"The undead army closed in, leaving Jett with little ti to spare. Despite his confidence in his strength, facing hundreds of undying soldiers alone while protecting a lifeless body for 30 minutes was no small feat.
As they drew nearer and charged towards him, creating more space between them and Finn. He was ready to utilize every skill in his arsenal to keep them occupied, knowing he had to go all out.

"You'd even think the Hero class was pure cheating," he muttered, amazed by how quickly his fatigue had been alleviated. "Then again, I guess I'm cheating too, having the ability to copy skills and rge them," he added, spacing out for a mont.
"Good thing they all possess a dark attribute," he remarked, looking at the monsters as they kept getting closer. "It would've been a hassle to fight them all."
All the monsters that approached Jett imdiately disintegrated and turned to dust, the mont they got close to [Heavenly Blessing]'s as they all possessed dark attributes. This bought him more ti to contemplate how he would survive.
"Taking these guys on by myself would be easy on its own," he mused, unable to suppress a smile as he glanced at Finn. "Who would have thought I would be babysitting?" he added with a sigh of relief.
The monsters continued rushing towards their impending doom, driven by their singular purpose. They lacked any sense of reasoning; all they knew was their targets, and they wouldn't stop until they annihilated them. However, they all turned to dust before they could get any closer.
"I guess I'll be using the Sacred Ring Option I got as a reward. Giving it a holy attribute should help stop most of them from reviving. It's not as effective as the blessing, but half bread is better than none." Jett reasoned, retrieving the ring from his storage and selecting a holy attribute for it, just as he had asked Finn to do earlier.
Satisfied that he had equipped himself sufficiently, he checked his stats.
"Hmm, let's see how much I've leveled up till now."

"I'll distribute 10 points to each of my stats," he decided. Almost as soon as the thought crossed his mind, the points distributed themselves automatically.
"I'll rge [Speed Boost], [Killer Instinct], [Quick Heal], [Full Resistance] all with [Tactical Mirage]," he declared with a grin, examining the skill attributes once more. "I'm really getting attached to this skill. Now it's beco my favorite. I wonder if the na will change this ti."
With a deliberate motion, he rged them together to create a new skill.
[Tactical Mirage: A]
- 20% Bleed effect reduces target's HP by 5 every 10 seconds.
- 8% speed boost Creates a 50m radius zone where user is aware all movent.
- Creates Holographic clones and illusions within this space.
- Effect can be stacked 5% all-round stat boost.
- Light attribute Search for small targets and track movent with this zone giving user a ntal marker for each target.
- Resistance to all elental based attacks: 45%
- Resistance to curses, pain and poison: 40%
- Weak force field.
- Simulate possible movents the user can react according.
- All dependant on current level.
"Whoa, it still didn't change." Jett exclaid, amazed by the new and upgraded skill description. "It has incredible potential! How is this not an S-class skill yet?" he pondered aloud. "Now I've got backup for when [Heavenly Blessing] ends."
He took one more look at his stats, just to satisfy his ego.

[Heavenly Blessing] finally ended with 14 minutes remaining before Finn was scheduled to wake up. It was now ti for Jett to engage them directly. He lunged forward, creating distance between himself and Finn to form a defensive wall all by himself. Utilizing Aura, he boosted his effectiveness, making himself stronger and faster while enhancing his weapon.
He also cast a series of attack spells, strategically targeting clusters of undead monsters to save mana while dealing maximum damage.
[Tactical Mirage]
The upgraded skill proved its worth. Though not as potent as [Heavenly Blessing], it still significantly amplified his original stats. Since the undead monsters were low-tier compared to Jett, he effortlessly obliterated them.
As the battle raged on, most of the defeated monsters began to rise again, but so remained down due to the holy attribute of his Sacred Ring.
"So far, so good. Nothing too crazy has happened yet. Thanks to Tactical Mirage, the skeletons won't be able to revive," Jett assessed the situation while still guarding Finn. However, a few monsters managed to slip through, heading in Finn's direction, but Jett spotted them just in ti.
{Hellfire}
A massive pillar of fire erupted, reducing the monsters to ashes. This enabled other monsters to close in on him, but he was prepared.
{Gale Slice}
He utilized a wind spell to push them back while still causing them so damage. Although he aid to create space between himself and Finn, he didn't want to stray too far, ensuring that his skill would continue to cover Finn.
[Spellblade Storm]
Using the defensive nature of the skill, Jett wielded 10 swords to defend himself and another 10 to protect Finn, swiftly cutting down any stray monsters that ventured too close.
As ti drew closer for Finn to awaken, the undead skeletons continued to draw nearer, their numbers increasing with each passing mont. Despite facing resistance and relentless resurrection, Jett held on, refusing to give the monsters a chance to overwhelm him.

Imdiately activating the skill, a thunderous sound reverberated through the air, followed by a series of lightning strikes that wiped out more than half of the monsters. The holy attribute, as an added bonus, prevented them from reviving, but more continued to crawl out of the ground. Exhausted and in need of rest, Jett was at his limit.

"Huuuuuuh..." Finn suddenly gasped for air, coughing excessively. "What happened? Am I dead? Is this heaven?" he questioned, confusion evident on his face as he surveyed the scene: countless bones scattered everywhere, and a tired Jett supporting himself with one knee and his sword, drenched in sweat, wearing a pathetic expression on his face.
"You're... finally awake..." Jett heaved a sigh of relief, still trying to catch his breath.
"Pftt..." Finn attempted to stifle his laughter.
"What?" Jett inquired, still breathless.
"I never thought I'd see you this worn down and tired, probably karma catching up to you, hehe." Finn chuckled, unable to contain his amusent any longer.
"You better pick up that spear and defend like your life depends on it, unless you want this face to be the last one you ever see," Jett warned with a playful seriousness.
"Alright, alright... Umm, Jett?" Finn's expression turned perplexed as he looked at the notification that suddenly appeared before him.
"What is it this ti?" Jett responded, not wanting to divert his attention from drinking a healing potion he had previously bought at the store.
"Well... I don't think I'll be of much help," Finn replied, his tone tinged with concern.
"And why is that?" Jett asked, wondering if stupidity was a side effect of the resurrection.
"All my stats got halved for 5 months as a penalty for cheating death," Finn explained, pointing at the status notification that had appeared before him, making it visible for Jett to see.
