Herag had been swimming in the Mother River for so many years that even the slightest change could be keenly sensed.

He had previously sensed that he was very close to the surface of the Mother River, but he couldn't determine the exact distance here, so he wasn't sure how long it would take to reach the surface.

However, on this day, as Herag continued to swim upwards, he suddenly touched sothing akin to a mbrane.

He glanced upward and clearly saw a mbrane in front of him.

Before Herag touched this mbrane, he hadn't seen its existence.

But after touching it, he saw the mbrane's existence, or rather, it appeared in Herag's perception.

What lay beyond the mbrane was unknown to Herag.

Yet a surge of instinctual desire to break through this mbrane arose from within him.

Herag understood that he had reached the surface of the Mother River.

The only question now was how to break through the surface to reach the world beyond the Mother River.

Herag attempted to continue swimming upwards, but he clearly felt a resistance preventing his ascent.

This mbrane looked thin and delicate, yet it was incredibly resilient.

No matter how hard Herag tried, he could not break through the barrier of this mbrane.

Herag paused to think, pondering over how to solve this problem.

Before reaching the surface, he had known how far he was from it, giving him direction and goals in his efforts.

But now, Herag hadn't figured out how to solve this problem, nor where to start his efforts.

Herag started to study the mbrane in front of him, observing it closely.

He spent about half a month observing and studying this mbrane.

Eventually, Herag discovered that this mbrane was essentially the sa as the water of the Mother River; the material was almost indistinguishable.

The only difference was that this mbrane could be considered highly condensed Mother River water.

It was precisely because this mbrane was highly condensed Mother River water that it presented strong resistance.

Even with Herag's current power, he could not overco the resistance of this mbrane.

But Herag figured out one thing: since the mbrane was essentially Mother River water,

all he needed to do was enhance his power until one day he could move freely within this mbrane.

"What if beyond the mbrane is still this kind of river water?" Herag suddenly thought.

If beyond the mbrane is still river water, especially highly condensed river water, then transcendence might not be possible.

Herag did not know what kind of world lay beyond the mbrane, but he still wanted to give it a try.

Now that he knew the direction of his efforts, the next step was to plan concretely.

Herag's main thod of enhancing his power was to soak in the river, absorbing the infusion of Mother River Power.

Another avenue was relying on the developnt of the Endless Plane within him, providing an endless feedback of power.

By this stage, the Endless Plane within Herag had already beco his crucial power source.

Inside Herag, each cell contained a Plane.

A thousand years later, the developnt of these Planes varied for different reasons.

Herag couldn't attend to each Small Plane, only occasionally checking the overall situation.

Most Planes were now equivalent to Middle-tier Worlds.

This was judged by the degree of perfection and stability of the fundantal Rules of the Worlds.

So Worlds had even developed very primitive human civilizations, which would take a long ti to evolve into more mature human civilizations.

If each Small Plane inside him could develop into advanced civilizations, it would also be a strong support for Herag.

Herag suddenly understood why there was Plane Will and the existence of the Child of the Plane.

The Child of the Plane would help the Plane develop, and the Plane Will would specifically choose potential individuals to nurture.

This seed like a pre-established Rule.

Herag suddenly thought, could the Endless Plane he resided in also be inside so powerful being?

The developnt of civilizations couldn't be rushed; it couldn't be solved in a short ti and wasn't that important to Herag.

Herag only needed to nurture the endless Planes within him as much as possible.

To achieve this, he needed to actively promote the developnt of internal Planes, aiding in the perfection and strengthening of the fundantal Rules of inner Planes.

Herag made his plan, soaking in the Mother River's waters daily while promoting the developnt of internal Endless Planes.

In the process, he would continuously attempt to break through the mbrane's limitation.

This process was tedious, but Herag found joy in it.

Balancing ti with family, engaging in daily practice, and occasionally handling matters of the Wizard Plane, he found monts of leisure.

Herag suddenly understood why the Thousand-Eyed Ancestor was so kind to him when they first t.

For beings like the Ancestor, never mind old friends, even acquaintances were rare.

Ti whisked by, and soon three thousand years had passed.

In these three thousand years, Herag had pushed the majority of his internal Planes to the High-tier World level, with foundational Rules as stable as those of a High-tier World.

This was an act of perseverance, where Herag repeated these tasks tirelessly day after day.

The process, though tedious, brought about a favorable conclusion.

Herag's current power had reached a terrifying extent, even causing a pressure in the presence of the Thousand-Eyed Ancestor.

Herag had long stopped getting involved in matters because nothing required his intervention, with many issues no longer needing his handling.

Within the Mother River.

Herag gazed at the mbrane ahead, reached out a hand, and easily penetrated it, as if passing through a layer of mist.

At this mont, even Herag felt a sense of excitent, as his entire body passed through this mist.

The view before him suddenly opened up.

Herag discovered that indeed he was within a long river, having just pushed his head out of it.

The long river had no visible source or destination.

The crystalline blue waters surged forward, moving rapidly yet making no sound.

Only the occasional splash of waves declared the unrest beneath the river.

Herag watched the splash, looking towards the unfathomably deep waters below.

"Could there be soone like down there, also wanting to break through the river surface..."

He couldn't see what lay beneath the river surface nearby, but he had a premonition.
