, a hint of disappointnt in her voice. She looked around the empty room, feeling a bit deflated after the intense battle.

But despite the lack of imdiate rewards, she felt a sense of accomplishnt from her performance.

"That's normal for dark attribute bosses. Just take the corpse and leave, and if you ever get a reward for defeating one of them, discard it imdiately," Jett explained as Freya collected the corpse into her ring.

Jett made Freya conquer the dungeon two more tis with no rest in between. He guided her through the battles, making sure she stayed focused and utilized her skills effectively.

Each run through the dungeon was as faster than as the last, with Freya demonstrating remarkable resilience and skill as she took down the dark attribute monsters. By the end of the day, her MP had been completely exhausted from the relentless grinding.

As the final dungeon run concluded, Jett ended up carrying Freya back to the teleportation platform on his back. Freya, exhausted but in good spirits, teased, "This is nice, this carriage is quite smooth."

Jett's eyes narrowed, though he maintained a forced smile. "Say that again and I swear I'll just drop you without a second thought." He was visibly annoyed, thinking, 'How did I even end up carrying you all the way here?'

Freya, still amused, continued to ask questions while going through her stats. "You know, I don't really get to see you use your skills. What attributes can you use?"

Jett's mind drifted back to why he had never showcased his full range of skills. Initially, he had no reason to reveal his true abilities, as doing so might attract unwanted attention or disrupt his plans.

The last ti anyone had seen him go all out was during the incident when Freya got kidnapped. Only Rey, Asher, Seraphina, and Evelina had been present at that ti. Jett had held back to avoid revealing too much about his capabilities.

"Fire, water, and dark attributes," Jett replied with a childish smirk. 'Of course, I can use all attributes apart from the holy attribute, but you don't need to know that.'

Originally, Jett had only possessed the attributes of fire, water, and wind. However, due to a glitch caused by his [Copy] skill, he unexpectedly acquired additional attributes.

The mont he acquired skills from others that possessed attributes he didn't originally have, the system automatically added those attributes to his own repertoire. It was as if the system had no choice but to recognize and integrate these attributes into his skill set.

Freya, smiling with a mix of satisfaction and exhaustion, said, "I can't believe I actually had fun. Thanks for the crash course on monster hunting."

Jett, lost in thought, 'I wonder if she's trying to spy on or maybe it's just Freya.' As he kept walking, he activated [Tactical Mirage], creating an illusion to obscure their departure from the dungeon.

"This distance should be far enough," Gwendolyn thought as she observed Jett and Freya erging from the dungeon. "How long were they even inside?"

Gwendolyn watched the illusion that Jett had created. In it, Jett appeared to be limping and leaning on Freya, who was helping him out of the dungeon.

"I guess she was trying to help him level up, but he must have gotten too injured and exhausted to continue," she mused, analyzing the situation. "Interesting. All the Divine Lords treat him well even when he doesn't have much talent. I could use that."

Rey's agitation simred beneath his confident exterior. The fact that soone among his peers had managed to surpass him, even indirectly, gnawed at him.

It wasn't just the lost rank; it was the sting of being montarily overshadowed. Despite his efforts and skills, soone else had taken the top spot, and that rank had been stolen from him. The challenge of regaining it had beco a point of personal pride.

Rosa and Aiden were not in favor of Rey's plan. They expressed their concerns about challenging soone of higher rank, but Rey remained resolute.

His strategy was simple: if he could defeat soone of a higher rank, it would prove his superiority and force the other to concede, thereby demonstrating his strength.

"Now what?" Cedric asked, his tone laced with curiosity.

"What? Now we wait. You'll see, she'll give up soon. Jett was probably bluffing," Rey replied with a confident smirk. He was sure of his victory and the subsequent return to his top rank.

"You might actually find out soon enough," Rosa said, her voice tinged with apprehension. 'Just pray you don't regret this later.'

"Yeah, rember she can openly challenge you, and you're bound to accept now," Aiden added, trying to reinforce the potential consequences.

"It would be nice if she could beat so sense into you," Asher said with a smirk, clearly enjoying Rey's discomfort.

"It'll be fine, right Elora?" Rey said, turning to her for support.

Elora, however, shrugged nonchalantly and walked past him. "Please leave out of this. I'm not going to feed your non-existent ego."

Monts later, the atmosphere shifted as five elven girls approached Rey and the others. The girl at the center stood out distinctly. Her beauty was so striking that Rey couldn't help but stare. She moved with an elegance that seed almost otherworldly, and her presence commanded attention.

The central girl, radiant and poised, stepped forward and addressed Rey directly. "Prince Rey Aurora?"

Rey, trying to maintain his composure and charm, responded with the most charismatic voice he could muster. "Yes, that would be ." Explore more at m,v l'e-

"I challenge you to a duel," she declared, her voice steady and firm.

The challenge was made, and Rey's eyes widened slightly as he realized who she was.

"So you're the one who tried to steal first place from ," Rey said, a mixture of surprise and realization in his voice.
